I have relapsed on 8th of this month and the emission came on 23rd. Before, during my 6 months no fap I used to have 2-3 a month, then on the 4th month it stopped. One of the reasons I did relap. I will keep the track of it now, since I felt a bit worse off in general last 2 months then before, as in, no spikes of horniness, energy. Everything was more stable; energy, mood etc. Also, I stopped getting boners whenever I thought about sex or read/watched sexualised material. No porn though, just pics of nice babes and some stories. My mindset is that of a monk though. I did not search for that content to get off, rather just to see how I will react.

Yes, my adrenals took a beating a while back, and weren't producing as much cortisol, but it wasn't full Addison's. My doctor prescribed cortisol with a goal of weening off it. He was aware of it being a drastic measure. Now that I'm off of it, my libido's higher than ever.

Hey,

I can watch no porn for 1-3 weeks without a problem, depending on the situation and my mood (stress and how I come across hot girls).
But, that's probably because I take SSRI's which are known to cool down the libido.

Considering no fap. I do have some questions though.

1: How do I prevent banging low hanging fruit? I've noticed I end up banging less attractive chicks or chicks I should really stay away from (bit crazy, stalkerish, self proclaimed feminists, future cat ladies etc) after no activity.

2: In case I don't bang a chick, how do I prevent getting a wet dream?

I want to share my personal experience. In any case of wet dream, after I had ejaculated in sleep I immediately woke up and went to clean myself (hated that).

Apparently after some number of these situations, my body immediately wakes up when I am nearing ejaculation. When I wake up like this, I am fully aware what is going on and I just calm myself and try to "hold it". It passes, I go to toilet to freshen up my face and go back to sleep!

Interesting. Never woke just before, always right after ejaculation. As for preventing it. Why would you want to do it? I trust, that if my body does it, it is meant to happen, there is a need. I have noticed, that after a wet dream my mood is slightly better then a few days before it. I would descibe it as 20% of intensity of what I used to feel after a bang. Personally, having abstained from sex altogether, I call it a blessing. It is rare occurence so I doubt it affect testosterone levels. Plus it relaxes me a bit,and is a very good proof that I am doing just fine healthwise.

Prevention, because I don't like to suddenly wake up during night and clean myself haha.

I'm on my second 90-day challenge.

The first one had tough moments but it was a success.

I've never even been a big fapper or into porn and I still see major, MAJOR changes in my mood.

Nofap makes me wanna EXCEL at every task I perform, FUCK anything that has a pussy and DESTROY whatever is in the way of either.

This time I'm about 20 days in and my mind is so clear and sharp that it's remarkable.

Broke things off with my main girl yesterday because I realized I wouldn't develop for her what she had for me. We'd been going out for about 4 months so it was only fair to let her know and "break up" clean instead of ghosting on her.

If I were fapping I can see how my mindset would have been different. I would be less confrontational and lazier - and would probably have strung her along for a few weeks or months more before letting her know it wasn't going to work out, which would only make things worse.

Nofap gives me a sense of wokeness that is similar to when you're groggy in the morning and have that first cup of strong coffee - except it stays ON 24/7.

How do you get out of a binge pmo phase? Ive been watching porn for 5 days in a row like a maniac, I feel down, but I will get back up. Might have to put my phone away when I sleep and block all porn. It's tough.

Alright I will join the NoFap once again. I did 51 days when I discovered the movement like 5 years ago. Let's see if I can do it again.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Wutang - 12-02-2017 02:51 AM

Broke a 122 day streak. I'm still trying to piece together what exactly caused me to stumble. The very strange part is that the temptation I was feeling tonight which eventually caused me to stumble was no where as intense or powerful as the times I've had those feelings. The other times I've failed, what would happen was I would get hit with a tsunami of intense desire and passions, struggle against it, and than eventually just break down and end up indulging. It would be like trying to defend a castle keep against waves of invaders before they eventually scale the walls and overwhelm my defenses. In this instance, it was more like an assassin sneaking into the keep and disabling the defenses from the inside. When I started getting the desire go and blow a load tonight, there was very little resistance on my part. My brain simply got hijacked and I was just in "fuck it let's do it" mode.

Anyways, back on the wagon.

Props for honesty. I had the same feelings when I broke a month or so ago.

Having split up with my girl recently and none of the old rotation left, I'm now on hard mode. Not even feeling horny yet because it's still very raw but it will come back. I need to keep busy, keep socialising and be ready to tell Satan to get behind me when he comes sneaking round the corner with a peek at XHamster.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - little wing - 12-02-2017 07:51 AM

Haven't fapped in a while but busted a few nuts with a plate of mine the last few days.

I'm still early in my reboot so I thought I'd pop some cialis and get over my possible flatline and performance anxiety. I seem to be really lucky because I get absolutely no side effects with PDE-5 inhibitors like Cialis and viagra, even when mixing them together or drinking alcohol. I just get super hard erections that last a long time and even after the half life of the meds is gone I have a nice afterglow effect. With the cheap price of generics on the darknet I see no reason to stop taking them while rebooting. A lot of people get all kinds of sides like flushed face, stuffy nose, sinus headaches etc...
I'm just happy I can get a nice big hard on and fuck without fear of PIED.

Busting nuts with real girls doesn't give me that fatigued, burnt out feeling I get when I fap to porn and keep my dopamine high for a long time and then get a spike in prolactin.

If you struggle with nofap/porn addiction I highly recommend getting a steady girl who you can rewire and practice with.

Hamster2

The best thing is to simply admit you failed and than start from beginning. No point in becoming depressed and angry because of fail, no matter which day of streak it was. I see some think of this way and that is in my opinion very destructive way of thinking.

No fap definitely boosts test.

I've lost count of how long I've been clean but voice is definitely lower and my previously patchy body hair has filled out more.

Ok, another try. Currently a bit over a week no porn and no fap. This is quite hard, shaking off the addiction, whenever I get a bit home alone the nasty demons are trying to make me watch it again. Pfft. Hope this time I can make it last.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Dante.Migue - 12-07-2017 03:12 PM

I will try no fap till the end of the year.

I have succumbed numerous times. Hopefully I can end this year on a high note.

Aloha!

I'm gonna put my phone away at night and try and keep busier and also going to nofap till the new year, I have the most leads I ever had in my life right now and i'm messing it up by ruining my state by fapping so much.

Same here bro. Back in 2013 , I did around 56 days. Was never able to beat that record since then. Next goal is 90+!

While this may not apply to everybody I think you're definitely on to something here. In my own experience whenever I started to see a new girl or had something semi-steady, the urge to jerk off or watch porn would almost (if not totally) completely disappear.

On an unrelated note, I'm starting noFap seriously this time. Personal issues have seemed to start getting the best of me and I stupidly turned to porn as a coping mechanism despite knowing the harmful effects. I've started exercising again and doing the whole ACV, coconut oil, (as well as a huge dose of vitamin C at the suggestion of a forum member) RVF starter pack to help with the recovery process as well. I'll be chronicling my journey here from time to time, most likely when I start to feel like I might slip or give in.

Day 13 . Still in here .

Stay up fellas.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Sancho - 12-15-2017 07:33 PM

I can't explain why, but taking hemp oil has been stopping my cravings.
I don't even remember the last time I fapped, maybe two weeks ago?
I bought it for health reasons and it seems to have the pleasant side effect of making no-fap easier.

Just a heads up, it may cause a decreased libido.
I don't know if it's because of my cold or the hemp oil, but I find myself not getting turned on as easily.
I will report back once I start feeling better.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - CleanSlate - 12-16-2017 04:40 AM

Jumping in.

Haven’t looked at porn nor fapped for 28 days today.

Got my start when I went back to the US. There were hardly any stimulus (hot chicks) so my libido fell off a cliff, that I simply forgot to masturbate.

Since I got back, I’ve had sex several times in a week; but still have not fapped or looked at porn. I don’t miss it.

The chaser effect is real, though. Few hours after smashing, I want to do it again and I’m at my horniest. But if I wait at least 24-48 hours after my last O, I drop back into a flatline.

The flatline is a bit unnerving, but I know things still work down there because whenever I get a naked girl in front of me with anticipation of having sex, I spring to action.

I’ma keep truckin’ along. It’s not that hard.
