Red Bull’s CEO Is Reportedly Launching A Right-Wing News Platform That’s Being Compared To Breitbart

By BEN DANDRIDGE-LEMCO

Red Bull has become much more than just an energy drink company over the past two decades. The Austrian company has held the electronic music-focused Red Bull Music Academy event series annually since 1998 and has built upon this cultural platform with radio programming, an exhibition space in New York City, and an artist residency program in Detroit. Now, as artnet News points out, CEO Dietrich Mateschitz has announced a new, independent venture: a right-wing news organization that is being compared to Breitbart.

In an interview with Austrian newspaper Kleine Zeitung on April 8, Mateschitz was critical of Germany and Austria's lenient policies on refugees, rallied against "intellectual elites" and political correctness, and expressed his support for Trump. He also announced plans for his new media platform Näher an die Wahrheit, which translates to Closer to the Truth. Mateschitz described the venture as a “research platform” and said it would operate independently of Red Bull.

In a statement to The FADER, a representative for Red Bull said, "Mr. Mateschitz gave a personal interview - published on April 8th, 2017. Our company values freedom of mind and encourages open conversation."

Though the platform is still yet to be launched, Mateschitz's politics have raised concerns. An article published in Handelsblatt, a German business paper, compared the billionaire's media venture and its proposed right-wing populist platform to Breitbart. The original interview with Mateschitz has not been widely reported on by English news outlets, but Breitbart picked up the story and reported on the interview in a post with the headline "Red Bull Boss Slams Mass Migration, Forced Multiculturalism."

I am afraid that women appreciate cruelty, downright cruelty, more than anything else. They have wonderfully primitive instincts. We have emancipated them, but they remain slaves looking for their masters all the same. They love being dominated.

This is some rock star shit. Going against the corporatist narrative is to risk everything, including your reputation and possibly even your life in today's world - especially somewhere as pussified as Germany.

Nice! It's good to see some corporate giants going in the right direction. You have my support.

I see what you did there.

I think this new news outlet is going to be a real Monster. I bet when it starts growing, it will go Full Throttle!

He's not German. He's Austrian.

Red Bull other major shareholder is from Thailand was arrested for hit n run road accident. Which killed a police officer. Reportedly the family settled for $100k.

I think reputations will be absolutely fine.

This is great news! I might even start drinking the odd can of Red Bull in support (is it low carb/keto approved??). The boss of Red Bull even looks bad-ass Alpha in that photo.

Trump's victory has inspired other class-traitor billionaires and millionaires to rise up and take back their countries. Wonderful sight to behold, hopefully this is just the beginning.

Had Trump lost these people would just be sitting poolside. Now they realize they can not only fight, but win!

RE: Red Bull’s CEO Is Reportedly Launching A Right-Wing News Platform
[Image: 20.689.125]

Shitlord-grin recognized.

He dated plenty of hotties in the past. His current girlfriend is only some 35 years younger.

He is a guy who blasted his money on soccer just because he was into it. Also he supported extreme sports not only for promotion. He is living the full billionaire lifestyle complete with mega-yacht, private islands, houses across the world etc.

I hope it does not impact his business - the full interview:

Quote:Dietrich Mateschitz, in an interview, made a sharp criticism of Austria's refugee policy: "If a company were to make mistakes of this scope, you would soon be broke," says the Red Bull boss. And adds: "No one who has called 'Welcome' or 'We can do it' has cleared his guest room, where five emigrants can live." According to the 72- year-old one would have had to close the borders and control them sharper. The successful entrepreneur, on the other hand, is praised by US President Donald Trump, Russia and Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz.
Even before the climax of the refugee wave, according to Mateschitz, it was clear to everyone that most of the people would not correspond to the definition of the refugee. "You have to be blind and deaf, not to see what's going on," Mateschitz criticizes the Federal Government in an interview with the "Kleine Zeitung".

"Nobody dares to tell the truth anymore"
Mateschitz is especially annoyed by the "unpardonable extent of political misjudgments and misjudgments in the non-coping of the refugee wave." According to him, the policy had been so decided by fear and political opportunity. "I do not believe it was a clear expression of political will, but it seems that no one dares to
to speak the truth anymore"

"They want us to be manipulatable and stupid"

The government would then have changed the policy "because it is now about the political parties, before the last ten or fifteen percent of the citizens are still running away," criticizes Mateschitz. He himself does not see himself as a hateful citizen in his criticism, it simply insults his intelligence "if we are still to be manipulated and stupid." The bottom line is that Mateschitz must have the right solutions, and above all, no one can or should not be interested in a destabilization of Europe "shaken by the uniqueness of our diversity, individuality, different cultures, languages".

Mateschitz critical of Austria's asylum policy (Photo: AFP)

Mateschitz, by the way, goes to the court with the Greens , "who ride with the limousine with the foldable bicycle behind the parliament, get out there and cycle the last meters to the parliament". In the end, every citizen must suffer suffering from these political conditions. Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz (ÖVP) on the other hand, Mateschitz is positive. "He is very intelligent, courageous and charismatic.

"Trump is not such an idiot as you put it"
Mateschitz was also very well informed about the new US President Donald Trump. "I do not think he is such an idiot as he is posed, and when you speak to Americans, you often hear that they are always happy that there is a new administration, the former one has more in many respects As questioned, "says Mateschitz. Many things at Trump were criticized in the public wrongly. "You just have to give Trump time."

"Russia is a part of Europe"

Mateschitz Trumps is trying to make a dialogue with Russia. "Russia is a part of Europe, and what else, if not an initial dialogue, should be effective, but the dictum of the politically correct says: Russia is a rogue state, the evil par excellence, and we are the good ones And I will not be able to do it, but I will not be able to do it myself. "" I do not need anyone to tell me who my enemies are. "

[Image: Mateschitz-Abrechnung-mit-Oesterreichs-A...60_jpg.jpg]

Fuck those traitors - he is risking significant kickback and does it anyway. And he is right - a destroyed Europe will not consume his drinks anyway.

Actually most guys at the very top think like Trump or are even more extreme. The really note-worthy thing is that he dares to speak out publicly and do something. That is the big news.

I've always wondered why there aren't more right-wing billionaires.

Once you have that kind of money you're pretty much anti-fragile, aren't you? Why not just say whatever is on your mind and help out the right cause (assuming you're conservative to begin with).

Conspiracy/secret societry stuff aside, because left wing policies are what allow billionaires to stay billionaires rather than losing to the next scrappy startup.

That would be true if the world were not ruled by trillionaires. If you are lucky as a billionaire you realize later that you are merely a small fish in the pond. Opposing the truly big boys would not be wise. Many of them do not even fear losing to start-ups. Old money is diversified across hundreds of channels and even if the businesses go bust, they would still be left with a billion plus.

Mateschitz is a self-made billionaire who marketed the existing Red Bull product from Thailand worldwide - he pumped close to all revenue in the beginning back to marketing. I doubt he thinks about leaving a dynasty and joining the globalist class like Bill Gates.

If you think that you can do whatever the fuck you want as a billionaire then you are mistaken. You can do a lot, but you may not significantly oppose the Big Boys.

Calling it now, Red Bull is going to be hit with the Nazi label soon enough and guys like Richard Branson will step away from the brand.

They are in many extreme sports too so it will be interesting to see the Nazi label slung at them.

Currently it reached barely local news in Austria. It has not been picked up by the international media.

The overwhelming majority of the world in Asia, South America, Africa, FSU does not care, but it would impact the West. We will see whether it will cost him.

Remember the Red Bull girls who drove around in the little mini coopers that were modified with the big can on top? I never saw one that was over 26/27 and less than a 8.

He won't see significant backlash because all the shit he's involved in, he's usually got some kind of ownership stake. He owns not one, but two F1 teams. He owns a f1 race track. He's involved in almost every form of Motorsport worth mentioning.

Most product boycotts that happen for political reasons don't last that long. People like their Starbucks, chick fill a, and their Red Bull too much.
