i need suggestions on some good beach party towns in either south america or europe for the middle of march. im going to rio in jan so im not gonna wanna go back there or to brazil. i think most of europe will be to cold. soo if yall can point me into the right direction for hot chicks and some good beaches that be awesome!

any good beach towns in peru, argentina, or chile that have good looking locals and good nightlife?!?

Huanchaco is good in Peru, locals are nothing to write home about, and it is overrun with foreign girls. However, nice very long left sets around high tide, and good laid back atmosphere in the evening. Trujillo is 20 mins down the road with a decent night life.

But really you sound more like the Cancun - Dominican type.

Also, there are loads of cheap flight deals after Jan 3rd to Cuba.
