Landing in Bangkok this weekend, first time in SE Asia outside of a small trip to HK. If anyone else is going to be in town and would like to meet up, feel free to PM.

Currently trying to fill in two blanks in my itinerary:

Nov30 - Dec 4 Bangkok
Dec 4 - Dec 7 ?
Dec 7 - Dec 10 Bangkok
Dec 10 - Dec 12 Phnom Pehn
Dec 12 - Dec 14 Siem Reap
Dec 14-15 ?
Dec 16 - Flight Home.

Originally I had planned to do Phnom Penh Seim Reap on Dec 4-7, and Vietnam from Dec 10 after, but I ended up switching. It's not too late to switch back.

My thoughts were to either do Phuket Dec 4-7, or find a cool beachy place in SE Asia to chill. Anyone have advice on what they would do with the time. The Bangkok days are the only ones I cannot shuffle.
guys have you been using TF?

I installed and used for a bit but... ffs, 2 years ago was ok but now it seems it's full of hookers, ladyboys and 3-4s

it's just my impression or tf is just going downhill?

Phuket is okay, but I didn't see any great beaches. If you want a cool beach place, maybe Langkawi. You could combine that with day trip to Kuala Lumpur, then fly from there to Langkawi, maybe the best beach in SE Asia for relaxing. I did not see any good beaches in Phuket, and the top hotels are not really that great, not on a Bali level anyways.
I can confirm quality on TF went downhill since my first visit on 2013. Even tinder well to shit and the only way to make it is to buy a lot of boosts.
Did you try thai cupid?
never... is it good?

Are there any beaches in Vietnam you recommend? I really like the way Viet chicks look. Skinny, short, and quite a few are lighter skinned. I like the brown girls too but the viet look can be really hot and I want some eye candy. That or a place with a bungalow by the beach at a reasonable price where I can just chill between partying in BKK.

Hey Dasein, so it's almost time for the big trip then. If you're flying out of BKK it makes sense to spend the last two days in BKK and go out with a bang and sleep off the hangover on the flight home.

For the 12/4-12/7 that depends on what's more important to you on this trip. If you want to get laid then stay in BKK. If you want to explore more of Thailand you have time to go Chaing Mai, or you can hit one of the islands. Just basically check what the weather will be like in both areas a week before and choose where it's not raining.

You could also do one or two day trips to Pattaya or Hua Hin. Pattaya is definitely a sex pat mecca, but it's a sight to see and you'll see the best Muay Thai fights in Thailand there.

Hua Hin is somewhat of the opposite of Pattaya as it's more for BKK residents and suburban Thais escaping to the coast for a little RnR.

I wouldn't go to Pattaya to game though, but you can definitely get laid as much as possible there if you know what I mean.

Hua Hin you'll have some opportunities, but haven't been there in a few years as I skipped it last year to spend more time in Samui, which was a mistake in hindsight.

Where specifically on Langkawi would you recommend staying? I googled it and it says that is 99 islands!
Best city in the world to bang girls!!!
Lunchtime boys. I made some sandwiches and sliced up some cantee lope.

Google huh. No info you say? Hmm. Well...

Little did you know I just dropped a Langkawi datasheet deep inside the KL thread. They don’t let trolls like me start new threads until proven beyond the shadow of a doubt by massive rep points.

Even then our info is scruninized by (highly repped) cliques of autist internet detectives hell bent on getting other men banned for sharing actionable info. I call this the butt hurt detective.

They think they’re smart. But they’re actually too stupid to know someone may change slight details to protect anonymity and blowback.

Good work internet butt hurt detective.

Uh yeah you’re not smart. You could just PM me like an adult. Now post a gif to prove your point (and mine).

Feel free to sit down and eat:

Langkawi is defintely a good chill out spot with a trickle of backpacker pussy rolling through. Though it’s rainy right now as I sit here and type this.

Last December I was told it rained almost everyday?! Malaysia’s K-12 schools are outsince last weekend so it’s busiest season now until after New Years.

You don’t need to fly to KL. The girls fly here to Langkawi. That’s the whole point. My girl in KL is coming both weekends I’m here.

Tinder here sucks. Most girls come from Thailand on the seasonal ferry from Ko Lipe. They don’t get a sim on Langkawi. They’re essentially smartphone free!

Maybe set it to KL and invite girls from there to your weekend getaway. I’d be interested if anyone can pull that off. I heard suits did it but had to collect her in KL.

Other big thing is it really helps to have a wing. And be able to drive a motorbike. Mostly 2-3 sized sets here and even massive hostel groups on the beach.

I also dropped data on Pangkor, Penang, Tioman Islands too. No comparison to Langkawi.

Some guys say they love the Cambodian Islands. They’re OK but you have to bus 4-5 hours in from shithole PP to Sihanoukville, then take a Tuktuk. Finally a shitty open ferry boat often getting soaked. Drag your bags across sand.

That’s a lot of annoying travel for a mediocre and boring bunch of small islands. IMHO they are worth an island hopping day trip. Kampot is a gem but no beaches. And if you’re going to fly into Cambodia make it Siem Reap on a weekend. Easy HK and SG pussy for the taking.

Langkawi is direct or connect in KL. Then 15 min grab to beach. Way better. More girls. More things to do. Not as cheap as Cambodia but factor the travel time and it is.

Next week I’ll be heading through Ko Lipe, Trang Islands, to Phuket. Hope to stop in Phi Phi. But my time is limited as I’m going stateside for Xmas.

Flying Phuket to Hong Kong mid December. I’ll be in London for Xmas and Lisbon for New Years. Anyone around there get in touch.

Bonus if you have abs. We can hold hands and stroll up and down the beach together. Step on piss clams. I’m seriously hoping to fall in love.

I think enough guys have my WhatsApp now. I’m a real boy. Not some Pinocchio.

HOWEVER I am planning to start a group chat where I hawk coaching services by balling out and banging left over Japanese women in Fukuoaka. AHAHAHAHA

OK I’ll tell you all a dirty little secret...

I’m a nudist. Fully naked. ALL THE TIME.

Oh and I’m secretly TM. Shh don’t you tell on me! If you tell on me... I’ll... I’ll get you!!
Hello guys im in bangkok until 30 november if someone wants to meet im ready to have some fun! Im spanish, 24 and my first solo trip.
Yeah.

Quality on Tinder has gone down remarkably. Lots of fatasses and LB tranny freaks. Normal girls are mostly just plain ugly. The hell happened? The other apps aren't much better. How about FB Dating. Does that work on iPhone?
Tinder is a buble.Roosh already warned.. pretty girls want someone to approach or social circle game .
I want the tinder bubble to explode all over me. Then I will explode all over it. Two supernovas intertwined... BLACKHOLE
What's your line bro?
Does anyone here live in Bangkok?

Phuket has some fantastic beaches, Freedom and Paradise Beach are two of my favourites. Patong is too commercial but can be very scenic, especially at this time of year when the Russians are fleeing the winter.

Having said that, I'd go to Phi Phi if it's beaches you're after, one of the nicer beaches in the world, it's a shame how crowded it is these days, but it's still spectacular, especially in the lagoon part. (Phi Phi is two islands, one is the main accommodation one and the other is basically unpopulated, ferries will take you to the main island and then you need to book a tour to the other island, you'll see people everywhere doing it!)

Phu Quoc is probably the best beaches in Vietnam, imo. It's an island that you generally will fly to from HCMC but there are other ways to get to it. Some terrific beaches and not as crowded as the Thai equivalents. Best way to get around is to hire a scooter on the island. Both times I've been it's a lot of rich Vietnamese that were actually holidaying there so very different crowds to most of the Vietnamese tourist spots.

If wanting to stay on the mainland then Mui Ne is a good beach for wind sports or surfing but not a nice beach in general, Nha Trang is a great bay as long as there haven't been any storms recently in which case it turns horrible, Nha Trang another place that is great this time of year for bird watching of the Russian variety. Hoi An and Danang also have some decent beaches. Vietnamese beaches aren't as high a quality as Thailand in general.

Cambodia is the other option on this front. Koh Rong and Koh Rong Samloem are both phenomenal for the beaches. Both are the best for getting a bungalow on a beach with basically no one else on it. Koh Rong is a bit of a party/backpacker island in the main town but basically anywhere outside that is chill, offers a good combination for swooping and relaxing though. Samloem is more upscale but basically is just a tiny island with ridiculous white beaches all round and bungalows everywhere. You get to either from Sihanoukville.

A messaging system, super common in Asia. Same idea as Viber, WhatsApp, FB Messenger and the likes.
Ohhh Line. I was trollin bro Wink Askin for personal info outside PM and all.

I did offline that app for almost a year now. I know it’s used in Thailand too but I prefer WhatsApp whenever possible. Seems most Thai girls use WA too now.

Kampot to Phu Quoc by ferry right?

Didn’t have the advance visa and would have had to go apply in PP. Ridiculous. I think it’s changed to on arrival for US citizens now?

How’s the scuba in Phi Phi. I was disappointed with Langkawi. Other divers have said all andaman sea is dead. But guidebook says phi phi snorkeling is the best so...?

My time is limited for once and I’d rather not waste $80 and day if it’s mediocre at best.

Koh Tao is the Thai island for diving. I've never got into it (despite meaning to several times!) so can't really tell you more than that it's famous for it, pretty sure this is the wrong time of the year though but don't quote me on it.

Phi Phi has some decent snorkel stuff, honestly didn't find it terribly special but you'd generally end up doing it as part of any trip anyway so will get a chance and if you love it you can do one of the more diving focused trips that hits the best spots.

Believe you can do Phu Quoc from Kampot, I've flown from HCMC both times so can't confirm, it's basically in Cambodia though so would make sense, Kampot is just across the water as well.

I believe Vietnam is doing e-Visa now, they used to do visa on arrival but it could take hours depending on when you arrived (could also take minutes obviously), I use my UK if going for less than 15 days as it's visa-exempt, heads up anyone on that list to make sure you have an exit flight booked or a fake one prepared as they'll genuinely hammer you on it, got held up for about 2 hours last time, eventually they accepted my "I'm getting a bus to Cambodia" thing, time before they didn't even ask about it though, had a visa the time before and they never asked on that either.

I totally get that, Vietnamese chicks are undoubtedly among the best looking in SE Asia, in my view only Koreans look better. If eye candy is a requirement maybe Langkawi is not the way to go, it's big with couples and families, just a relaxed beach place, not for gaming.

If I were to go to Vietnam I would head to Hoi An. The history of the place gets me tingling, and there's a beach.

I was in Hua Hin in 2014 and it was a massive disappointment. Small, disjointed, with little to offer. Phuket was better, if Jim is right and there are good beaches maybe worth checking out. I stayed at the Centara Grand Beach Resort on Karon beach in Phuket, and frankly Karon beach is terrible. The hotel was nice enough, but nothing like Bali, you'd have to hire a villa to really enjoy it there.

Pulau Langkawi of course, only two of those islands are inhabited I think. Tanjung Ruh is super chilled, with a gorgeous beach. But most of the hotels are in the south.

Yeah Korean women ruined Asians for me. The average height of a female in South Korea is taller than USA and Canadian women now (but I wonder how much of that is due to Mexican / Chinese immigrants). Then they often get boob implants and face work. Probably within 10 years they'll start getting fake asses like Latinas too.

Really disappointing to now be in Taiwan where the typical woman is kind of the old school Asian stereotype of being short, flat face, no boobs and no ass (and worse yet prefers bulky winter style clothes even though the temperature is often 28 Celsius and higher).

Hua Hin is for golf, the beach there is incredibly mediocre. Black Mountain, Banyan and a couple of the other courses are legitimately world class though and that's the reason to go there. For mine Pattaya is the same (with the whole seedy nightlife element thrown in), it's for golf and the beaches are sub-par.

Karon is basically Patong South, overdeveloped mess of a beach. Freedom is a tiny little private beach that you basically have to trek to or grab a cab/boat but it's one of my favourite beaches I've been to across the world. Paradise is a more accessible but not quite as nice version of it. There's a couple of other nice beaches on the island, Phuket is one of those holiday places where you get rewarded for exploring as far as the beaches go.

Phuket is more about villas than the hotels, certainly agree there are nicer hotels in Bali from my experience, especially if you want to go the baller on a budget approach. There are a lot of good hotels but they'll be pricey, especially this time of year, and probably overrun with Russians as well (not necessarily a bad thing Wink ). Phuket is a great place to get an apartment or villa though, they've certainly gone more down that path on the development front.

You also need to get out of Karon, Patong and Phuket to find the resort style stays, those places I'm guessing were already too developed when the tourism kicked in. Places like Kamala, Nai Harn, Bang Tao and the like are where the top level hotels are but you'll pay for it.
