I haven't really been able to tell if speaking in english or the native tongue of the girl you are trying to bang is better. I've come to the conclusion that it depends on the girl. Some Brazilian girls here in the US hate it when you speak Portuguese to them, others love it.

Last night me and a buddy were trying to find two hot girls. There were actually a ton of hot girls in town, which is really strange where I am. Our problem was we couldn't find two hot girls together. There was always a hot girl with a bunch of ugly girls. Towards the end of the night, I see the hottest girl I've seen since I've been back in the US. I tell my friend, "Sorry dude, you're on your own now, I'm about to go hit that up." She was smoking a cig outside alone. I approached her to where her back was to me. I remember the opener was perfect, but now I can't remember what it was. I just remember thinking how legit it was. She didn't hear the first time, which kinda killed it, but whatever, I repeated it and she laughed. I ask her where she's from and she says Brazil. BINGO! I start speaking in Portuguese with her. Turns out her english wasn't very good anyways, she was just visiting for the week. She was loving the Portuguese. She couldn't believe I was american and knew portuguese. I think it kinda got me in with her because she was the type of girl most guys would label unapproachable. The shitty part was there was only about 15 minutes until the bar was closing when I met her, and I knew I wasn't going to get the kiss or bang that night, you could just tell she wasn't the type of girl that was going to give it up that easy. Then I went to get her number, she didn't have a phone here. I don't have a cell phone either since I'm leaving the country next month again, so I had to give her my home number, thing is I live in the hotel i work at so first she has to call the hotel and then ask to connect to my room. I knew I was fucked and there was no way she would call, I didn't even bother chillin at home. I'm hopin I see that broad tonight in town though, I was doing really well with her.

Dude, if you want to game in the States, speak English with an English accent (American girls only). They may think you're the baddy in some Hollywood movie. Push comes to shove, tell 'em you're from New England and give them some unknown small town name.

Immigrant girls, yes I'd agree 50-50 on the basis that you may get laughs or appreciation for making an effort. But I wouldn't do it. Rather, I'd drop in some Portuguese / Spanish phrases later into the conversation so that she is intrigued. Talking is just designed to be the precursor for touching anyway, IMHO.

No, I didn't say that. I said she is the hottest girl I've seen since I got back to the US. The hottest girl I've ever seen in the US was definitely American.

Man, I don't understand why people do this. Why would you speak english with an english accent? I have a feeling it is not making your chances of getting laid any better.

Just blur the US/UK accent thing. You know, like Sam Neill/Teddy Roosevelt/Frasier Crane.

At least try it before you diss it. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.
