Anyone in BKK in feb?
(12-09-2018 07:57 PM)jbkunt2 Wrote: [ -> ]Anyone in BKK in feb?

I will most likely be around for Feb and March.
I recently spent 10 days in Thailand, 6 in Bangkok and 4 in Chiang Mai. One day I spent with friends, and I wasted time on dates with two girls that went nowhere. I spent the whole time in Chiang Mai with one girl, and banged two girls in Bangkok:

Notch 1: 19 years old, Thai, awesome ass, 7/10
Notch 2: 24 years old, Laotian, 6/10
Notch 3: 19 years old, Thai, awesome titties, 7/10

About me: not particularly attractive (maybe 5 or 6 facially), 5'10", slender, white, late twenties

All three were from dating apps/sites (2 from tinder, 1 from ThaiFriendly) HOWEVER all three of them I added on Instagram without interacting with them beforehand, so really they were Instagram bangs.

General observations (and apologies if this has all been said before; I haven't read through this entire thread):

- it was surprisingly hard to get girls to meet up; they were not as eager to meet foreigners as the girls I remember from Jakarta/Jogjakarta. It's important not to get your hopes up if you seemingly have lots of interest online (I had over 200 matches on tinder prior to arrival). Then again, I was only in Bangkok on weekdays - it would have been easier to meet up with girls if I had had a weekend there.
- Taxi drivers are terrible in Bangkok. They often refuse to use the meter and sometimes refuse to take you to particular places if it's inconvenient for them (e.g. too far, too much traffic). Better to use GRAB and the train system.
- My favourite bang (number 3) did not show much interest initially. She took days to respond to messages, and eventually only agreed to meet up if her friends were there (apparently because she was scared to go by herself). Sometimes it can be worth pursuing long-shot bangs. I've never gone on this sort of odd 'date' with a girl and her friends before, but it seems that it can be a good way of meeting less slutty and higher quality girls, if you can obtain preselection by getting on the good side of her friends (easy enough if you're friendly and have a sense of humour).
- Each of the girls I banged mentioned that they usually preferred guys with more muscles (I'm not muscular). Clearly, it didn't matter that much because they slept with me anyway, but I suspect the seduction process would have been quicker if I had spent some time in the gym, and there would have been fewer annoying shit tests. So it's worthwhile putting on the muscle even for trips to South-East Asia - though I doubt this is news to anyone.
It's true that they have became pickier especially in Bangkok ! Have you done some street approaches ?
I went full troll on Tinder info haha

I particularly enjoy this approach.

There are times where you want to fuck a different one every day and there are times you want one to keep showing you around, living "like a local", although you are still going out and hooking up eventual other locals and still fucking her.

Had a great time when I was in SEA three years ago. In BKK I ended up getting 5 gals in 14 days, but one of them was my kind of mini-relationship. I kind of run out of money and stayed in her place for the whole time for free.

In Vietnam something even better happened. Met this girl in Hanoi one day before I was returning to BKK, we went out one day and nothing happened. The second day she came straight into my hotel, and... things were good. After sex, she ended up buying flight tickets to Da Nang, booked hotels, paid for food and taxi and we had a great time.

Good memories. Hopefully next week the same will happen again.

Also met other forum members which was simply great.

I only used tinder/Instagram. I intended on doing some night game, but online provided me with enough leads that it was unnecessary...nonetheless I do regret not experiencing the Bangkok bar/nightclub scene (besides a few rooftop bars) - got to pay another visit!

I agree. As others have noted, it's more emotionally satisfying to spend an extended amount of time with one girl or a relatively small number of girls, and you arguably get much nicer memories than you would only spending one night or even less with each one...personally I know I'm not cut out to rack up a massive notch count.

Of course, the downside of spending too much time with one girl is that it's sad, even quite depressing, when you have to leave.
Policeman shoots dead male tourist at Trendy Building in Bangkok

Some rumors that the man was Algerian. There's a bit of a white supremacy in the whole of Asia where they're apathetic or love white people (even the gutter trash whites like asocial Russians) but they be pretty racist about non-whites.

Now it's not representative of the whole of Thailand but I still remember a boat driver in Koh Phe Phe calling a bunch of Egyptians monkeys (the irony was lost on him that westerners are more likely to call dark Asians monkeys over coffee colored Arabic people).
I've been in Bangkok for two days now, in the Asok area. Been literally too tired to leave my apartment, and only been outside like twice to get food.
I'll be here for almost a month, so no rush anyway.
I dropped data on some small Thai islands south of Phuket. These are Andaman Sea islands so put it in Phuket thread.

I think this makes more sense. The Thai party islands thread mixes both gulf and Andaman islands, which confuses people. There’s really only three gulf islands anyway.

I’ll be in Lanta tomorrow then phi phi and Phuket after that.

FYI, I haven’t gotten laid in Lipe, Tarutao, Bulon Leh, nor Ngai. These islands are entirely couples! Getting laid there would be pure chance since I saw ZERO available girls.

The best of the bunch was Lipe, but you’d have to settle for some very poor to mediocre quality backpackers. They are chubby, sunburnt, and sit around in groups smoking while playing with their smartphones. Not my style.

If you want sea AND girls the only real options (for Andaman Sea side) are Phuket, Phi Phi, and maybe Lanta. Don’t even consider anything else.

Not race trolling here and no offence but indeed a typical flat nosed and round faced South East Asian resemble, together with Pacific Islanders, monkeys more than any other ethnicity. Egyptians and other Middle East people have finer features, as well as East Asians. Indigenous people in the Americas have rough and angular features that might suit men but rarely create attractive women.

Thais don't seem to value even their own appearance as the ideal is quite far from what an average person looks like and they are almost maniac about skin whitening. The most famous models, actors/actresses etc. are typically half farang, half Thai anyway. Case in point.
Headed to Bangkok Dec 27th! Haven't been there since '09, I'm sure it's changed a lot. Anyway, I have a question for anyone who's been using AirbNb. The host emailed me and said that I have to set up a fingerprint profile in order to access the apartment. She said it's a new law in Thailand. Has any one encountered this nonsense?

Thanks in advance,

B

Hotels are cheap.

Don't let them take advantage of you. Knock on the meter and say something. The prices in bangkok are dirt cheap compared to everywhere else as Bangkok is the only place that has the meter(That I've been).

Airbnb is beginning to be banned in Thailand due to Hotel lobby. Places I have stayed make you sign a month lease for the condo and have finger prints taken. So yes its normal and something new. Other members should be able to send you on some places that are more relaxed about it

Thanks for the input. I went ahead and canceled the first one and booked another reservation (also through AirBnb). The second one doesn't require a fingerprint. Something about that whole thing rubbed me the wrong way.
does anyone know where can get fake id in bkk. went to khaosan road but didnt see any
Is this the end of fake docs in Khaosan rd ?
You're definitely not going to get fake docs in KSR anymore. You should buy these over the darknet anyways if you are going to go that route. KSR is a tourist trap full of scammers and inferior products/goods.
Just spent 14 days in Bangkok, seemed decent but the pollution was insane.

Is anyone living there full time? Is the pollution a year round thing or just from time to time? Does it affect your health at all?

You can get still Fake documents at Khao San Road but they are more hidden and not of good quality. I purchased one in May this year. Just ask some of the street vendors for fake IDs and they will send you to someone. There is Photographer Shop which I entered and asked the owner and he send me to someone who made them
