Preparing for Winter Election Unrest if Trump Wins

Ok now we're getting somewhere. Is this Cullman, Alabama? It looks like there were some protests there back in June, and the police claimed they were peaceful, as was a counter-protest: Next, there is a reference to a city council holding a hearing about gassing protestors. Was that the...

Tony Hsieh (former CEO of Zappos), RIP

I read his book and he seemed like a decent guy and also had some innovative ideas when it comes to hiring and customer service. We use some of those principles regarding customer service in my company and it works well.

IATA has proposed an electronic "travel passport": https://www.iata.org/en/pressroom/pr/2020-11-23-01/ Now, what we don't know is how many countries or airlines will use this. But I can easily see even if a country doesn't follow it, the airline that flies you there might. For example, if...

    2020 United States Election Results

Not sure if you are referring to Republican Party vs Boockvar, or Donald J. Trump vs Boockvar, but for both those cases, I don't see the same plaintiffs as in the Kelly case. The PA Supreme court is stating that the plaintiffs in the Kelly case could have filed earlier if they had an issue with...

    2020 United States Election Results

This article says the plaintiffs will file with the US Supreme Court tonight (Sunday): https://www.foxnews.com/politics/pennsylvania-republicans-supreme-court-review-motion-sean-parnell Anyone have a link to that filing? I can't seem to find it.

The coming crime wave in America

This is happening all over the US. So many companies have moved to having people work from home that you no longer need to be near the office. A friend of mine lives in a mountain town 2 hours from the nearest major city, and houses used to sit on the market for 6+ months before they got a...

    Car Self-Maintenance

Cars today have knock sensors to detect low quality gas and adjust the engine accordingly, but you sacrifice output and fuel economy when it does so. Inside your car's fuel filler door, it will list the minimum octane needed for the car. Usually you can stick to that and be fine. Premium cars...

Preparing for Winter Election Unrest if Trump Wins

Surely if a busful of violent antifa protestors showed up in a small town, it would make the front page of the local newspaper. There's not much going on in those towns, so it would be big news. Got any links to such reports? That's pretty funny that antifa didn't account for the 105-degree...

    2020 United States Election Results

I think the argument the court makes is that the suit was filed by the plaintiffs on November 21 challenging allowing anyone to vote by mail-in ballots (without needing an excuse). Why did they wait until 2.5 weeks after the election? Why not file it the day after? Or during the weeks before...

    2020 United States Election Results

Here's a link to the full ruling. This is the Kelly case in PA, and this is the PA State Supreme Court ruling. They dismissed the case based on the Laches principal -- that the plaintiffs should have filed their complaint against Act 77 back when it was passed in 2019, instead of waiting until...

    The Donald Trump thread

The link didn't include a link to the judge's ruling. I think this is the 11/27 opinion from Judge McCullough in the Kelly case. It's not legally binding. But there's an update to this anyway. The plaintiffs filed their claim in PA State Supreme Court. Here's their claim. It appears to be...

Preparing for Winter Election Unrest if Trump Wins

That's one guy speculating. Got any photos, videos, or news reports from Antifa rioting in small towns and suburbia? Surely it would have made the local newspaper or be listed in police reports (property damage or arrest reports).

    The Donald Trump thread

That's for the courts to decide. I'm just saying that the memorandum opinion filed by Judge McCullough is an opinion and not an order and thus is not legally binding.

Preparing for Winter Election Unrest if Trump Wins

Got any links to information about Antifa starting riots in small towns? I never read about it, but maybe I was looking in the wrong place.

    Coronavirus vaccine thread

That's why soon they will require the vaccine and maybe the test also. The test shows you're negative at the time you took the test, while the vaccine shows you're unlikely to have contracted it since you took the test. Travel is about to get a lot more expensive and full of hassles.
