I fapped last night and this morning, I feel like shit. I can't even get up from my chair, my right leg hurts so much. If I was to get into a fight right now, I couldn't fight back, if I had a full time job, I would probably lose it right away. Damn, I need to stop this for real and I don't even have a reason to do this, I banged 7 different girls in the last 10 days.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - heavy - 09-23-2014 10:44 AM

Really cut back here. The last 3 weeks maybe done it 3 times. I basically just decided I wouldn't look at porn, which for me, gets ride of most whacking outside of just needing the release. I don't guilt myself when I look at porn and whack, I just figure whatever, my goal is to really cut back. Similar to working out...if I don't do it for a week, oh well, start back up next week and plan better, work out more.

The result: It's true, I have a drive I don't have otherwise. Unbelievable need to talk to chics and push interactions. I definitely find my interactions and texts with chics don't remain in limbo for long. They know what I want, and if they aren't going to give it, the text dies (either from me or them). And even if it dies, who knows, they might want to hook up next weekend if I see them out and they've been boozin.

Pulled ONS on Saturday for first time in a long time.

Enjoy your higher chances of prostate cancer. In the meantime, I'll be tard

Even though I trashed the dudes who did this earlier in the thread, I am giving it a try. I am 8 days in with no porn (I did see Kim K and Amber Rose nudes) and no masturbation. I don't see any change yet. I forgot how it feels to have a hard dick.

The problem is watching porn rather than masturbating.

If you're a compulsive porn watcher then you should definitely do this challenge to rid yourself of that habit.

I just broke my streak of 1 month earlier today. I didn't watch porn but I did masturbate. I don't feel grumpy or "depleted." I feel fine.

Also, I didn't notice any tangible benefits some of you guys have described such as finding it easier to talk to women or getting a confidence boost. The drive to bang a chick is definitely there but after 2 weeks or so that feeling subsides and you're back to your normal self.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - pitt - 09-26-2014 08:34 AM

4 days without fapping and I feel so much better. My breathing is way better, I am way more confident, my body language is way more aggressive, I feel like having a fight with whoever crosses the line. I feel way more productive, I just start writing more words for my book, life is so much better without fapping. Best of all, I have got a true bad bitch coming to see me tonight, she is spending the weekend with me, her body is a solid 9, can't wait to destroy that pussy.

Not sure if you were responding to me or others. For me it's not easier to talk to women nor confidence.

It's drive.

5 days and 19 hours.

I feel like I have more spare time due to not fapping.

I'm using that spare time to do other things.

I feel free.

I'm happy.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - HonantheBarbarian - 09-26-2014 02:20 PM

I've been waking up with some serious morning wood lately, the fappenning sequel is definitely not helping.

But I feel like titanium. Bring it world.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - deathtofatties - 09-26-2014 03:01 PM

Have you considered porn blocking software?

Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh

You can also just put your favorite porn sites in your hosts file and block porn that way.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - HonantheBarbarian - 09-26-2014 03:11 PM

I am at a wierd impass on that one.

On one hand, blocking software would definitely help, maybe even eradicate the problem.

On the other I'm like fuck, I need special software to keep from playing with my cock? Jesus

Tying into this, I sort of have a visualization technique I want to share with you guys.

Anytime you find yourself breaking no fap, and you give up and sit down for a prime fap session, do this:

Visualize how you look from the outside, sitting bug eyed in front of your comp, hunched over with your junk out. Visualize just how pathetic that shit looks, and then imagine that your last oneitis is in the back of your room watching it all go down. Like she's a ghost in the room, she can see you but you can't see her. That's actually gotten me to stop in my tracks a few times. After I think about how lame I must look from the outside I just can't return to it.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Cattle Rustler - 09-26-2014 04:35 PM

Add to the above.....

You're hunched over bugs eyes out with your willy out.

Then imagine your last one-itis 10 feet over getting banged by Lexington Steele.

The looked at yourself and how pathetic you look.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - HonantheBarbarian - 09-26-2014 06:22 PM

CR that is keeping it real at its finest. Id rather use all that boner energy to tackle real life shit, and real life women. If im not using my comp for research or general reading of productive shit than I am not on it.

This article also got me pumped up to make time for my workouts no matter what.

I've found I can get discipline in this area by exercising discipline in other areas. Get a daily 30-40 minute walk in. Get your diet under control. Lift 4 times a week. Personally I found my desire and my ability to resist temptation increase the more the rest of my life was in order.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - CaptainCrazy - 09-27-2014 06:11 AM

Putting the porn aside (I believe it might be beneficial not to watch this shit) can you remind me again why not fap?

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - LemonDrink - 09-27-2014 02:00 PM

I have not fapped for about a month now and can see how its possible to only ejeculate with a woman and not with a sweaty palm.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Wahawahwah - 09-27-2014 02:13 PM

Captain Crazy - Part of the answer is right above your post.

The challenge is more mental than physical.
Fapping is a habit.
Can you break something youve been doing for years at a time through sheer willpower?

Where you can catch a movie of your favorite celebrity and then run off and see what see looks like naked, where everywhere you look, you are surrounded by sex, from movies, to billboard advertisements and soda cans to girls on the street walking around with half their bums and boobs popping out of clothes, can you punch yourself in the face every time you think of rubbing one out to women you will never likely see or talk to again, much less have sex with?
Can you resist this constant barrage of the universe urging you to do give up what you set out to conquer, or will you yet again give in to your base desires?

Fapping too much makes your body believe it is satiated and you do become less motivated. The extent to which this happens varies for all of us, but it is a definite physical benefit.

There are other benefits too, but how would you know unless you stop fapping?

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Cattle Rustler - 09-27-2014 02:50 PM

Fapping is more mental than physical. You hand doesn't fap automatically, it faps because your brain tells it to fap.

I think you can break it after years, it takes will though....lots of will.

I'll share my story, might get some flack for it, but fuck it.

There was a point in life where I was depressed that I fapped, a lot. A fucking lot. I felt groggy, unmotivated, and wanted to fap more. I didn't go out much, and when I did....I wanted to come back home to fap again. It became harder for me to get hard, my brain wouldn't cut it, so I went to porn, then porn wouldn't cut it, so I went with live cams....the recorded feeds for free. My brain was getting deeper in the gutter.

One day I looked and said, "Shit, this is pathetic. I could be doing other stuff like learning or running instead of jerking it multiple times a day. I'm 20 and I'm never getting this time back. Jerk it when you're 70!".

I wanted to cut fapping down then cut it off but kept saying "tomorrow" over and over. One day I just deleted 190GBs of porn, it was random but I did it. Then I started cutting it down by mowing the lawn, doing dishes, doing stuff instead of fapping. It went to a manageable level, normal. There was a while where I got 3 on my rotation and I cut it off entirely. The rotation broke apart so I became a fapping victim again, to the point it was hard to get hard for a girl because I was fapping before seeing her and my balls were drained.....so all my motivation was gone.

After my regular and I parted ways, I said ok...no more fapping. I'm on day 5 or 6, can't remember. This morning I really really wanted to break my cycle but I said "ok, you made it this far, 6 days.....why give it up all now? Don't you want to remember what it's like cumming on a slut? Nut on her, compare it to fapping then decide if you want to still fap".

2 sluts wanted to fuck but had their kids over so I couldn't empty my balls, I might soon.

And I know it nutting on them will be better than fapping.

What do you guys think about the transmutation of sexual energy Napoleon Hill talks about in Think and Grow Rich?
I found in week 1 and week 2 that my sexual energy was so chaotic that it disrupted my ability to concentrate properly.
Usually after week 2 the extreme hornyness dies out and it can concentrate better than usual.

Also i watched the fappening pics on 4chan the other day, that lead to watching a whole bunch of porn gifs followed by
a unusual melancholic mood. I guess even watching porn for less then an hour can disrupt my mood already.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Chemistry - 09-28-2014 11:22 PM

Hey guys, checking in again.
  • Fapping was definitely causing my ED when I posted here on April 29th.
  • I stopped ... and my erections came back (although it took disconnecting my internet at home to break the habit! so much for my own willpower eh)
  • Even before I had ED, I had porn-induced Delayed Ejaculation ... I could fuck forever because I couldn't cum. It made me feel like a champ until it evolved into full-blown erectile dysfunction.
I resumed fapping when my performance in bed with girls wasn't lasting as long as I wanted it to. For the last couple months, I was at a nice balance of fapping just enough to last a while in bed, while still being able to bust a nut after 30-40 minutes.

I'm back on NoFap now, because I've started recreational testosterone injections and I want to feel the full effect on my libido (link to RVF T-Injection thread).

Keep up the great work here guys, I'm following you and rooting for you !

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - deathtofatties - 09-29-2014 04:26 PM

I'm on day 2, I'm stronger than ever, really threw the weights up at the gym. Even in 2 days there is a noticeable difference.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - pitt - 09-29-2014 05:41 PM

It's been 7 days and all good so far. One thing that certainly helps is to be out in the streets most of the time, I highly recommend this.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - deathtofatties - 09-30-2014 12:31 AM

Man, I wish there was someone I could talk to. I am going crazy. I'm feeling strength and aggression that I have never felt before, combined with extreme horiness. It doesn't help that I'm still trying to get my life in order in other areas.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - Party Pooper - 10-01-2014 02:45 AM

Day 45:

It's hard not to masturbate when there are a few days I can't have sex. The positive side is I could now fap using my imagination, which was unpossible when I was still watching porn daily.

When I feel the urge to masturbate I just think about all the positives i get from no fap and it quickly causes me to change my mind.

I'm definitley having sex toninght. The load is going to be big.

RE: NoPorn / NoFap Google Group - For Those Who're Serious - kbell - 10-01-2014 09:57 AM

I'm on my third month. No fab. When I look at women online I don't have the urge to fap in general. If there is an urge it easy to override.
