Only I need to attend, and her attendance isn't required. Still, I will wait to hear from my lawyer about these requests (and I'm continuing radio silence as well). Rest assured I have my eyes on the ball here.

1. What? Your divorce process is suddenly fucked up and your ex is acting crazy?...no surprises here. I called this on page 1. http://www.rooshvforum.com/thread-44564-...#pid941984

2. I am somewhat freaked out that she signed the divorce papers quickly and without a lawyer. I'm no SP5 but I do recall from my divorce that there was some sort of thing where the signors had to specifically sign off that they were waiving consulting with their own attorney before signing and that they could claim they were signing under duress even if they did waive that. Lets put up a scenario here:

You show up to sign the papers before a judge or whatever, she shows up with a lawyer and says that she was too emotional/stressed/abused or whatever to be signing those papers so fast, and without an attorney. It was duress, she wants to renegotiate the whole thing.

We are seeing from your current situation that this bitch has no moral bounds.

3. Get your head in the game and realize what is going on on her end. She is past the guilt stage. You did well be putting the hammer down when she was caught and getting her to exit under a could of guilt. Now that you are out of the picture she is writing her own narrative and this is what she is telling her friends 'Clean Slate is such a jerk, he just threw away our marriage so fast, like our relationship meant nothing...now me and my son are out on the streets and I'm a sorrowful single mother who has to raise this kid all alone (she won't mention that its not even yours)' Her friends are now amping her up with "What a jerk, you should take him for everything he's got girl"

4. Read this well...just like having a rich husband or nice purse...a woman's divorce story is a STATUS symbol among her friends. If she rapes the ex husband, keeps the kids, all the assets and has him jailed for non-payment or trumped up child abuse she is the Queen of "don't fuck with this bitch" among her friends. If she gets outed as a cheating slut, who got booted out of the marriage, left with nothing while you slam younger hot girls she will be seen as a loser to her typical american friends...which is worse than dying to a woman.

5. I hate to break it to you, but this will not end with you getting your divorce papers signed. This will only end when she finds a new guy. My ex was insane with jealousy until she got remarried and popped out another kid...and that was 7 years post divorce. Until then...guess what I was to blame for everything bad that happened in her life.

You are currently undergoing the shit test of a lifetime. Do not engage and laugh it all off like its a joke.

Of course I'm not going to engage or respond. Y'all are making me paranoid though. I'm trying to not wrack myself with worry and just do everything through the lawyer.

Good plan, also find something to distract yourself for the next couple of days. A project or a pussy.

CleanSlate, we're not trying to make you paranoid. We've just gone through what you are going through so we've seen first hand how the system works. I remember being frustrated during the process at how unfair it was. My lawyer said look down. Is you have something dangling there, it's all your fault. That's how the system seems to work sometimes.

Howard, I asked earlier in this thread whether his STBX has a new boyfriend. I agree 100% that the entire process becomes easier when they have a new guy. It makes them want to move on quickly, and if the new guy is a beta bux they aren't as concerned about the finances. The amount of time and money saved just because your STBX has a new Mr. Wonderful almost makes me want to start a company providing this service.

That would be genius...some sort of divorce distraction gigolo haha. A divorced man's dream situation is an ex wife that finds a man with resources and/or bangs her somewhat well. She forgets you even existed...which is exactly what you want.
