Yes. Porn is porn.

I was on No Porn for ~ 35 days (a record for me) but I still fap every few days and am now on day 6.

I was almost gonna fap today but stopped after writing this post

Fap again on the 10th May so I had only no Fap for 8 days.

Restarting and now on no Fap for 10 days, one of the things that helped is that I am banging this chic so it get the distraction away, however I really want to beat my previous 35 days record, which I will get there on 15th June.

I lasted 27 days without porn and fap, less than my previous record of 35 days. For some weird and undisciplined reason, I just decided it’s time for a break, and I ended up watching and fapping for two days (two porns two fap)

Through out that 27 days I had sex four times with two girls, and am guilty of looking for “pay to play” four times.

My question is if “pay to play” has effect similar to porn/fap.

I believe so- they are still women who wouldn't give you time of day otehrwise (and presumably you wouldn't be interested in if it weren't simply for sex- ie. you'd not feel good about it after)

Day 100 and the only new update I Last way longer in bed and sex seems more intimate. I’m going for a new goal of 180 days but adding stoic routines to my life.

Porn is somewhat a disgusting interest to me, like a car wreck I want to look but I know it’s bad. I slipped and watch maybe 10 seconds of porn because the porhstar looks like my girlfriend. However I didn’t fap and it wasn’t really appealing neither, none of the recommended videos seemed appealing either.

For the next 80 days I plan on giving up social media(beyond business purposes) changing my diet to a more Keto friendly diet, and running more. I want a sub 70 resting heart beat.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - BlastbeatCasanova - 06-13-2019 10:27 AM

I have been off Instagram for a month, it makes No Fap infinitely easier. It’s too easy to stumble upon a picture of a scantily clad swimsuit model, the whole site is basically filled with soft core porn. If you’re serious about No Fap I’d recommend deleting the app or at least unfollowing all thots

This video might have the funniest comment section on youtube.

Quote:Day 74 of no fap

As I exited my vehicle to walk into work I caught scent of a female in heat 73.35 meters upwind. Because of the fog I couldn’t see her yet but judging by the scent she was mid twenties, and healthy. My ultra attunated hearing was able to pick up her gait, which put her at about 5’6”. My mind, free of the constraints of porn and indecent imagery, was able to calculate her weight based on the ripple in the testosterone continuum produced by her footsteps as she walked away from me.

Being that I was 10 minutes early for work, I made chase and followed her through the fog still without visual contact. I was like a pilot navigating the white abyss by instrument alone. I was trailing her about 130m behind when I sensed her phone vibrate in her purse through the pavement. Holding my ear to the ground I was able to faintly pick up on the conversation she was having with beta BF. Based on the annoyed tone in her voice I knew now was the time to strike.

I readied my legs and concentrated all of my Testo-chakras into my Vastus Medialus muscles as I assumed a sprinters starting stance. I exploded forward in a cataclysm of sex hormone fueled rage. Exactly 2.54 nanoseconds later I began to phase through time and space as I meshed with the testosterone continuum. As I phased through the helpless female target I nutted directly into both of her Fallopian tubes, destroying her previously unbroken hymen and causing her to orgasm INSTANTLY. As I began to slow down 33.6 light years later, I realized that while she would have wanted to thank me for giving her the gift of my superior seed that she was already dead and gone having raised my CHAD progeny to repopulate the earth.

As I float into the the celestial abyss of the greater Crab Nebula I am not filled with regret for having left my world, but rather happiness for having left it a better place. You're welcome.

Record is 68 days, starting this up again. Day 1.

Going to the gym at the army base nearby is rough, so many cute black girls (which is been my weakness for a while now)

Not fapping is sexist. You are depriving girls of attention and money. Disgusting.
Breathing is also sexist. Your taking oxygen from females, disgusting.

Second day of my no fap no porn renewed effort.

Reset on Saturday. I am going to take up boxing again/ do more activities.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Buckaroo - 06-17-2019 10:56 PM

Haven't fapped for over 100 days. Stopped doing it after succeeding in removing alcohol from my life earlier in the year. Abstaining from both I feel has given health benefits but that could be placebo.

Stopped watching porn, that stuff is poison. If you can't stop masturbating then at least stop doing it to porn would be my advice.

I'm nearing 50 so no-fap is more readily achieved. Not sure how younger guys can manage it but well done if you can.

Staying busy with productive work and sheer willpower. It's not too difficult after the initial withdraw.

Also, don't worry about whether the benefits are a "placebo" or not. If it changes your reality, then it's real. Placebo was invented by the pharmaceutical industry.

It's absolutely real, as I had a relapse on the weekend by a wet dream after a longer streak. Inner game didn't change at all, but the whole charisma changed from a friendly alpha vibe to obnoxious/arrogant. Today spots started showing up in my face, voice pitch did go up and my daily cold shower I could perfectly stand two days ago felt like torture.

These benefits build up slowly over a streak, but it's insane seeing them disappear again over night.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - roberto - 07-02-2019 01:34 PM

I ended a decent streak a couple of weeks ago. Last night I could feel some of it coming back. Being eyefucked in the pub, etc. Today I felt urges, and I said out loud, "Get behind me Satan'. Laugh all you want, it helps. Then I got busy on a small project I needed to do which took my mind right off it. Although as a full disclaimer, I opened up a bad site today, but managed to close it again.

The devil makes work for idle hands, they say.

I need to get down the gym.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Lost in Transfiguration - 07-02-2019 02:08 PM

At this point I know I can get a streak going where I spend upwards of a month not fapping. But it gets annoying by the end of week one. I get more aggro, and find myself not being so beta or polite. I get short with people, and do not have patience for people's stupidity. I find myself yelling at people more too. I know at some point I need to get back on the train, but I think it has to be coupled with profuse exercise.

Porn/fap on 25th June hence reset again and on the 12th day now.

I could clearly sense the goodness of this exercise, as I've been able to control my cum much easily. Previously I sometimes had problems cuming, maybe once in 3 - 5 times, but not anymore.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Donfitz007 - 07-07-2019 10:52 AM

Well After 4 months I finally relapsed. Weakness from all the stress just overwhelmed me and the loneliness just made it easier for my mind to justify this stupidity....sad thing is I did feel better after I did it (emotionally better) like I didn’t miss my ex so much. So it’s time to go on this journey again, in which I’m looking forward to!

If you only did it once, then you lost some ground, but not much. The problem is that doing it once sometimes opens the floodgates.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Lost in Transfiguration - 07-07-2019 06:53 PM

I'm three days in and may very well go the distance this time. I can't stomach porn anymore and the thought I've wasted so much time and effort on it is nauseating.

I have a good nearly 3 months of summer in front of me. I have some weight goals and lifting goals, as well as some approaching goals, targets I want to meet.

I'll guess I'll update in about a week if I'm still on the train.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - pirate - 07-09-2019 08:39 AM

I am committing to a year without porn.

There are three main reasons to this;

-I've been at it for a long time and I'm convinced it wreaks havoc on your happiness. For me, it manufactures a constant sense of missing out and dissatisfaction with what I have in life.
-I last much, much longer in bed whilst abstaining.
-I fall asleep much easier without it. I'm convinced that my brain keeps me awake to receive its fix before bed.

I do not think that cutting out masturbation for more than two weeks is a good idea- it makes me extremely disagreeable and unable to concentrate on work,

In any case, a man at my age that cannot control a porn habit is sad by any standard.
Its time to quit.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Vasily Zaytsev - 07-09-2019 10:00 AM

I've been trying to stop watching porn and masturbate totally for the past two years. At first, it was super hard for me
and I would always relapse, but now I've finally started to get into a habit of never doing it and it's been at least two months
since I did either of them.

Word of advice to anyone trying to go on nofap or stop looking at porn:

Focus on living a healthy lifestyle and gauge how you are feeling if you are close to relapsing. Typically, people get most tempted
to look at porn when they are weakest and feeling either tired, hungry, lonely, depressed or anxious. Likewise, it's easiest to avoid
porn when you have gotten sufficient sleep and are in a good mood.

I started getting off of porn due to spiritual reasons, although, I think that this still applies to anyone and also remember to cut off
temptation the second it creeps into your mind.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Manbeline - 07-09-2019 10:22 AM

For me, it's less about porn and more of the fact that I have high T levels simply from protein and working out. But I'm still young, so for us young guys, it's tough. However, I have a lot of willpower, so I can go weeks without doing it if I say it's time to take a break. The finish at the end always feels good, though. There's a difference in how I view women, too, during that point, so it's a real thing.

I'm currently struggling with wet dreams most likely caused by random triggers thanks to my brain being sensitive again after about three months of hard mode. It indeed has a numbing effect on infatuation, because the latter taps into the same dopamine system.
