Joke aside, I’m sure not ejaculating has benefits, there are tantric methods that reeducate the man and his sexuality in order to reach orgasm without ejaculation, I believe Sting was doing this and was claiming that he could make love for several hours to his wife without ejaculating. I’m afraid 99% of us here don’t have the patience/maturity to practice this. If some forum members are doing it I would be interested though, I think for older guys it can have benefits.

Disappointed in myself because i cracked on 30th April after going no PMO for a month.

Going at it again since then. Today is Day 10 now and i'm pretty sure i'm doing much better now after having a few slightly tempting moments that i fought off.

This is pretty annoying though because you are literally fighting against the front lobe of your brain being physically weak and it needs time to strengthen and physically restructure away from being turned into mush.

I'm optimistic for at least 2 months no PMO and ideally more and never again in my life at all!

Sounds painful.

I once had sex for about an hour without ejaculating and had to stop because it got too painful for me. I didn't have post-sex exhaustion. I was on ~2 weeks of no fap/porn at the time.

First time with that girl too, which really freaked her out. It took a few more sessions before I came, and it felt like I lost some energy.

There's definitely some truth to the semen retention stuff. Just wouldn't recommend having sex for hours at a time.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - General Mayhem - 05-10-2019 12:57 PM

Just wanted to stop by and give my experience with nofap so far this year.

I am starting to think that nofap/noporn is tough to sustain outside of a religious framework.

When I started nofap earlier this year it was all about me depriving myself of pleasure for personal betterment. Hard to maintain when it is all centered on yourself. I could get a good streak going but there was nothing stopping me once I got past a certain point. Not only that but nofap was a standalone deprivation of pleasure in my life.

Then I started moving more toward religion. Looking at it now it almost seems like nofap came first and pushed me towards faith. I then noticed I could actually stop and beat a strong urge. One difference was in a religious context, nofap was part of a bigger more from the physical to the spiritual.

It seems to me like having faith gives teeth to nofap similar to the way that it gives teeth to being against trannies and gay marriage. Without faith there is no basis for these things, just yourself. With religion your submission to god is your basis and it's not just you.

That also gets me thinking that any movement centered on the self is doomed to fail. Perhaps the reason that the degenerate leftists walk all over the conservatives is because they fervently believe in something bigger than themselves, as much as it doesn't seem that way. Even though it seems like the left is a mixed bag of crazies, they all believe in some sort of higher power, a greater good, a just cause.

Perhaps conservatives are the true mixed bag of individuals who have no agency or belief in anything greater than themselves. Even though the religious voting block tends to vote right, their beliefs aren't as tenacious as the beliefs of the left.

Feel free to hate if you want. This has just been my personal experience. I'm not trying to gain followers of the god pill. That's for each man to find for himself. It's been an interesting year for me. I wish all the atheist nofappers the best of luck.

I was on No Porn for ~ 35 days (a record for me) but I still fap every few days and am now on day 6.

I was almost gonna fap today but stopped after writing this post

No porn and no fap on the ~15th day
No sex on the 9th day, I think I will get a bang in a week, the question is can I nofap till sex.

Day 2, I've been insanely addicted in the past week, I need to go out gaming to curb these cravings. I temporarily uninstalled facebook and instagram and it seems to be helping.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Fahrenheit - 05-12-2019 10:46 AM

I'm not a big fan of NoFap but I agree with to fact that porn comsumption has big influence on how successful you are in general. I've been addicted to porn and wasted years of my life due to a lack of motivation. Why would I go out and date a girl if there's porn in just a second? To be honest I also used to be a virgin back then.

Then I started NoPorn. Now sex is my new drug.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - redbeard - 05-12-2019 12:22 PM

Removing myself from social media has made NoFap 100x easier.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Donfitz007 - 05-12-2019 02:00 PM

^^^ it also makes Nofap 100% more effective.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - sbideo - 05-13-2019 04:19 PM

Still going strong but I have been really craving sugar.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - roberto - 05-14-2019 03:17 AM

Don’t crack on the sugar, it will make you weak in other ways.

I considered cracking yesterday- tiredness was the culprit. Avoid this too as much as possible.

I'm currently on Day 10 and I've noticed a big improvement in my positivity and gereral mood. I'm approaching more girls when I'm out and I'm looking at women totally different way. Maybe it's just my imagination, but I feel like women are also looking at me in a different way too.

I believe it's common, they call it the flat line, not sure how long it lasts.

Other members have commented on this. Semen Retention is the main benefit of NOFAP. Retaining sexual energy and then transmutation of that energy into more productive endeavors is a secret few men learn. I am in the beginning stages of learning myself. Learning to have sex with my wife but not ejaculate takes alot of willpower. The next step is learning to orgasm without ejaculation.

After about 2 or 3 weeks of semen retention I am buzzing with an energy that cant be explained or proven to exist. It is subjective, but I assure you quite powerfull.

That's the kind of experiments I'm interested in, having sex without ejaculating must be frustrating, might be as well for the woman, If you stop few minuts to "cool down" whenever you feel it's coming, she might not reach the orgasm as well.

Regarding the masculine orgasm with no ejaculation, well...that sounds like science fiction for most of us I think.
Guys who are practicing sex without ejaculation, please share your experience.

I've been on a kind of "soft nofap" (trying to do once a week or less) for a while but now I'm committed, it's been maybe 3 weeks (also around the time I quit smoking weed.)

I feel excellent, boners every morning (which is supposed to happen, it's bad when it doesn't so definitely a good motivator.) Lots more hard-ons in general. I also went up on a couple of my lifts.

I found the "once a week or less" thing didn't work because I felt more anxiety etc for a day or three after jacking.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Iconoclast007 - 05-15-2019 12:05 AM

I will add that I spend time meditating every day. I focus on the intense emergy in my groin and balls. I envision condensing it and allowing it to flow up my spine into my brain. Then I visualize how I will direct the energy now ready to deploy.

If I dont do the above practice, I just get frustrated and irritable with painfull blue balls and think about fucking every piece of ass in sight.

Every time i let a long held ejaculation go, I feel less vibrant and virile.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - KnjazMihailo - 05-15-2019 03:19 AM

For all the crowd that says that there's absolutely no benefit to PMO and no ejaculation in general, take a look at what this study has to say:

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1631/jzus.2003.0236

It literally proves that if you do no PMO for at least 7 days, your testosterone levels will be 145.7% of what they originally were. I know i intend to continue with no PMO, because i will at least have the tangible benefit of increased testosterone.

This is great man. Wish you all the discipline in the world to help you achieve your goals. I sense that serious nofap/noporn might be one of fundamentals enhancing your bulking/weight loss endeavours.

Highly recommend everyone listen to the Roosh + E. Michael Jones interview. Available on YouTube and iTunes (podcasts).

I've already seen it. For anyone who hasn't seen it. Its worth watching if you're basically struggling to deal with lust and sexual impulses, not just porn and PMO necessarily.

Definitely feel more aggressive and have noticed more mood changes.
