Also, it must be made sure that bed doesn't sue you for rape.

How about handjobs? titty fuck?
What if you fuck your bed while sleeping?

What are the rules?

The fuck?

No porn! If she gets you off its not masturbation.

what if you get off on her face but with your hand? relapse?

why is her handjob different than masturbation without porn?

does it count if you play with your balls?

lesbian erotic scenes - is it porn?Huh

I'll bite, in the hopes that you are being serious.

If you get off on her face after the act of sex, I'd say that's fine, although others may still consider that masturbation.

As far as the girl giving you a handy, it's a girl giving you a handy. You don't say you handjobbed yourself. Masturbation is self pleasure, anything she does wouldn't qualify as such.

I find myself playing with my balls when I watch TV, but not for the sake of pleasure. Once I realize that I'm doing it I stop.

As far as erotic dyke scenes, if It's in a movie or show, no. If it's a porno flic you should already assume the answer.

Damn straight. Had a strong urge to do it yesterday but seeing 20 days I couldn't fail myself. Still in dammit.

Two months down. Ten to go.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Corollary - 12-26-2016 03:38 PM

I once went 18 months while also not getting laid. I eventually gave in because of I had moved into my own place and had more opportunity, I was horny, and I didn't think nofap had done anything for me since I didn't get laid.

After stumbling upon a nofap video yesterday and listening the benefits, I thought back to that period of my life and realized I had accomplished more than any other time in my life.

- Quit Drinking
- Started Meditating
- Got Back Into Lifting
- Became Much Better at Basketball
- Got a Job as a Programmer Without Having Any Previous Experience

At the time though, I didn't believe I could get laid (still working on this), so I didn't try. I hoping that nofap this time around will help motivate me to take the necessary action.

Day 1

Day 1

What actions did you take to get laid?

As many others in this thread have stated, NoFap/NoPorn does not magically create success. NF gives you the motivation and drive. It's up to you to determine how to use it.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Cattle Rustler - 12-26-2016 05:02 PM

Well, I have an AirBNB guest for the next three days so here's to guaranteed nofap for the next 72 hours.

This time around I'm hoping to use the extra motivation and drive to take the actions I need to take to get laid.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - redbeard - 12-26-2016 08:09 PM

Considering the momentum you have going with your other accomplishments, I highly suggest you put getting laid at the top of your priorities. Put your career and money on "autopilot" and make getting pussy something you work at every single day.

The most important aspect to any campaign (as you know) is consistency. Some guys limit their game progress by only going out once a week. To me that's like working out once a month, you might get a great pump and lift some weights, but you are not going to grow.

Some programs to guide you:

The Roosh Program

Roosh - One Approach A Day

Good Looking Loser - Approach Anxiety Program

Good Looking Loser - How to Go Out Alone to Bars

Pick one, commit to it, and get that poosy. It would definitely help to make a newbie progress thread to log your progress and receive feedback.

Good luck Banana

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Corollary - 12-27-2016 02:25 AM

Thanks redbeard.

I have plenty of time to work on this, so once I start taking noteworthy action, I'll create a progress thread.

Corollary, 18 months is a damn long time to have a NoFap streak and very rare to hear from anyone.
If you don't mind me asking could you tell us a bit more about the following during those 18 months:

1. Your age range ?
2. If you were a healthy weight at the time ?
3. Your diet/eating habits at the time ?
4. Did you look at porn at all ?
5. Did you edge at all ?
6. How many attractive girls did you see in real life every day during that time ?

1. 24 - 25

2. I was probably 155 lbs at the lightest. I got up to 170 lbs once I started lifting again a year into it.

3. My diet was probably similar to what it is today: random meat-based meals (a lot of carbs aren't appealing to me). There wasn't a plan or structure with my meals because I'm naturally skinny, and as long as I'm working out, I end up with a good body. I do think at the time I went with no fast food and no sugar for a while.

4. I didn't start looking at porn until the 18 months ended.

5. I started edging a month or two before I stopped nofap, which lead to it ending for me.

6. I worked at a mall for the first half which had tons of attractive girls. The second half I worked in a corporate office with almost none.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Cattle Rustler - 12-27-2016 10:17 PM

I've been on no fap for at least 36 hours, another guaranteed hours to go. My problem is that sometimes I'm like "well CR, you already did 6 days. Pat yourself in the back, rub one out, and start over....you know you can do 6 days again."

From your answers it seems that you should have a normal level of testosterone which would have been elevated higher by the working out/lifting weights, healthy diet, and seeing cute girls in real life on a regular basis.

Unless you were taking some kind of medication or drugs, or naturally have low testosterone, it's pretty amazing you lasted 18 months without any serious cravings to relapse.

Mercenary, how old are you?

I'm 24. I have many acquaintances who haven't had sex in 18 months. The large majority only bang fatties from tinder once every six months.

I'm not surprised. A life of porn addiction, feminization, and player shaming produces men who have little desire for intimacy.

Corollary - this is not a dig at you, on the contrary. It's interesting that I was not shocked at your post, while Mercenary was.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Comte De St. Germain - 12-28-2016 10:08 AM

Anybody else starting to dream more frequently after starting no fap? Have been having extremely vivid dreams and can even remember them after I wake up.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - sterling_archer - 12-28-2016 10:13 AM

You dream everyday for at least 3 times, every REM phase is dream. Nofap certainly helps to better remember them when you wake up.

I'm in my 30s.
Maybe what I wrote was misunderstood...I'm not at all surprised that a healthy man in today's day and age can go for more than a year without sex. We even have a thread elsewhere on this forum about our longest dry spells.

But to go without sex AND without fapping at all for such a long time is really rare if you have normal testosterone levels.
