YouTuber Tobuscus Accused of Rape by Ex-Girlfriend From Three Years Ago - GoldHawkStar - 04-11-2016 05:08 PM

As if we didn't get enough ex-lover abuse drama from attention-whoring YouTubers a few months ago.

Quote:YouTube comedian Toby “Tobuscus” Turner is being accused of sexually abusing his ex girlfriend.

The viral sensation with more than 15 million followers allegedly raped fellow YouTube star April Fletcher, also known as April Efff.

Fletcher, a video gamer who works for Xbox, claims Turner drugged and sexually abused her while they were dating. She detailed the allegations in a Tumblr post titled “The Truth About Tobuscus: Abuse, rape, drugs, pretty much everything terrible.”

“Throughout my five years of knowing him, I have been mentally and physically abused,” she writes.

Fletcher recalls a time when Turner allegedly drugged her drink and another incident in which she claims Turner continued to have sex with her after she told him to stop.

“I regret never going to the hospital. I regret never going to the cops for what he did,” she said of keeping her silence because she didn’t want to ruin his career.

The duo reportedly met five years ago when Fletcher moved to Los Angeles to work with Turner. She says the last time she slept with him was when he allegedly forced himself on her in 2013.

Here is the lengthy Tumblr write-up posted over the weekend.

I looked her up. She's a YouTuber, Tumblr writer, and worker for Xbox. She looks exactly how you would expect.

He came out today denying it.

I don't think this was the right way to do this. False accusations are starting to become a big thing now, especially by irrelevant feminists who used to bang famous men with big followings. Making the typical teary-eyed soft-voiced one minute video saying "I didn't do it" doesn't get you anywhere. He should have owned the situation and reversed it like a boss, highlighting everything that she said that was wrong, saying that he just called up his lawyer and that he's already doing the paperwork to sue that bitch for defamation. People would remember and respect that. Sure, some of the damage would still be there from the feminist internet robots who believe anything rape-related, but for the most part you'd take action, prove that you're not a chump and even gain a lot of credibility in the process.

I'm not into this dude as I'm not a 12-year-old. I genuinely think he and every gamer on YouTube is annoying so I have no reason to support him, but I feel for the guy. He's just yet another victim of the media and internet's pandering to the feminist and leftwing propaganda. He has a lot going for him, but now he's just another rapist. If you're a white male who's accused of rape, by default you're guilty until proven innocent. It doesn't even matter if the accusation was unreported and from years ago, you're given a permanent label.

As the great Hillary Clinton once said:

Quote:Every survivor of sexual assault deserves to be heard, believed, and supported.

He's a pretty funny guy. But also genuinely too nice. Makes him an easy target. He was hilarious to me when I was 16.

Here's hoping he gets through this relatively unscathed.

Peak political correctness may have already passed or is soon to pass.

I just wonder when peak false public rape allegations is going to be. Then it really will be boy who cried wolf, the PRECISE thing feminists would want to avoid.

This girl has a Lisa Simpson tattoo on her arm.

Stay far, far, far away from those tatted & pierced chicks, boys. Never have any dealing with them, ever.

No evidence of bruises? No calls to 911?

Didn't happen.

RE: YouTuber Tobuscus Accused of Rape by Ex-Girlfriend From Three Years Ago - Atlanta Man - 04-11-2016 05:51 PM

I am going to go out on a limb here and say she is full of shit. He basically made her career and was fucking other girls. They broke up in 2013 her shit stalled his kept going. As soon as she saw a way to keep the attention train going she starts telling rape stories.

Having been falsely accused in the past myself I understand why he made the weepy video. When accused of some shit you did not do it is hard to know how to react. This man's entire lively hood has been put in jeapordy out of the fucking blue by a chick he hasn't fucked in 3 years. Imagine yourself , successful , happy and semifamous, then boom- crazy ex on the Internet calling you a rapist and there is no way to disprove her, it is her word against yours. Sponsors and fans start to keep their distance, and you are disenvited from Industry events all in a span of 24 hours. That shit would shake you to your core, trust me.

I also am willing to bet more accusers will come forward, as is par for the corse in false accusation cases. Once the media gives attention to any rape, or Sexual assult case the false accusations multiply.the Jian Gomishi case, mattress girl, James Deen, and Cosby cases all got a bunch of "me too" false accusers once the initial false accuser made her claim.

I sympathize with this guy, no one deserves this bullshit.

"Fletcher recalls a time when Turner allegedly drugged her drink and another incident in which she claims Turner continued to have sex with her after she told him to stop."

In other words:
Drugged her drink -> She drank too much
Told him to stop -> Fuck me

Is there a, "So You've Been Accused Of Rape, What Do You Do?" guide somewhere? I feel like at this point there should be. I think Vox's, "SJW's Always Lie" is the closet we have, though.

Only in the UK is there a higher penalty for false accusations. In the US, Canada, Australia the maximum penalty is a fine or 6 months if convicted. There isn't much to lose by falsely accusing rape.

Quote:A US law professor, who will be speaking at the Commons, said the UK’s stance on false allegations is more aggressive than in countries such as the United States, Canada and Australia. Prof Lisa Avalos, of the University of Arkansas, said false allegations in the US were dealt with as a misdemeanour offence, not a felony – and most women were not jailed if found guilty.

“In the course of my research I have not found any country that pursues these cases against women rape complainants in the way the UK does. The UK has an unusual approach and I think their approach violates human rights,” she said.

Revolting.

Like I've stated on here before, proven false accusations should be punished with sex offender registration and a prison sentence equal to that of an attempted rape conviction.

The problem is that you can't penalise a woman if the guy is found not guilty in court, only if she admits she made it up.

Women are expert liars (as we all know)...so if the consequences of coming clean were harsh, they'd never do it.

Difficult one.

It depends how far you take the false accusation.

Perjury -- false testimony before a court and nothing less -- carries a maximum term of 10 years imprisonment in most Australian jurisdictions. But fair point, women are rarely prosecuted for perjury out of false rape accusations anyway.

Those glasses. Big fucking SJW flag.

I don't even look at girls who wear glasses like that anymore.

I've met Toby Turner a couple of times in LA. The dude seems really off and has a obvious case of ADHD. But he's being unfairly charged here by a woman's shesay from 3 years ago that will ruin his online reputation for a while(see Sam Pepper, RSD Julian).

I bet this is going to be like the Bill Cosby situation and more women will come and and claimed that Tobuscus has also raped them, as he has the reputation of being a womanizer.

RE: YouTuber Tobuscus Accused of Rape by Ex-Girlfriend From Three Years Ago - Phoenix - 04-12-2016 06:57 AM

"In comedy news, my ex decided to claim that I raped her 3 years ago. So I guess I have to entertain that with a response. No, that never happened, nor am I capable of anything like that. I am sorry that she has not gone on to bigger and better things since we broke up, and instead has sunk to the level of a common attention whore, trying to reattain some significance by stomping on my coat-tails. I feel sorry for her, and I hope she manages to turn herself around in the future. It also goes without saying that any man who meets her should be very wary, now that she has disclosed her status as a false rape accuser. Now onto gaming news..."

20 seconds. Done.

Also note the language used:
Quote:YouTube comedian Toby “Tobuscus” Turner is being accused of sexually abusing his ex girlfriend.

The viral sensation with more than 15 million followers allegedly raped fellow YouTube star April Fletcher, also known as April Efff.

See how they are using a passive tense to make it sound more serious and more than just an individual girl's claims. Here is a translation into active tense:
Quote:An ex girlfriend of YouTube comedian Toby "Tobuscus" Turner accused him of sexually abusing her.

Fellow YouTube star April Fletcher, also known as April Efff, claimed that the viral sensation with more than 15 million followers raped her.

Typical sneaky deceitful SJW media filth.

Solipsistic but relatively even-handed (for a woman) commentary from one of his ex's

RE: YouTuber Tobuscus Accused of Rape by Ex-Girlfriend From Three Years Ago - Just_Die - 04-18-2016 03:11 AM

This is just another example of how, no matter what your niche is (favorite bar, local fame, teacher at a school in some form, etc), it's simply not safe and can easily be compromised by a single accusation of this type. Damage levels may vary but the sudden wisdom you get from it can and will make you jaded, potentially to the point of paranoia. The feminine imperative wants to get 'properly respected and compensated', anything less and you risk shame and 'exposure' in your circle. If you've amassed a reputation of a pussy slayer, than the old flames you've 'slighted', the feminists who hate you, the white knights and beta faggots who envy you and the randoms looking to cheer on the latest drama will all come together to ruin your shit. This Toby dude is living it as James Dean did previously. This stuff leaves no one indifferent. You realize what Roosh wrote about in one of his articles: no one really wants you to get laid that much. They'll bottle up the jealousy and sexual frustration and the day they can take a stab at you, they won't miss their cue.

RE: YouTuber Tobuscus Accused of Rape by Ex-Girlfriend From Three Years Ago - Aurini - 04-18-2016 12:10 PM

It was part of an hour-long livestream on this topic with BassFZZ and Brother John last week.

TL;DL: Obvious female borderline meets obvious male (avoidant) borderline, hilarity ensues. Masturbation is normal, and casual sex is empowering. Toby's almost certainly innocent, and almost certainly a giant, manipulative asshole.

Brother John followed up with a shorter video which contains an important observation: he suspects that the reason these women are jumping on social media with these false accusations is because they're isolated. Instead of going to friends and family to try and sort out what happened to them, and what they should do about it, they go to their anonymous friends online, who inevitably fuel the drama.

RE: YouTuber Tobuscus Accused of Rape by Ex-Girlfriend From Three Years Ago - Days of Broken Arrows - 04-18-2016 06:50 PM

Should we get together a separate thread for these public (i.e. likely false) rape accusation charges?

The reason I bring this up is because I'd like there to be a place where people can later say "No charges were ever pressed and nothing came of this." The media picks these stories up, but never reports on when they turn out to be B.S.

This guy's name has been dragged through the mud on a questionable public accusation. Where is the place to "un-drag" it?

I remember a similar accusation about a year ago made by a groupie-type about the singer of some punk band. But I don't remember his name Who was this? What happened to him? Seemed to me at the time the whole thing was that the guy scored a groupie and she took revenge by publicly shaming him. If anyone remembers details on this or has an update, let me know.

(I should have known social media would ultimately descend to the level of women hysterically ruining men's lives. All the literature was there. I'd read Arthur Miller's "The Crucible." But I once harbored positive thoughts about humanity in general. The good news is that if this keeps up and more and more men get accused, then this sort of publi accusation will probably come to seem like the anti-male witch hunt that it is. Is there a male word for "witch?")
