Day 1

Well I made it 19 days.... I had one of my kinky gfs come over and threw on some porn and participated in debauchery. My BDSM lifestyle in the bedroom doesn't make this any easier.

However tomorrow I'm going to Brazil for a month... fresh start and I'm calling it right here and now, there will be no porn consumption for me in Brazil and beyond

You won’t consume porn there, you’ll live it Smile

Around 84 days in, and I pretty much relapsed. I didn’t fap, I didn’t watch porn. My Instagram addiction however ALMOST came back. I’ve been having sex pretty much every day. The girl in which I’m having sex with is an inexperienced but very willing girl with the body of a goddess. Yet I still have a strong desire to watch porn. The sex is great but I have a strong desire for more. The variety of porn and social media really burned my brain. All the benefits of NoFap are still there and still bettering my life (especially the lack of anxiety) but these urges are getting stronger.

I believe a way to remedy this is to approach different varieties of women. I don’t have to fuck them all but maybe keep my options open just Incase I have a taste for something different.

How bad was your addiction? Like in what years of your life did it happen, and how frequently were you fapping?

Did you notice the deepened voice, removal of anxiety, increased wit, stronger eye contact, more charisma, etc?

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Donfitz007 - 05-19-2019 01:20 PM

honestly once a day sadly, even days in which I had sex.

Here are the benefits I received

1. More women flirting with me or wanting to talk to me more than normal.
2. Less anxiety, Almost 0 approach anxiety unless the girl is a complete 10 (which happened to me yesterday)
3. A lot wittier and sharper with comebacks and lines. Overall funnier.
4. Eye contact never been a problem with me but now that nervous look away that happens SOMETIMES is gone.

NOW HERE ARE THE MOST NOTICEABLE AND IMPORTANT
5. Increased sleep quality
6. Slower to become sad to things
7. More dominant
8. No more depression (unless it involves women)
9. Way more charismatic
10.More STrategic
11. AND MY FAVORITE is that horniness and perversion that I had when I was 14-18....When almost anything (such as a sundress being slightly too tight, or a dress coming up a bit too high due to the wind) All that is back, and I love it.
For more detail I wrote about my results in the other no fap page in the gaming section

The only downside to NoFap is it makes you VERY TERRITORIAL. Sex also feels a bit too good so you have to focus more on not cumming. SEX however is much more intense.

Back to square one after a 2 week streak. Been under a lot of stress lately.

Try going for a walk or jog with some good music, pushups, situps, anything physical. I find this stuff great for stress (and nofap)

First post in this thread.

- Haven't watched a second of porn in about 4 months
- Heavily reduced fapping in the same period
- no fap at all in 5 weeks
- Having sex maybe 1-3 times a week. My plan is to reduce this too.

I haven't really read much about this, a friend mentioned it to me and it made sense, so wanted to try it. I love the effects so far. I'm turning into an animal. It is a wild flame that is hard to control at times.

Not fapping is not hard to control, but where I live there are so many hot fucking women. If I don't have an opportunity to lay for the day, its like my mind is on ecstasy / MDMA. I get super horny. I try to meditate, but really hard to control at times. Basically its a new form of energy that I'm now trying my best to tame.

I would love some feedback on how you direct this energy into other things like work, deep thinking and workout?

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Iconoclast007 - 05-20-2019 02:24 AM

Sit and meditate. Squeeze your ass and pelvic muscles and envision condensing the energy in your balls. Focus on pushing that energy into ypur spine amd then push it up ypurbspine to your brain. Envision the succsess you will acheive with the energy ready to deploy productively.

Create affirmations and write down exactly what your goals are. Read and memorize the written words and repeat each morning and night. Internalize that if you transmute the enegy and plant the affirmation seed in your subconcious, then the universe will have no choice but to create the reality you conjur.

I was on No Porn for ~ 35 days (a record for me) but I still fap every few days and am now on day 6.

I was almost gonna fap today but stopped after writing this post

Fap again on the 10th May so I had only no Fap for 8 days.

Restarting and now on no Fap for 10 days, one of the things that helped is that I am banging this chic so it get the distraction away, however I really want to beat my previous 35 days record, which I will get there on 15th June.

Fuck any church.
My suggestion is to do seminal retention, with sporadic pump and dump or prostitute visit. From 30 year old forward, complete seminal retention and sex without orgasm/ejaculation.

Also fuck all that of cumless orgasm and such. Yes you can press your perineum to not let the cum come out. But you are cumming anyway, you still lose energy even though the semen stays inside.

But for you sex addicts this is such a hard thing you rather ridicule it than face it

Before I get banned I’m journaling my 88th day

So far no improvements. I got readdicted to Instagram (spending maybe 5 minutes a day on it, when 0 was better. I can feel my dopamines suffering) my Sex drive is still the same. Basically from day 50- now it’s been the same which is still WAAY better than before NoFap. Honestly I’m very scared of the relapse due to 90 days typically bring the total reboot faze. I feel nothing different.

I've made it past the 90 day mark, and I'm closing in on 120 days.

I quit almost all of my vices at the same time, mainly alcohol and weed. But by far, porn has been the hardest one to get out of my head.

Like a lot of guys, I started watching pretty normal stuff when I was a teenager. Thinking back on it, I watched a lot of videos with that one chick from the 90s/00s who would deep throat her husband. It was explicit, but fun and playful.

Over the years, my interests grew darker. Unlike that playful spirit, I started getting off on women getting hurt: women being extremely degraded, women in pain, women doing things they are clearly uncomfortable with or disgusted by.

Bill Burr, who has had his own struggles with porn, was so right when he said that porn turns you into "half a serial killer".

I was always one of the first people to defend porn from a libertarian stance. Consenting adults should be free to do what they want, and I still believe that. But it seems hypocritical for me to take that stance, and then to get off on situations where the boundaries of consent are really being pushed.

I will likely return to my other vices on occasion, but I can really think of no upside to returning to porn. It's way too addictive, and at least for me, it taps into a demon. For the first time in a long time, I feel free, and I just hope I can maintain the strength to stay away from it for good.

Damn. By chance i accidentally fell upon an NSFW thread since i misclicked as i was looking for a thread above and then ...

Still, this was just before i discovered RooshV's historic thread and declaration.

If RooshV can overcome something that isn't even an addiction but only a matter of morality, then surely we should be able to overcome this at least. After several days of giving in completely, i'm starting anew from today yet again.

I'll genuinely try things like going outside at least once a day for 30 minutes minimum to simply reduce the amount of time I'm at home where i could backslide.

Some time ago I wrote out my life history for psychological purposes - about 180,000 words - the length of a Lord of The Rings book. One of the threads was the inclusion of what I think of as "my complete wanking history". It's useful to put things in perspective and feed the disgust side of your sexuality...

Disgust seems to be one of the primary fuels of NoWanks - for yourself, for the actors, the producers and everyone else who is blowing their beans over porn. One thing I picked up from Roosh is affirmation sessions, where you frame to yourself who you want to be. Add NoFap into this to inject it into your constitution.

There are two sides: the carnal, which revels in raw sex and the disgust, which is ashamed of the base acts it's attracted to. When I first started watching porn at about 14 I was very morally troubled by it from multiple angles. I was very attracted to certain things that I couldn't bring myself to admit I liked, specifically facials and later deep-throat, hair-pulling, a bit of light slapping and a hand round the throat. If it wasn't that I so thoroughly pretended to myself that I wasn't into these things I could have easily slid into the harder areas. In short I am attracted to using women as whores, but also disgusted by that. And I think that is the male default, 99% of the time, but few will admit it or even come close to talking about it.

I also observed (much later) that as access to porn got to the point I could razz one off whenever I wanted, I also got to the point where I put zero effort into pursuing girls in any way. What started with the lingerie sections of mail order catalouges proceeded to watching 2-3 scenes before unloading; and with the rise of tube sites rifling through 10, 20 scenes looking for the most titillating materials and being able to spend an hour watching cumpilations before finding out there is no perfect cumshot and having to make do with popping one off on a 10.

When you take a look at your complete wanking history and keep it in mind and remind yourself you can be at least 10% better, it gives you some fuel. Giving yourself the perspective required to reach goals is a good start.

I am fairly sure that porn has also had an averse affect on my ability to pair bond. In a vacuum it has framed relationships with women too much around sex and made what are above average women seem drab. They can never compare to being able to flick through 10, 20 scenes before choosing which face of a 1 hour cumpilation to finally pop off to. There is virtually zero discussion in mainstream society that there is much of any value in a relationship, than sex. It's very different to how it used to be, when a woman was a life partner to make life easier.

I also used to think libertarian on such issues, but now I think porn is going to have to be banned.

On wanting to make women your whores and getting drawn to the dark side, I think the best approach is to confront this part of yourself. It's something that is inherent to all/most of us. By acknowledging it you take control of it; and won't end up getting fired from Mic for all the coercive hate sex that spills out of your blue-pill, male-feminist mind. We have a natural idea to dominate and women have a natural desire to be taken control of. They want a man who is dangerous, but not for them, and it's within this area where you can exercise dominance and both be comfortable with it.

We have a natural idea to dominate and women have a natural desire to be taken control of. They want a man who is dangerous, but not for them, and it's within this area where you can exercise dominance and both be comfortable with it.

This is a really key point you're making. It's important to be able to integrate these dark impulses into your sense of self in a way that's ultimately constructive and healthy.

There has been a lot written about why facials are so appealing for example. Evolutionary psychology says that men are constantly looking for two things in women: beauty (i.e., genetic fitness) and sexual availability. My opinion is that a facial represents a very powerful fusion of both. The pretty and symmetrical face of a woman is the ultimate marker of genetic fitness, and a woman can't be more sexually available than being covered in jizz.

Porn amps up the sexual availability side of the equation. If one facial is good on a woman, then ten is better, and so forth. The problem is that these displays of sexual availability feed into an impulse to "destroy" the woman. From an evolutionary standpoint, a woman who exhibits absolutely no discretion for the genetic material she accepts is basically worthless. People may deny this is the case, but deep down they know this is true. Porn indulges the sick thrill of taking a real life beautiful woman and making her worthless.

Like you're saying, you have to become the arbiter of these impulses. I'm still interested in rough and dominant sex, and can negotiate these things with a partner. But if you delegate the control of these impulses to porn producers, you are often putting your sense of self in the hands of sociopaths. Their boundaries for what is acceptable are likely different from yours. And while you may not be as culpable as them for any bad deeds, you are to an extent complicit, whether you like it or not.

Ok I got the 90 day mark and well I’m VERY disappointed. I’m going to try and give it a couple more days or weeks but I didn’t feel this great reboot yet. All the benefits I’ve mentioned previously are there but the main benefit I hoped for did not come yet. Plus the urge to masturbate is stronger than ever. I could fool around with a woman and think about fapping as soon as she leaves.

This remark alone should be a cause to pause.... Think about what that says about what kind of mindset you're in. What kind of man will you be if you can't resist the urge to spit on your fingers and diddle yourself even after being with a woman....

Exactly this is why I’m continuing to do NoFap. I think it’s because I need more variety but I can’t speak on that due to forum rules. Hopefully couple more days and weeks will help reboot me

What about watching our own homemade videos? Should it be avoided also?
