Update: 2 Months. No Porn, No Fap, No Caffeine, No Alcohol, No Drugs.

I feel energized and less sleepy around the day. Also the brain fog is almost gone. Consistent morning wood.
Can't contribute it to no porn or to no caffeine, maybe it's the combination of both.

Still being in the well know flatline.

I definetly recommend to leave the caffeine behind too. Good luck guys!

What's so bad about caffeine? It's a staple for my workouts.
For me, the problem is about adiction. Not in that way, that I couldn´t be without caffeine. But that I couldn´t work without caffeine. I don´t want my performance to be limited by any chemicals.

I admit , my days are focused ,determined,and very productive when I dont fap. Even my game is sharper , however the hardest habit I have is that at night when im sleeping on my bed . My imagination starts going wild over sexual fantasies and every night it gets stronger, I can resist the first night for sure but the second and third are always difficult. I lift every evening and it doesn't help that im not getting laid left and right because im trying to play my cards right with this one girl. How do you guys control thoughts at night. One person told me "I just close my eyes and in a little bit i'll go to sleep" Like forreal, how simple is sleep that im missing the point.

I'm going to restart this challenge.

Currently I'm on day 5. This time I think I'll implement a policy of jerking off perhaps once every week (though I will aim for once every two weeks) without porn in order to create some sort of balance and not feel so pent up one day that I binge on porn.

I think I can live with jerking off once per week and maintain this lifestyle, but if I completely forgo masturbation I know I'll fail.

I'm in the early hours of day 90. I've done 95 days before, this time my aim is 100 days.

I feel much more mentally healthy, my mind isn't constantly wandering to porn and I actually don't think about it at all unless it is brought to my attention by a third party.

I am currently again on my day 2.

This time I lasted 11 days, which is my record since I started to digest redpill. In a past, I made 14 days once, but that was a long time ago.

I was suprised what issues I had while lasting this long, my dreams became almost entirely lucid and all were about same topic, not pure sex but about trying to proove myself to a group and after that being more direct with chicks no matter what I wanted in said dream.
Interesting is that I remember all of them when they started after 4 days and when I read my morning script when I wrote them down it is quite obvious what my mind is trying to say to me.
I have also become very, very horny and I couldnt focus on almost anything but girls.

My next goal is to last at least 14 days, but of course more is better.

I'm 10 days in so far. I've noticed my energy levels have increased, and I've been approaching more girls. Looks like I have a date set up with an 18 year old I approached at a train station. No downsides to this challenge, only upsides.

I've been reading about this idea called "Mormon Glow." Some researchers found that Mormons can identify other Mormons based on the texture and quality of an individual's skin. Day 38 No Porn, No Fap, No Caffeine, No Alcohol (Although I broke the no alcohol by having 3 wines a few weeks ago. It gave me anxiety during the hangover. Now back on the wagon)

Things are going well, but I've had crazy horniness and have had intrusive fantasies about real life bangs from the past. I've been doing hardcore mode since the beginning, but will go off hardcore mode for my own sanity as an old plate has fortuitously hit me up for a bang this coming weekend.

I've had lots of energy. My anxiety has dropped off to nothing. I'm more motivated to do basic boring tasks like cleaning, working out etc etc.

I have theories about the dopamine mechanism being worn out by computer/screen overuse (ala internet addiction). I'm no addict, but my normal habit is to spend hours a day everyday on the computer so I think the next thing is to cut down computer time.

For the couple of days I went full luddite and took my dog bushwalking and just used books for entertainment I reached a new mental state that was hard to describe. Its like seeing more vibrant colours and enjoying very simple things. It was almost euphoric. I was lying on my bed thinking about the future and I was unbelievably happy. Not in a manic bounce off the walls way, but just happiness like you'd feel when you were a little kid on Christmas day.

Long term I want to bring my recreational computer use way down. Just use it for focused research, work and communications. This might be the hardest abstention of all in this modern age.

After going 11 days strong, I pulled a girl for a same day lay for the first time in 3 years.

I approached a girl outside of a museum and learned that she's a tourist traveling alone. As many of us know, whenever a young girl is traveling alone, she is more than likely open to being fucked. After talking for a few minutes she said she hadn't eaten all day so I suggested we get something to eat. Then we went for ice cream, and then hit a bar. She gave me some slight resistance at the bar but we made out after the third or fourth try. We hit another bar afterward and then her place. Total time from approach to bang: 5~ hours. My game was about the same as it normally is, which is pretty good. But her openness combined with the fact that I was extra-aggressive as a result of no-fap led to this outcome.

I see no reason to stop now.

I was very very close to jumping on the 1 Year Drinking Wagon (shoutout TLOZ) but my problem isn't powerlessness to booze ... it's a lack of self-discipline in many areas (exercise, porn, diet, time spent online, etc) and having drank just exacerbates it.

In that thread, many people are recommending Allen Carr's books "Easy Way to Stop Drinking", "Easy Way to Stop Smoking" etc. And apparently they're all the same premise: Realize when something is bad for you, have the perception that it's bad for you, and just stop doing it.

And so, I'm on the NOBNOM (No Booze, No Masturbation) train.
First no-booze day: July 6
First no-PMO day: July 7

June 15- Horrible relapse of watching hardcore stuff for 3 hours at night but no jerking or cumming
June 16- cut out all edging even
June 27- jerked off and cummed ( maybe due to phenibut making me super horny)
July 4/5 - relapsed 2 times again
from July 5 to present- feel very lazy, tired, brain fog.

I will continue with NoFAP again and push it for as long as possible because during it I didnt really realize it's benefits but now having relapsed I can say that not fapping is very good for those who are lazy or tired always.

Im not sure how many guys are familiar with the habit loop and its role in fapping. For me the que or trigger is when I am face up on my bed. I go to sleep face down however I have a habit of flipping over when I can't sleep and then leads to fapping eventually. Im 100% its this trigger that makes me fap is being face up in my bed.
Any suggestions to change it or avoid it.
Currently however I got into a moto accident so I can't sleep face down due to my knee, so I've been fapping more obsessively than usual is how I noticed it.

Substitute a different routine and a healthier alternative reward. So if you are doing it to help you sleep, try improving your sleep hygiene. If its for the fun of it, get out of bed and do a different rewarding activity with a healthy payoff. Read a book, watch a movie, play a game etc.

Don't lie down unless you're tired and if you're not tired wait until you are. Just do some reading on sleep hygiene so you can easily fall asleep when its time to.

Just past day 20. I had a date with an 18 year old girl last night and we were kissing within about 15 minutes. Before the drinks even came I was full on grabbing her ass and making out. I've failed pretty terribly at this after my repost.

However, since unplugging my router and only using my phone, I've stayed away from porn for a week. Doesn't seem to matter if I'm getting tail or not, I was in a habit.

That habit was really affecting productivity outside of work because most of what I've been doing had been online.

I've taken the loss in time online doing work for the greater goal of fixing the bad habit. I am optimistic. Reading a ton instead.

Well, actually I'm 2 weeks porn free. I relapsed on day 61 due to weather conditions (I was in a city with hot weather). During those 2 months, the benefits were more noticeable than cons.
