Yeah I have maca powder. Used it throughout the last few months but honestly didn't feel much in terms of sex drive. The studies done on it didn't show any change in test levels but showed slight sexual improvements, probably because it is supposedly loaded with minerals and micronutrients.

The unrefined powder is the way to go, pretty cheap and tastes decent. I sometimes mix it in my green smoothie together with ginger powder

You could try it but personally I had better results with tribulus, pine pollen powder and mucuna pruriens among others

I've been using it for a few days now and feel nothing yet. Studies I read all said that after 8 weeks on 3g per day participants reported increased sex drive. But I don't know if that means it took 8 weeks to feel it or they just only reported the changes they felt after the 8 week trial was done.

I've bought enough organic gelatinised Maca powder to last me 40 days so at least I'll finish that and see if I feel any different. I'm adding it to my daily protein shake and it doesn't taste bad at all. Taking one teaspoon a day which is 5g according to the packet.

I haven't heard of those other supplements you mentioned.

Just wanted to update everyone here on my Kratom experiment....FAILURE!

I was taking it two or three times a week, only 4g a day. This is nowhere near what crazy Chris at GLL suggests, but it was just enough to give me a perk without any side effects.

I noticed my libido was lower but it wasn't mentally, just physically. I was still looking at asses in public and felt like a total horndog. The loss of libido was in my dick, I wasn't getting NRB's (no reason boners) anymore. I was happy to be a little less horny because it was easier to do NoFap when I wasn't walking around with a boner all the time.

Now the problem with Kratom happened last Thursday. Here's the timeline:

Friday the 3rd: last time I saw my girl and nutted
Wednesday: last time I took Kratom
Thursday: next time I saw girl

That's a good six days between orgasms, which should mean I'm a horny SOB. I was, and when I went over to her house we had pretty decent sex. I came within a few minutes and then prepared for round two....but IT NEVER HAPPENED!

I'm usually ready to go after 10-15 minutes, even less when I'm with a sexy girl I'm interested in (like this one).

After 30 minutes I couldn't even get a little blood to my penis. Not even a half chub, just completely flaccid. She was cool with it but I was pissed.

I said fuck this and stopped taking Kratom. The next time we had sex (Saturday) I took some L-Citrulline before and fucked her brains out three times within a 12 hour window, so that was nice.

I don't think I'm going to take Kratom anymore unless I'm completely willing to sacrifice my libido. Right now, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

The pros don't seem to outweigh the cons. It didn't provide INSANE focus or anything, just a small buzz and concentration bonus. Is it worth it? Not really. My second round dick game is valuable to me and definitely responsible for keeping girls around.

That feeling eventually wore off, so I stopped taking it.
Way too much effort for little payoff. If someone were legally able to make pre-made brews for sale, it might be worth it.
But I think there are better alternatives like modifil.

I recently relapsed just now.
Went around 2 weeks without busting.
I have an idea of what broke me.

Yesterday, I went and got a little caesar's pizza.
Didn't feel like cooking and I was in the mood for pizza.
I have a feeling that it got me in the mood, so to speak.

That got me thinking, why do we start posting what we did differently the day we fap?
I have a feeling certain things can cause triggers that we normally wouldn't expect.
Did you get less sleep that day?
Did you do something stressful?

Maybe we don't have to post here for our personal results, but if we find common causes, it could help out people starting out.
For example, someone might relapse after drinking wine, but not beer. (or vice versa)
Info like that might keep our streaks going longer.

L citrulline will provide a bit of a boost in terms of blood flow but lack of arousal during flatline is mainly mental/in the brain.

That's a good idea, I will write a datasheet on it when I get the chance. Look out for it sometime this week. I am no expert by any means, but will discuss the research I have compiled, some of the resources I've used to help educate myself, and my personal experience with it.

I've read L-Citrulline is good for circulation and erections. I've never taken it before because I've never needed it (and I'm cheap).

Even just taking it once, I noticed my dick was thicker. Not sure it's from the citrulline or the girl, but L-Citrulline is cheap as fuck so I'll do some experiments.

When I go through flatline it's like little wing says - all in my head. I sweat about it until I'm in bed, and then have no problems.

I'm not a horny animal as much anymore. I'm getting out of shape here and a shoulder injury is keeping my away from the weighs which in am not pleased about. Some days it's rough but not the crazed levels it was last time around when I did no fap.

I've been going nearly 4 weeks now on this current run. I don't feel anywhere near as good as I did last time which I'm thinking is because we've moved into winter with short days and it's cold. It feels easy once the momentum is going though I must say - getting past the first week or so is always hardest for me. I do edge a little once a week to measure so I can check on jelqing gains. I probably shouldn't, but I need to track it.

Ever since Firefox updated the pornblocker I used to use (procon latte content filter) got outdated. Any recommendations for a new one?

Ideally it should be relatively easy to whitelist stuff since I go on sites like Wallstreetplayboys and other random shit that blockers tend to censor(things that say "fuck"). But it also should be good enough to block every single porn thing I'm tempted to search.

To all you guys doing NoFap, how often do you have nocturnal emissions (wet dreams)? I have been doing NoFap for the past few years for both health and religious purposes and typically relapse only about 1 time every 2 months. However, I have nocturnal emissions very frequently, usually once a week.
