RE: Apparently Hillary Clinton is running for President
Alan Dershowitz testified under oath about Bill Clinton, having this to say whether the former US president visited Jeffrey Epstein's private island to participate in orgies with underage girls.

Quote:“There was the possibility, which I don’t believe to be true, that he was on the island when orgies were taking place. There was the possibility that he was on the island and observed an orgy, and there was the possibility that he was on the island and participated in an orgy.”

If you search Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein you will see articles from SJW news sites like Gawker and Vice, however, this seems like an open secret. Everyone knows about the Bill Cosby allegations but Bill Clinton's accused actions are not treated as seriously.

RE: Apparently Hillary Clinton is running for President
Napolitano: Hillary Clinton Should Be ‘Terrified’ IT Guy Was Given Immunity

Quote:Judge Andrew Napolitano says Hillary Clinton “should be terrified” her IT technician, Bryan Pagliano[IT guy who set up Hillary’s server in her house.], was granted immunity by a federal judge.

In an interview on Fox Business’ “Varney & Co” on Thursday, Napolitano said that because Pagliano was granted immunity, the Justice Department is “going to seek indictment” of either Clinton or one of her subordinates…

“Hillary should be terrified and I’ll tell you why,” Napolitano said. If Clinton gave Pagliano her “personal Secretary of State password” then “we have an indictment for misconduct in office as well as espionage.”

Clinton “should be terrified of the fact that he’s been granted immunity. Now, what does granted immunity mean? Only a federal judge can grant immunity. A federal judge will only grant immunity if a sitting jury is ready to hear testimony from the immunized person. So we know a couple of things. We know the recommendation we were waiting for from the FBI to the Justice Department has already made its way from the FBI to the Justice Department”…

“We know FBI agents and Justice Department prosecutors are working in tandem,” Napolitano added. “We know that they went through this lengthy process of interviewing Mr. Pagliano and finding out what he knows and deciding it’s so valuable they need him to say it to a grand jury and the only way he can say it to a grand jury is if they promise not prosecute him and hence he gets immunity and we also know they’re going to seek indictment because they would not be immunizing him and thereby inducing him to spill his guts, unless they wanted to indict someone.

Also:
Do you guys know judge Michael Mukasey, former Attorney General under President George W. Bush, Mukasey observed on Fox Business recently that the Clinton email scandal is reaching critical mass and a indictment is coming soon:

Quote:During an interview with the FOX Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo, former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey said he’s not surprised that ex-Clinton staffer Bryan Pagliano was granted immunity for his testimony that could aid in expediting the Hillary Clinton email probe and the investigation overall…

Meanwhile, FBI director James Comey told a House panel Tuesday that he’s “very close” to the investigation.

“What he said was that they were going to carry on the investigation thoroughly and he used a number of other adverbs -- but one of the adverbs he used was promptly. He’s not a man who chooses his words lightly and I think we will know what’s going to happen here sooner rather than later,” Mukasey stated.

Oh the charges that Hillary will face, here what Mukasey got to say about the charges:

http://radio.foxnews.com/2016/03/03/michael-mukasey-on-the-dojs-investigation-into-hillary-clinton
Quote:"We are looking at a range of things, everything from the misdemeanor that was charged against General Petraeus, which is putting classified information in an unprotected, classified setting, that’s a misdemeanor. Then there is destroying government records. Then there is taking information related to the national defense and treating it with gross negligence such as it becomes disclosed. And finally, there is obstruction of justice."

Things are looking great for Hillary.

RE: Apparently Hillary Clinton is running for President
Quote:Hacker ‘Guccifer,’ who uncovered Clinton’s private emails, to be extradited to US

Guccifer, the infamous Romanian hacker who accessed emails of celebrities and top US officials, will be extradited to the United States, after losing a case in his home country’s top court.
Reuters reports that Lehel will come to the US under an 18-month extradition order, following a request made by the US authorities. Details of the extradition have not been made public, however.

Marcel Lehel, a 42-year-old hacker better known by his pseudonym “Guccifer,” achieved notoriety when he released an email with images of paintings by former President George W. Bush, including a self-portrait in a bathtub. He also hacked and published emails from celebrities Leonardo DiCaprio, Steve Martin and Mariel Hemingway.

Also released were emails between former Secretary of State Colin Powell and Corina Cretu, a Romanian member of European Parliament, prompting Powell to deny that the two had had an affair.

Perhaps most notably, Lehel was also the first source to uncover Hillary Clinton’s improper use of a private email account while she was Secretary of State, which the FBI is investigating as a potential danger to national security.

In March 2013, the hacker released to RT and several other news outlets the four memos that had been sent to Clinton from her former political adviser Sidney Blumenthal. The memos contain information regarding the September 11, 2012 attacks on the US diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, as well as the January 2013 hostage crisis in In Amenas, Algeria.

I really, really don't want to get my hopes up on the idea of Hillary getting indicted, as I'm pretty sure I'll just end up disappointed.

But yet...

The thought of Clinton and Trump being nominated, only to see Clinton indicted too late for the Democrats to nominate anyone else, is making me mentally tapdance on a daily basis. Can you imagine the sheer panic and fear we'd see among SJWs and progressives?

Holy fuck, it'd be like ten million Christmases at once.

There are a lot of shitty things one can say about Hillary (and I have tried to say them all in my lifetime). However, she has moxy and ambition. She knows how to make a buck (even if it is by crooked means). That is a lot more than I can say about that socialist faggot Sanders, or people like the path-of-least-resistance dolt in this video.

Why is it taking 4 years? I don't any charges would be filed, they would have done it years ago, she stopped being secretary of state back in 2012. It does make her looks stupid, and Trump can definitely use that.

In all seriousness, what does happen in the hypothetical scenario that Hilary is indicted after the primaries are over and done? Surely America doesn't go to the polls just with one person available to be voted for?

Sanders would probably get the nomination by default, or the DNC will hand pick someone else (Biden maybe).

RE: Apparently Hillary Clinton is running for President
Can anybody tell me one thing off the top of their heads that Hillary has actually accomplished during her many, many years of public service? It doesn't matter if you agree with it or not, just tell me some accomplishment of hers.

This is something I've been thinking about recently, and I've racked my brain, but I still can't think of anything that Hillary can point to and say, "I did that." She's always just kind of "there" talking her political game, but never seems to actually do any work.

To contrast, Obama has health-care reform and killing Bin Laden. Kerry negotiated a deal with Iran. Bush invaded Iraq. McCain reformed campaign finances. Bill Clinton has NAFTA and the assault-weapons ban. Romney reformed health care in Massachusetts. Cruz constantly sponsors legislation against Obamacare. Rubio has immigration reform. Sanders has been consistent in his advocacy of democratic socialism going back to even being arrested at a protest in 1963. Trump rebuilt the Wollman Rink in Central Park.

These are all things I can name off the top of my head. Whether these accomplishments are good or bad isn't the point; at least it's something. But I can't come up with anything for Hillary.

So what has Hillary actually accomplished? Surely there must be something from the past 25 years, right?

Other than being responsible for one of the largest leaks of top secret classified material in US history, she helped Libya and Syria collapse, while failing to negotiate a military forces agreement in Iraq leading to the rise of ISIS and the flooding of Europe with migrants.

RE: Apparently Hillary Clinton is running for President
Odds of a Hillary email grand jury underway just went much higher

Quote:March 10, 2016
By Thomas Lifson

I have speculated that, given the immunity offered to Bryan Pagliano, it is possible that a grand jury has been convened. But I am not a lawyer, much less a former US Attorney. Joseph E. diGenova, on the other hand, is one of a small group of attorneys generally considered a super lawyer, and not only a veteran US Attorney, but the former US Attorney for Washington, DC, at the very top of federal prosecutors. So when Joe diGenova offers an opinion on the likelihood of a grand jury being empanelled, we (a group that includes Hillary Clinton! – possibly the first time I have even included myself in a grouping with Hillary) should pay attention.

Richard Pollock of the Daily Caller News Foundation spoke with him:

“My long experience as the United States Attorney and an independent counsel makes me conclude as a matter of professional judgment that a grand jury exists,” diGenova told TheDCNF. “It is readily apparent to me that there is at least a grand jury impaneled for the purposes of issuing subpoenas,” he said.

The specifics of diGenova’s expert opinion are daunting for Hillary. It is not just that violations of law over classified information that are likely at issue.

“The Bureau has between 100 and 150 agents assigned to the case. They would not have that many people assigned to a classified information case….”

Remember that diGenova has actually run investigations. So he knows about resource allocation, and subject matter for inquiry.

“Based on reports that agents are asking questions about the foundation, it seems to me to properly the subject is a second prong of the investigation,” he said.

And what might that second prong be? He doesn’t say, but Pollock offers this helpful reminder:

"The Department of State’s Inspector General (IG) subpoenaed documents from the Clinton Foundation last fall to determine if State Department policies had been influenced by foundation activities. The State IG asked for records held by the foundation and Huma Abedin, who for six months simultaneously worked for former Secretary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.

A number of the 55,000 pages of government-related emails that were released under a court order also show numerous emails between Clinton’s aides and the Clinton Foundation’s foreign policy director, Amitabh Desai."

And another anonymous source says:

"The corruption probe is being led by the Justice Department’s public integrity division, a former FBI agent who requested anonymity told TheDCNF."

That would be consistent with bribery charges and the like. Far beyond abuses of classified information, and if successfully prosecuted, opening the possibility of prison. Reports that the FBI forensic team has recovered the erased emails from Hillary’s server open the door to many other charges including destruction of evidence and criminal conspiracy.

RE: Apparently Hillary Clinton is running for President
Quote:Clinton also dodged early debate questions about ongoing investigations into her use of a private email server when she was secretary of state. When debate moderator Jorge Ramos of Univision asked her if she would drop out of the race if indicted over the handling of her email while secretary of state she replied,"Oh for goodness sake, that is not going to happen. I'm not even answering that question."

The FBI is investigation the possibility of mishandling of sensitive information that passed through Clinton's private email server.

Sanders, as he has in the past, declined to bite on the issue, saying, "The process will take its course." He said he'd rather talk about the issues of wealth and income inequality.

My God, Bernie is such a LOSER.

James Comey(and a lot of people in the FBI) are working really hard in this case I have no doubt that the FBI will indict her(or more precisely recommend the indictment to the DOJ) if that bitch Loretta Lynch refuse to prosecute Hillary or drag it out past election day, Hillary will be screwed either way, I can't see how she'll be elected in a situation like this, the democrats are facing serious problems with their low turn out(a lot of states can become red in the election day, especially those in the rust belt, if Don is the nominee) Hillary so far only won states that will go rebuplican anyway.

I don't see how the democrats will get out this if they stick with Hillary, she will either be prosecuted or lose the election to Trump and later be prosecuted anyway(unless she is pardoned by Obama).
