I'm Canadian...I know its not on the top of most people's lists....but as far as second tier cities go. I'd recommend:

London, Ontario - probably the best looking girls in Canada....best college town in Canada (but does not compare to the best college party towns in the US...just being objective)....young, fresh, well taken care of, fun girls ready to party

Banff/Whistler - highest STD rates in Canada...I know that s not a good thing, but it's because the girls at these ski resorts are fucking like rabbits....snowboarding/ski girls are typically very attractive with great attitudes as well.

Well, I never been there actually, but my cousin lived there 3 months or so playing soccer (the girls didn't know them from TV, because they were juniors league - under 21) and the girls were dropping in his lap. One of them wanted to come here to visit him, but in the time he was commited.
I had a similar experience here in Brazil when I met a group of Polish journalists and pilots, they are very easy going and looked me like I was "exotic" and didn't look to anyone else in group (there were more 5 girls, but all white.)

I do remember visiting Krakow in the mid nineties and having a lot of success there (plus I'm French, which is very appreciated in Poland, and I had dreadlocks at the time, and for many it was probably the first time they saw any.) Hot girls were stopping me in the street to ask me to take a picture with them etc. Unfortunately I was a bit young and the conditions were not right (It was a "school" trip, and we didn't have that much free time) so I did not take full advantage of the situation.

And Krakow is definitely a lovely city with lots of things to see and friendly inhabitants.

These Africans dudes in Moscow are cleaning house at the hiphop clubs. Krakow is beautiful, almost as stunning as Prague but almost as touristy as well. Warsaw in comparison is ugly apart from the old town, but strangely was much cheaper than Krakow, probably because they get far, far less tourists. Polish girls are on a par with Argentines in terms of looks. They are absolutely stunning, even by eastern European standards. However, i also saw more hot girls in Warsaw than Krakow, but maybe that's because the sheer number of plain tourists dilutes the pool of hot Poles. Strangely, despite the amazing female genetics, most Polish guys look like they've been hit in the face with a shovel. I've never seen so many stunning girls with ugly men as in Poland. Nightlife is incredible in Krakow, but slowly becoming more and more expensive. Apparantly they have more bars and clubs per head of population than any other city in Europe, and I can belive it.

Poles can be very friendly, but they have a reserved demeanour, quite typical in Slavic countries. They're not obviously friendly like Brazilians for example. Generally speaking, younger Poles are friendlier than older ones in my experience.

As for racism, I met a cool Nigerian guy who lived in Krakow and he said he had never had much trouble, although maybe he was lucky. I went out one night with him and his friends - another Nigerian, a Ghanain and a Jamaican - I felt like i was in fucking D12 or something! They more or less cleared up at the club. 3 out of 4 ended up with good-looking Polish girls that night, whilst the other had a white Polish girlfriend. Black guys might have some BS to put up with there, but I agree, there definitely is a niche for a black guy with game in somewhere like Poland.

I have heard the same about Barcelona, but either way, your point is not lost on me.

I'ven never been there, but met a bunch of polish, girls and guys. They might be shy until they get drunk the first time with you, after that, they are really honest, good people to have as friends and their women are extremely beautiful, specially their faces.

Brasilia is very weird in the way it's set up. Here is the lo'-down:

1. The ariport is 1hr away from the actual city, kind of like when you land in Medellin, it takes you 1hr to get to actually Medellin from Rio Negro by Taxi - be ready for this!

2. All street are like alphabet city - Avenue A, B, C etc all the way to Z - its easy, but weird at first.


3. I LOVE the weather! It never gets above 65F or below 55F in Brasilia with 0 humidity!!! Think San Diego here guys!

4. It's about a 2hr flight from RIO/Sao Paulo to Brasilia!

5. There is absolutely NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING touristy to do! No beaches, no fancy fashon district with cafes - nothing! Brasilia is actually a boring city! Which is why women are open to sex so easily - there is nothing else exciting to do!

6. The best attraction in Brasilia is like the equivalent of you hanging out at Target all day long in any US city - cute girls around to game of course, but consider this the highlight of your non-sex tasks.

7. Women are easssssyyyyy! Just play the dumb(but very trendy) business traveler from USA, and in need of assistance, and you are halfway to her panties already!!!

*** TIP! Always say you are there for a job interview at Banco Do Brasil (their major employer), and that you are considering moving there! You say this, and you will be banging in the next 6 hours or less!!! Ask her to help you go apartment hunting!!! They love this! And, it gives you a reason fo "being" there in Brasilia. The most desirable job to have in Brasilia, is either with the local city hall, or gov't office, or Banco Do Brasil. They will eventually want you to help them get a job there. Just go with the flo, but be as honest as possible, and do not work their hopes up too much. Always say, you are very new, and will try your best to help her succeed - without making any concrete guarantees. They are very nice girls, and it breaks my heart to lie to them in hopes of getting laid - it's not really necessary.

Google hotels Brasilia on google.com.br - and just pick a place that suits your budget, until you can find a suitable room to your liking once you are atcually there.

Hotels are usually cheap, at about 65USD bucks per night. I'm sure you can find cheaper places, but I did not look since my expenses were covered.

I can sit there and write more, but my best advice - GO NOW!

I was actually all over Sampa - from Jardims area (where I stayed at The Unique Hotel) to Hunting girls at Higienapolis mall, to clubbing at Villa Olimpia - I was everywhere! Sao Paolo is huge, but I think I covered every major area that opening girls was possible. Higienopolis Mall? Don't make me laugh. It's very upper-class too. It's a jewish neighborhood, therefore here in Brazil, extremely healthy, despite the fact is located close to the old and dirty downtown.
Liberdade district is good on sundays, but not for game, just for the goodies and delicacies at the street market.
For the ones who likes asian girls, SP may be great. We are the biggest japanese society outside Japan. Those girls lives in east side and north side, totally mid-class. They may have a good family. but you wont meet them in those places, or in this very upper-class night scene.

I've been to Krakow. You don't want to go to there. There's no doubt that it is a beautiful city but it's just that you're better off going to second tier cities as they are way cheaper and offer more chill and party girls. Krakow is a major tourist destination in Eastern Europe so you're foreigner charm is not that big a deal. You hear English everywhere in the city center at night. And it is very very pricey for Polish standards. In other cities prices of rent and booze can be as three times as cheap, seriously. If you ever decide to go there let me give you a word of advice. Polish girls like direct and aggressive game. Don't be afraid to approach the really really cute ones as they like to be approached. They like confident guys. Generally they're in awe of foreigners and they just love Latinos.
