Seems strange not to have any positive symptoms at all.
Did you really manage 90 days with no porn and no fapping ?
Were you having sex during that time ?

No fapping and no porn (except what is incidentally seen in NSFW threads).

No sex either. Undecided

I don't know if I lack the same sex drive as other men, but I have noticed it's much easier to abstain completely than it is limit fapping to some schedule like once a week.

21 days in.

Banged three plates this weekend. Animal vibe, totally in the moment. Cumming was accompanied by primitive, gutural sounds boiling over from the depths of my soul.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - SanMiguel - 03-28-2017 02:48 AM

I must be well over a month now, didn't keep track of when I actually started. Have tried this so many times before but this time it's stuck, I still get the urge to look at porn unfortunately but much much less than before and find it easy to stay strong.

Currently have a gf so regular sex obviously helps a lot but in the past I have continued to watch porn/fap alongside a relationship. Sex has gotten better, I'm a lot more turned on by a naked women than before and this shows in a few different ways - good and bad.

Good is I get much harder, dick swells and sex feels tighter - my girl has said it feels bigger too. Actually to the point of pain (in a good way) last time and that's not really something that's been said before - I'm not packing a huge weapon or anything mrgreen

The bad is before through porn I was really desensitized and could go for as long as I wanted. Now it's over a bit quicker than I'd like sometimes, not all the time but need to work on having more self control.

The good definitely outweighs the bad and I am convinced I will never look at porn again.

I'm glad you wrote this.
There are many stories on other forums and websites of dudes claiming their dick got bigger on NoFap, or their girls said it felt bigger during sex, but I never mentioned this aspect cause people would think I'm crazy.

Today is day 19 for me. I think I would be going stronger except a few days ago I fooled around with this new girl but didn't go all the way. So my body is screaming at me to bust. I need to get laid this week bad.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Wutang - 03-28-2017 03:12 PM

Made it to 14 days before falling off. It's no where as long as some of the monster streaks I've seen reported on this thread but it's a bit of a small accomplishment for me since the last few times I've tried to be on the wagon I usually end up falling off around the 6-8 day range. My usual pattern is that the first 5 days or so is usually quiet but after that I get my first big "attack". Usually I succumb but this time I managed to pull through that and a few other attacks before breaking at the 14 day mark. Don't feel too great about my failure but at the same time I do feel at least a small sense of accomplishment for having extended my streak. For some of you guys are who are having trouble getting started, I would recommend that the first time you attempt to do No Fap that you just go as long as you can. If you relapse, just reset and try to last longer this time around then you did previously.

Mercenary, keep extolling the virtues of it, you are correct.
4+ weeks, it's been a long while since I went that long, no turning back now.

I almost gave in after several nights out drinking and partying, in the recovery hangover stage.

Has anyone noticed that they even though you bust quicker, you can rev it up for a second go because of the sensitization? Or does that have more to do with how attracted you are to the girl?

Yes, like I said before. Attempting 90 days if you have never done this before is not good for morale when you fail. Start with a more realistic number like 10 days and then when you reach it, extend by 5 or 10 days each time...eventually you will get to 90.

Yes, this is normal. You MIGHT cum real quick the 1st time, but you will be able to bang her many more times in 1 night than you normaly would....and she will like that for sure.

If you don't mind me asking - what happened ?
Did she give you tough last minute resistance or was there another factor why you didn't bang her ?

I've definitely noticed this.

I used to need 45-60min for round 2. Not just because I couldn't get a hard on, but because after busting for the first time the desire to go again was diminished.

This weekend I had a raging boner 30min after nutting for the first time.

I think there's two reasons: 1) horniness is overall higher, and 2) sex becomes a much more pleasurable and intense, connecting experience.

@Mercenary

She's a really Christian girl, and I had only met her the day before. To be honest I'm surprised I got as far as I did. So there was a lot of LMR. I got just far enough to really frustrate myself and make not fapping way harder

Makes sense now.

NoFap is probably a good part of what helped you get that far with a conservative girl in such a short time.

Today is being hard, I don't know why. Maybe boredom, I had plans that were postponed, and I had no immediate obligations to attend so I've been left in a weird place. I've been reading and practicing my guitar skills...but you can only do that so long...friends busy, etc. You get the picture. Luckily the day is ending so I'm sure I will make it without much problem, I'm so close to 45 days that I can't throw this away. Also, since I started, I've had more success with women than in the whole 2016, I would be a fool.

Keep strong guys, this is worth it.

Boredom is very dangerous relapse territory when doing NoFap.
Make sure you stay outdoors and in public if possible and/or be with other people.

If that's not possible, (or its night time) either do some deep reading on a complex subject that interests you a lot or exercise at home.

Here is a video on how to lift weights and do simple exercise with ZERO equipment at home made by by one of Roosh's friends.

I cant be a no fapper. I am in my late 20s and the most I can do is two days. Maybe no fap is easier if you are in your late 30s and older. I dont see how a man under 30 can push months without rubbing one off.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - seabridge - 03-29-2017 07:24 AM

Is jerking off to your main girl on webcam considered porn? Because i fell off the wagon yesterday. I find it difficult to go more then 4-5 days. Luckily i have a regular stream of pussy with sexy girls lately.

Wrong, you can do whatever the fuck you want to do, it just takes effort.

That's like saying "You can't live more than a few days without processed sugar" or "You can't live without watching Netflix". You're probably just addicted to fapping.

If you have access to pussy, you don't have to be more than a few days without ejaculating.

And if you commit to not fapping and don't have girls lined up, that's a sure way to burn a fire under your butt to get moving.

Do you want to see if you can spend a week without fapping? Wire your best friend US$1000 and tell him that if you fap he can keep the money or donate it to charity.

Actually I experimented with NoFap back in the day when I was 15-16 weeks at a time.

I did not stick with it, but back then I remember that No Fap was x-times more powerful.

When I was 16 and the first week no fap I was literally on fire, my mind was working hyper-fast, it was as I got a 20% IQ boost just because of that.

In my opinion - the younger you are, the more effective it is and the higher the pay-off. Sure - when you are older you have less energy and less libido, but it seems when you focus your energy more on life than on negative forms of energy waste, then this is even better when being young.

Besides - this is not even a discussion about it - the science is in. Fap is just mentally bad for men - I would compare it to daily massive alcohol abuse - there is no way in hell how that is not going to impact your life negatively.

From my experience, you're not actually bigger, but you're fully erect more often. When you fap all the time, you stop getting completely full erections. If your girl is used to fucking you when you're only at about 80-90% capacity, 100% will feel bigger to her.

e: I've made it 9 days max so far before a relapse. I've managed to add one day to each stretch of nofap. Eventually I get so worn down from exercise that I spend an evening doing nothing because I feel like I need the recovery time, and that's when it happens. The exhausted insomnia is a killer for me.

It is also the fact that on NoFap more blood is flowing into your dick when you get hard and it is expanding the skin much more than it usually does.

Only way to know for sure is to measure girth and width with a soft plastic tape measure.

(03-29-2017 07:24 AM)seabridge Wrote:  Is jerking off to your main girl on webcam considered porn? Because i fell off the wagon yesterday.

It's not "porn" in the traditional sense of the word...because it is a girl you have met, know personally, have seduced and slept with, while in no way have paid to be with her. However, rather than exchanging your respective powerful sexual essences with eachother in person, you are doing it virtually, meaning you are both wasting them, rather than giving them to eachother.

As an example, years ago I occasionally used to masturbate to the thoughts of my girlfriend on the morning of the same day I would see her. When I eventually did meet up with her later in the day, I would fuck her with less power and vigour, and she would subconsciously notice than I was weaker both mentally and physically with her than usual. She would not say this out loud, nor did she consciously realise what was going on, but it came out from her in other ways like her acting a lot more unpleasant, bitchy and less submissive towards me.

So bottom line, don't fap even if you have a girl to fuck.
It doesn't do anything good for you or her.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - ExploringReality - 03-30-2017 11:58 AM

Made it to 6 weeks. I'm halfway there, and I think that I'm entering the flatline. Two days without much of a morning wood. Shit, yesterday I was kissing a petite qt 4 year younger new girl and I had just a semi. I'm worried as I plan on getting the bang this next Sunday, but I've read it will work if I need it, so...I'll have faith. Still, the fear is in the back on my mind.

One thing I want everybody new to now. I've been doing nofap/noporn for 6 weeks. That's it. No more time. I've had 150% more success with women in 6 weeks since I jumped into the nofap train than in a the whole past year. It's fucking crazy the motivation you get to approach girls and how positive the reactions tend to be. Do this, even if you don't believe in this, give it a try, you will stay. Thanks to the two guys that take care of this thread, your help has tremendous value.

Been inspired by this thread. Even one or two days of 'abstinence' makes a huge difference.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Kid Twist - 03-30-2017 03:59 PM

Yes, keep going. I had a bit of flatline at about 4 weeks now I've been getting the morning wood not just in super nocturnal hours or REM, but like I used to at younger ages more and more, as I recall when I got up and walked around it wouldn't go down --- that's starting to return. I never did any crazy amounts of fap either, but in stretches I had view porn a while back (that was months ago now). Just to tell you not to do that, and be careful on this forum too, I ran across a vid link and it wasn't a brain rush it was a body rush, I could sense the dopamine tingling. Then for over 24 hours it was a state of resistance to fap - I got through it but it was NOT smart. Do not even seek anything whatsoever, do those pushups or go to the gym. I think once you get to months you can do it forever.

Listen to the above posters, the benefits are tremendous. I'm wondering how well this'll be after 2-3 months, now on 5 weeks

Took extreme measures today and put an icepack straight on my balls. Seems to be working so far.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - 8ball - 04-02-2017 12:07 AM

5 1/2 weeks now and can definitely admit faster trigger times when having sex. I like it cause i can go for way more rounds now. The last girl i shot 3 loads in impressive time(well...impressive for me lol)

In terms of all the other effects people have mentioned here:

No added fitness bonus.
Haven't seen any extra eye contact or women looking at me differently.
Some minor added energy levels.
Getting boners quickly by any scene in an R rated film or sometimes PG films with a hot female character. (i see this as a positive)
Horny levels when not getting laid are increasing exponentially if thats even possible.
Heightened creativity in setting up opportunities to get laid due to higher horny levels.

No Fap for 4 months.. quit cold turkey...
also quit Alcohol 5 months ago and coffee 4 months ago.

I think quitting all of these together made it a lot easier and work to synergistically improve your chances of success. I tried quitting coffee last year but was getting withdrawal symptoms. irritability and headaches. Once I stopped alcohol.. and quit coffee.. it was easy.. no irritability.. no headaches.

All the stimulants and depressants on the brain mess you up. I'm way more calm and in control now.

Feel like a zen master and in the zoneSmile
