I nutted after 2 strokes when I was double-teaming a girl a few months back. Bizarrely it had taken me an eternity to get hard... Other than that, I've had no issues.

If anything, my problem was always lasting too long which I hated. I'm talking dripping in sweat, exhausted and having to practically destroy the girl just to finish. This seems to have (mostly) fixed itself since I cut out the porn. Now I feel like I'm better in control of my timing. I can come quickly if I want or keep going.

To be honest though, if you don't care then girls won't either. The focus should always be on your nut, not pleasing her. And yes, they will still come back even if you don't last long.

ughh, I'm completely off porn but having trouble with no fap.Before I needed porn to fap, now I don't need porn...fapping has reduced to once a week or 2 weeks so that's good too.No idea what to do quit completely.

The time will come. It's important to have meaningful goals to achieve, then you can develope the discipline to defeat it. If you become bored and can't shift the fap-energy to something else that is important to you it'll be difficult.

Also prepare yourself logically. Why do I have to do this now? Am I not even able to do 30 days? I can fap after that as much as I want, but let's do the 30 days... and so son.

I think that is a good idea. If people wanted to experiment with the benefits of giving up - I think reducing to once a week would be the better way to go. Since you get alot of the benefits that come from not doing it - and still get a regular release which stops you from blowing over.

My problems with a schedule or allowance, such as once a week, is it makes cheating more tempting. For example, its easier for me to fight it if I have a streak going rather than if its only been 24 hours. Also, after I do it, it is actually much more tempting for a few days rather than 2-3 weeks later. I crave it down the road and all but if I had done it in the last 24-48 hours the craving is difficult to fight.

Does anyone else notice that if you have successfully fought it a while and relapse then the relapse turns into some sort of binge and the situation ends up worse than it had previously been?

I went about 4 1/2 months my longest and I cant say I like the feeling of being on the brink of control... I dont know if any have experienced this but this is my experience.

As time went on from where I stopped fapping , the urges just grew into this sort of possession/trance where all I could think of was to viciously inseminate as many women as possible and spread my seed.
