College town with good nightlife (by Bolivian standards) and cute girls.

I picked up a cute Bolivian girl there without much effort (first set of the night)

I gotta tell you guys, I went to Ottawa, Canada for a 4 day business trip last year, and my host took me clubbin'. He was a very well connected, and very cool Polish-Canadian guy. I am latino, and I was just getting Canadian girls ALL over me wanting to talk to me in Spanish! I hooked up with one girl who was a tae-bo instructor - Killer body! And an incredibly good attitude...I did not run into one stuck up girl my entire time there!!! Even the bouncers at the clubs were all VERY NICE!! WTF???? I began to realize MIAMI SUX!!! Kiss my ass Miami with your stuck up bitches, and your fucking Ugly ass tranny on crack behind your velvet rope!!

I've had 3 Canadian girls in my life, wow - they were the girls with the best attitudes I have ever met! And that's saying a lot since I travel the world, but I have not been to the Baltic states yet - that's next soon!

Damn, you just got me in the mood for a side trip to Ottawa and London Canada!

Geoarbitrage is how I'd describe it. Started as far back as 1840s and really picked up steam in the 20th century when, for example, black writers traveled to Paris, started dating & f*cking hot European white women, was appreciated for their creativity and works, and said TO HELL with the US and stayed.

I think I am going to roll there in June, for weather purposes.

Last time I went to Toronto it was June. And it was a good move.

Montreal : I'd say late june or early july. There's a few outdoor festivals around that time (jazz and comedy I think?). The streets will be crowded. June 24th is Quebec's national holiday and it can get pretty insane (ie, great).

But dont take my word for it, I haven't lived there in 10 years.

If you liked Ottawa & Toronto , wich I cannot understand, you will love it.

When you got a 50 degrees difference between summer and winter, it helps to understand the mentality of people here (specially girls...).

Whenever there is a festival (theres always one during summer) , they literally block all the downtown streets, its a dream for hanging out outside.

Each bulgarian town has it's own flavor of girls. Varna girls, Burgas girls, Blagoevgrad girls and then, there's Plovdiv girls, hmmm. There's great debate amongst the natives on which one produces the best.

Plovdiv is calm and cultured, has great day game opportunities (pedestrian zone, friendly audience), and less of the mafia/balkan culture which defines the capital.

Sadly though, the slut you met is an outlier.

Thailand - Chiang Mai

Has one of Thailand's largest universities and is away from the beaches (and most of the crowd that comes with the beaches). If you go out near the uni area you'll be one of the only foreigners there (whereas the city center does have some sexpats). Extremely affordable (I paid $5 per night for a single in a place that was semi-upscale)- many of you could probably retire there right now.

It's pretty hot during the day though.

I've been telling you guys for a while now Bulgaria is a hidden gem!! I only found the place because I had a friend living there for work for 3 years otherwise never in my wildest dreams would I have ever imagined I'd go there but I kept going back. Hot chicks, like Americans, friendly people, cheap, nice little country. Highly recommend. Only downside is there are very few blonde chicks other then that its a fun time

I'll second that Chiang Mai is a pretty cool place to check out. Not sure that gringo status alone will bring you any success, except in the bars in the center where the golddiggers go though.

Anybody have been to other places in Thailand they can recommend for action (with the locals...) ???

OK - first of all, it's crazy to rank Montreal as a second tier city. It is consistently ranked to have the hottest chicks on earth, and this is well deserved. Problem is the chicks are pretty stuck up. Must roll with serious coin to make it happen with the hottest ones. Better luck can be achieved on St. Laurent with the University chicks late night for less of an investment. Don't EVER try to speak French if you're not fluent - you'll get discarded immediately.

If you want to score with the quebecois, Ottawa/Hull is a good destination. Less pretentious. Don't expect a hardcore party scene in Ottawa though. Pretty quiet during the week.

Quebec City is a great second tier destination - beautiful chicks, very receptive of tourists. Anywhere else in Quebec is also good to go. The chicks are fun, European, artsy, hot, bla, bla, bla.

Now, London, Ontario: Who brought this up? Having spent 4 years of University in London, and having partied almost everywhere in North America, this is one of the most difficult spots I've ever been to pick up a hot girl. The effort necessary in London made me a Ninja at picking up chicks from anywhere else on earth. Rich, daddy's girls looking for guys with status, money, and willing to make an immediate commitment. Whatever - if you're going to come this far north, cut an hour off your time, and party in Buffalo - pure jokes every time...

Most of what would be a "town" elsewhere is just a city of several million+ people that nobody's heard of.

I've spent some time in Shenzhen (10-12 million) and think it fits what you're looking for. Some of my friends joke that "the women in Shenzhen are always 23" because so many come here for University or various service industry jobs and then get married/jaded/replaced down the road. It's a business city that tourists skip over after Hong Kong, so you'll be a relative rarity as a foreigner. I'll post a thorough report on this sometime soon.

I've heard great things about Chengdu (10 million people)- lots of students, good vibe, good looking women from that part of China, etc.- but haven't seen it first-hand.

Kunming (6 million) is a great city for the weather and generally chilled out mountain city vibe.

Great info man, it sounds like you've spent some good time throughout China. The weather for me is definitely important as well as a foreigner-friendly environment since I currently know zero Chinese.

Brandon you're the second guy to mention Juiz de Fora. How is it like?

It's kinda a small city, but the women are definite quality and nice country girls. I didn't spend too much time there but my friends say there are a lot of clubs. I had a lot of fun while I was there. Leopoldina is just about an hour away. It's a real small town, my friends dad owns the only night club in town. Now that I think about it, it might not be the funnest place unless you know people there. But Juiz De Fora should be good no matter what and I think it's only about 4 or 5 hours from Rio. Check it out.

If I had more time, I would've definitely went more inland towards Brasilia, Mato Grosso, and Goiania.

My biggest mistake (ok mistake is a strong word, perhaps miscalculation) was spending a year in Rio and not travelling around more.

Belo Horizonte opened my eyes a bit. So did Sao Paulo.

Rio is NOT Brazil.

I will add that your Portuguese better be damn good. It's surprising how many people do not speak English at all outside the big tourist cities.
