Wouldn't recommend going as a foreigner though

Funny enough, one of my Brazilian buddies of Chinese descent studied abroad in Asia and visited Seoul along the way.

We both knew there were some long-term interest gold diggers in Brazil, but he was absolutely blown away by the snobbery of these chicks at high end venues in Seoul; girls would not even look at him unless he bought them drinks.

This dude btw is pretty tall, jacked, and good looking as well.

Yea was talking more about xenophobia/racism, but Koreans in general are pretty materialistic, maybe more than Americans (very competitive society, people care about what others think about them).

From personal experience (~8.5 months living here), I'd say getting a girl that's like a 9-10 in the club is next to impossible without a table or some sort of money/status. I won't front like every other internet gangsta - I haven't banged a personal 9+ here (above average looks, game, etc) - granted my going out time is limited and logistics fucked. In the USA, a lot of guys (and girls) seem to have some sort of pride/ego when it comes to paying for cover/table. In Korea, it's kind of the opposite. If you aren't the one pouring alc down her throat, there are 50-100 other dudes at the club that will. At best, I'll get a real hottie talking/maybe a bit of kino/dancing before she goes to meet whoever at a table

Him being Chinese also probably hurt his chances (truth)

Most of the younger Korean guys are very tall and well built (I would say they are on par with the western guys) but it's because they started drinking milk 20 years ago due to mandatory milk program at school. Unfortunately most Korean men and women don't look like what Thai girls see in Kpop and Korean dramas. A lot of them are pretty average looking and some of them are just plain ugly. This probably has to do with decades of inbreeding and lack of cultural diversity (this reflects Korea's isolationism). Most of the attractive Korean girls I've seen in Bangkok, I can tell they've done some cosmetic work. As a Korean, I can tell when someone's Korean most of the time and I know something is unnatural about them. Most Koreans are originated from the Mongols thus explaining their high cheek bones, somewhat slant eyes and aggressive behavior. I have a thai gf here so I don't go out to hit on girls but a lot of Thai girls show lots of curiosity and interest in me in public mainly because I don't look Thai. Being a Korean can help build a lot of rapport here though. Anyway, In Bangkok, I am usually embarrassed and turned off by 3rd world country refugee behavior and manner of my fellow Koreans as they can be loud, obnoxious and unnecessarily aggressive (wife beater stereotype). I witnessed the same thing in the Philippines and Vietnam. Yeah and they have a lot of pride thinking they are better than others which I think is pretty retarded. But one good thing about being Korean is that being a Korean is like being in a big fraternity, Koreans do take care of each other anywhere in the world and you can build an instant bond with other Korean just the fact that you are Korean. Japan has been investing in Thailand for a long time and they've established a very successful business partnership so I would say Japanese men do get a lot more credit than Korean men here. I honestly have to admit that Japanese people are a lot more civilized than Koreans. All Korea is known for in Thailand are kpop stars, great cosmetic products and the ultimate destination for cosmetic surgery (many thais women are into cosmetic work as much as Korean women believe or not)

Yea as someone who lives in a family town and sees lots of kids (granted they're not fully grown yet), it's like anywhere else in the world - there's average and maybe a few naturally beautiful people here and there. Whereas walking around and looking at females from 18-30, you'd think this was the one of the most genetically blessed peoples on the planet. Also, Korean's skin tone is not as white as everyone thinks - there is something I think Koreans refer to as toner that is put into cosmetics to achieve that effect. I'd say the average is more light olive-ish complexion.

Wasn't in BKK long enough to see the bad sides of Korean behavior abroad (I usually think most Koreans are pretty well-behaved compared to Westerners) but can confirm being Korean there is mad bonus points. And yea, being Korean is awesome when you meet another Korean abroad - we have a feeling of closeness/instant connection (there is a word for it). And yea, I've seen a decent amount of Southeast Asian/Chinese chicks with plastic in Korea (though perhaps self-selecting as they go to the mecca of plastic) and a few in BKK

Not too sure or interested about Koreans being descendants of the mongols and stuff but this quote here. This. This is golden truth here. Koreans love other koreans. Especially if they meet them overseas. Its like kimchi brothers unite and they can't wait to go drink soju and eat Samgyeopsal together or something. I have found this incredibly interesting. I have to admit sometimes when I'm gaming Korean girls outside of Korea, I sometimes say I'm Korean American and you can see that you command their attention just little more than before. I can speak simple Korean and having been to Korea, can come up with a pretty convincing story.

However, I do agree that Korean girls are one of the most snobbish Asian girls I've encountered. They're better overseas but the ones in Seoul can be downright rude. I haven't lived in Korea before and my previous trips were not game-centric so I can't speak too much about gaming in Korea but two visits to a nightclub in Gangnam and I could feel the immediate difference from a club in Tokyo. Any Korean experts could shed a little light on getting past Korean girls' initial high bitchshields? I only have experience gaming Koreans overseas and they tend to be easier overseas but damn, the hot ones are all back in Korea man.

I can confirm Mongol ancestry (not that that stuff matters at this point)

Yea I'm not even Korean-Korean and have run into Koreans in the most random of places and instant bond

Yea here are probably your two biggest problems (truth):

1) Not Korean. Saw you said you were Singaporean/Japanese - if by Singaporean you mean Chinese, that's bad (low value); Japanese = bad (Koreans raised to hate Japanese because of colonialism)
2) Not tall. I think I saw you post you were 174cm somewhere
- If you aren't 180cm+ (5'11"+) you are a loser - kind of an extreme example but this was a huge deal (2009)
- Obviously you have a chance if you aren't tall (I'm barely taller than you but also am Korean/speak Korean pretty well/have a good face/above average body/above average style/the best game - aka smashing sloots not getting numbers, etc - out of anyone i know minus like 1-2 people) but height is a very real concern of most people in Korea (even though apparently only ~10% of guys are 180+ according to 2015 military draft statistics Wink). Being short will just make things harder. Most girls and guys wear height-increasing shoes or height insoles in their shoes to make themselves look taller. Would even say height is probably a top 10 topic of conversation. A lot of people (guys and girls) ask me my height when I meet them

~Just telling it like it is~
Until I see/experience otherwise, these are the facts on the ground. No amount of game/PUA koolaid is gonna have you pulling Gangnam dimeys off the arms of 190cm+ native players (who probably also got $ and/or status/fame)

And true. I can never look at Korean-Americans the same way after living here. As with probably all countries, gotta go to the source Wink

RE: The Asian Travel Guide to Asia
I'm not going to quote anything because there is too much golden information recently. My thoughts on each matter:

1) Fraternity Atmosphere of Koreans -
This is definitely true. To an extent, there is somewhat of a close bond between Vietnamese as well. When I lived in Queens, New York..I was first exposed to many Korean friends. They all had a tight camaraderie when getting to meet each other.

When I ran into ppl of Chinese descent however, they were cordial, but also subtly insisted on distancing themselves from each other. It was essentially "ok...another zillionth Chinese person in the world..oh well..go away." The smaller overall population of Koreans in the world gives them incentive to convene when encountering each other.

It's almost like Brazilians who might avoid each other when outside of their country whereas Portuguese people possess a much tighter bond.

2) Koreans on Chinese & Vietnamese - Whiteknightrises is correct about this perspective of looking down on Chinese. Whenever I'm around a Korean friend, it's as if they do not acknowledge the existence of Chinese food LOL. Many Koreans however respect Vietnamese & talk about how much they love Pho. What many Koreans do not get however is that Vietnamese tend to talk trash about Koreans as being overly dramatic & pretentious big spenders.

3) Japanese Investment in SE Asia - I didn't know about Thailand...but I did notice it when in Hanoi, Vietnam recently. The biggest shopping mall in Vietnam is in Hanoi as the Japanese constructed it in order to push a lot of their products within the country. Great facility!

I think Japanese businessmen used to be perceived as the imperialistic types who would go to different Asian countries & treat their women like crap. Times seem to be changing as they are now more respected.

4) In Breeding Amongst Koreans & Resulting Defects - I didn't know this was a problem in the past. It's essentially why a lot of Brits look goofy due to the past inbreeding to preserve money within top affluent circles. Korean chicks I've met from Korea can look hit or miss. Most of the Korean girls raised in the US are tops appearance wise from my experience however. It's the best blend of voluptuous bodies and cleanest facial features amongst Asian women IMO.

Japanese are huge investors everywhere in southeast asia. Even in Manila there's a lot of public works stamped with joint Japanese/Filipino construction. In Thailand they are credited with building the subway system there as well as lots of other public works. Japanese investment is actually very undervalued and underestimated. They have done a lot of positive shit in SEA since WW2..

Speaking of Koreans in Vietnam. The entire district 7 is little Korea as you well know. You are right about Vietnamese talking shit about Koreans though. The girl I was seeing in HCMC would joke about Koreans crowding into D7 (she lived there) all the time. The irony is that the commercial center and community behind D7 was originally founded by a rich Taiwanese dude.

Koreans unlike the current day Japanese tend to overstay their welcome though. Japanese are very low key for the most part for obvious reasons. A lot of Filipinos don't really like Koreans and consider them rude and arrogant especially in places like Boracay. They tolerate K's because of the tourist dollars and investment but don't really like them as much as people think.

Saying it like it is. I like that and appreciate that. I know how height is super important in Korea, I can't believe how many conversations I've had with Koreans about height. It's really no joke. I have experienced the difficulty gaming in Korea but I have unfortunately developed a liking for Korean girls. You could say I appreciate the challengeBlush

With that said, I have had some success in Korea and wasn't exactly a complete drought. Of course, it has been much easier gaming Koreans overseas. The racism thing against Chinese/Japanese... it's important for game but doesn't really affect me personally. In order to maximize lays, it's always been easier for me to just pass myself off as Korean/half Korean. If being hanguksaram gets me the hangukyeoja, then so be itBanana

Yep, definitely hop on the height insoles/height shoes IMO. Everyone else does it - not doing it just puts you at a disadvantage

Yea I plan on testing the gaming Koreans overseas thing ~end of this year. I don't have it bad here but it's the same as USA - that is, gotta put in a little effort haha

RE: The Asian Travel Guide to Asia
I've been in Manila for just about a week now, so I figured it was a good point to share some things I've noticed.

Because I'm a video game nerd, I feel the easiest way to explain this is with an Assassin's Creed analogy.

I should first preface, that I am a 6'0, dark-skinned, Chinese American, short cropped hair with some facial hair now, and I regularly wear glasses. My standard outfit has been a button down with sleeves rolled up, navy blue chino shorts, and black and white monochrome sneakers. I expect that deviations from this will result in different, maybe drastically so, results.

For me though, walking around on the street could be considered "stealth" or "low-profile" mode. I'm generally not solicited by hookers, ladyboys, street vendors, trike drivers, condo salesmen, or whatever else is around. I actually did a very informal experiment on this. I walked behind a standard busted white dude, cargo shorts, flip flops, Hawaiian shirt, and beer belly, counting how many solicitations he got. I tailed at about 10 yards and also counted how many approached me, just as foreign, following up behind.

In 5 blocks on Manila proper, he was accosted 24 times. I was only approached 3 times.

But this is just low profile mode; me silently walking with purpose and a generally dispassionate look on my face. Performing certain actions quickly put me in "tourist" or "high profile" mode. The main one was taking a picture of anything with my phone. Instantly the gig is up. Others include being a little more cautious about walking down the street as jeepneys barrel down inches from you, not understanding Tagalog when prompted, or saying anything.

Overall, the vibe is basically that people felt something was a bit off about me, maybe worth a double take or glanceover, but ultimately they couldn't really be bothered to give a fuck. Not like the eye rape and awe that white foreigners received. (I've only seen a grand total of four black brothers here this whole time, so the sample size is too insignificant)

There are definitely additional things I could have done to further my camo, including:

wearing jeans, most guys my age were, but I value not having heatstroke so that was something I would not compromise on.

not wearing glasses: I guess most guys wear contacts or nothing, only a few university uniform nerdy looking guys were the others wearing glasses.

being a bit more tan still.

speaking just a few more words of Tagalog. I got lazy in that I did pretty much no language prep for this place.

In terms of girls, I have taken Chinito Loco's words under advisement, and have now been telling girls that I'm either Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, just to see what sort of different reactions I get. It's not scientific at all, since they are entirely different girls, but it'd be interesting to see if our general trends we postulate crystallize. More on that at the conclusion of my trip in another week.

The point I'm trying to make is this jibber jabber of a hierarchy of Asian ethnicity is short-sighted and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

There seems to be a trend of people thinking Korean guys can kill it everywhere. Great. All that proves is there's a lot of Koreans here and that they have the best PR team of all the Asian countries lol.

If you distill it there's absolutely 0 ethnic advantage if you're Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai etc. If you're that insecure about your particular Asian nationality then just pretend to be Korean like a self-doubtful b*tch then.

In the end the Asian with the most game and style will get the girl. Not whether you look like a skinny f*aggy looking kpop star unless you're looking to bang underage girls.

I don't think guys are insecure.

There just recognizing an opportunity for Korean men to explore, giving some brothers a boost and encouragement and more importantly to take advantage of an certain arbitrage.

This arbitrage, might not last.

Also most Korean girls date Korean men, so Korean men have access to some hot girls.

Alot of Chinese and Japanese girls are very curious about Korea.

In addition, the media is a funny and powerful thing. Kpop and KDrama does help them.

But if your a dorky/fat Korean dude, it sucks. Plus theirs also plenty of dorky Korean guys, so they can't take advantage of this phenomenon.

On the other hand, if your an attractive Korean dude, you can ride the wave.

I would say once a month in the USA, especially on college campus, they would ask me if I was Korean or ask me about KDrama.

We all know girls usually never approach, and thats that. But when a chick does roll up.

They will usually come in a team, and will ask curious questions about Korea. At random restaurants and coffee shops.

For example, I was in this one communication college class, and this hot blonde sat far behind me, I didn't think much, all I know is I wish I could stare at her. I had no idea she was into Asian dudes.

Fast forward, I accidentally was at the same nightclub with her. I did not recognize her. Because she was all doll up. She saw me and rolled, like a laser beam. And said I am in your communication class. Where are you from?

Thats a little code for I fuck Korean dudes and i don't get many shot at this. So your it.

I've been approach by many educated black girls, educated black girls love Korean dudes.

Trust me. this shit is real.

Ive gotten laid off of the Korean Media, but I don't like relaying on it, I try to be-honest to girls that I'm not Korean.

RE: The Asian Travel Guide to Asia
Very true, I can attest to that many black girls secretly adore Korean men or asian men in general. Many do love kpop and kdrama. I am not talking about the hood type. Asian men represent stability, good education and career that many men lack in the black community.

Anyway, Korean men deserve some respect though. Unless you grew up in Korea, no other asian man will understand the plight of Korean men. They may not exude so called alpha characteristics of the western value, but the truth is the average Korean man is probably mentally and physically tougher than you and he can probably outdrink you. In fact, these Asian American kids that grew up in America are a just laughing stock, they seriously need to get out of their cocoon one day. Growing up in Korea sucks. It's a super competitive society as many of you know. When I was in Korea, getting into a fist fight with one of your classmates in the schoolyard is almost a daily thing and you definitely don't want to be at the bottom of the totem pole and become someone's bitch. It can quickly become a place of the survival of the fittest both physically and academically. Many kids do some sort of martial arts (usually takwando) at an early age while studying 14 damn hours a day. It was almost a daily thing (don't know about now) from kindergarten to all the way up to high school that kids get get beat up by school teachers and their dads for all kinds of reasons. Corporal punishment was prevalent everywhere. I remember getting beat up with a hockey stick at school so severely that I was barely able to walk for several weeks. I got beat up almost every day left to right. And then there is the military conscription. Every Korean man has to give up 2 years of their precious adulthood in the most grueling and rigorous training. I am a former US Marine and I've worked with the ROK Marines. All I can tell you is that they have it pretty bad and they are tough. Almost a half million Korean men served in the Vietnam war with the USA and they were some of the most brutal, and effective soldiers. Viet Congs didn't want to fuck with Korean soldiers. Try finding a job in Korea after college and then there is the competition to look taller and better. Korean men are angry, hot tempered and aggressive and don't like anyone whether you are black, white or asians but you just can't fuck with Korean men because they really earned their right to be so.

I just couldn't help myself.

I agree for the most part that Asian-Americans are a sackless bunch men and women alike but that's due to a lot of reasons.

I think people need to tone down the K-pride racial/cultural supremacy thing though. We all know the real reason why Koreans are so angry is hundreds of years of being kicked around. It's a perpetual Napoleon Complex built up and now with a bit of economic and cultural success it's time to ball out with a chip on the shoulder.

We get it.. calm down.

yeah, a lot of it is just insecurity. They've been walked all over and bullied around from all fronts and their resentment has been passed down for many generations. I wouldn't say Koreans have a racial supremacy mindset, it's just they tend to look down on places and people that are economically poor. Ironically, Korea used to be one of the poorest places.

How old are you? That doesn't really sound too much like present day Korea. Corporal punishment is basically nonexistent nowadays and the military service isn't as tough as it once was. Young Koreans these days are soft and whiny bitches especially compared to the older generations. But on the other hand young Koreans these days are probably a bit smoother around the edges.

The Korean wave is very much a real thing. Being Korean (or looking Korean) won't let you kill it everywhere but it definitely bumps you up 1 or 2 points in the minds of a significant amount of Asian girls.

For example, Japanese girls are popular with many Asian guys because of anime, AV, image of being submissive and just Japanese culture in general. Korean guys currently benefit from the same type of thing.

This whole debate about the Korean Wave was suppose to be informative. To let Korean dudes know, they need to step it up. Theres gold at the end of this Rainbow.

But the problem, here is, the student .

In my travels and being from Los Angeles, I have meet very few Asian who men who are actually good at getting laid. There are alot of pretenders, wannabes and clowns.

I would have to say I haven't seen many innovative Casanova's , and who are taking advantage of the many opportunities in the world.

I think the fault lays with the student. Alot of complaining and very little action to take advantage of opportunities.

Most asian are so competitive they won't help each other.

Most American men prefer a short cut mentality.

It's interesting because in the workplace asians are suppose to be all cooperative and all, you know the Asian culture of being part of the group, don't stand out, etc, but maybe this does not apply in other areas in life.

For many Asian guys (or guys in general), they just want to find a good job and eventually get married to a great gal. There is nothing wrong with desiring a normal life while reproducing.

Not adhering to a lifestyle revolving around game doesn't make people any lesser.

As for those that try to game consistently and failing to acquire desired results, men of all races can fall into the category of not meeting expectations. Halting the complaints & being persistent will eventually help them meet their goals.

Yes many Asians are competitive; I however don't think the lack of an Asian support group regarding game lies within not willing to help others. There can be many haters within the Asian community and especially for guys willing to better themselves in order to get consistent access to gals they desire most. Heck..there are haters within every community.

If you want to be a guy who puts in the effort to break away from your Asian bubble to date chicks of different races, many from your community will diss you. When those same peers see you around with a hot chick from another race however, they'll give you mad props.

If you want to be a guy who puts in the effort to be a professional athlete, you'll face haters from within your family, peers, etc. When they see you playing in the pros like a Jeremy Lin or Yu Darvish, those same people who criticized your decision will give you mad props.

Make the same analogy for an Asian who is criticized for getting into the entertainment industry despite all the doubts of his close peers only to receive praise from those same ppl after succeeding.

Same shit.

Koreans look down on pretty much every asian race. Probably the most xenophobic race I've met period.

The Chinese & Japanese also do the same, so pretty much a two way street. Its a DLV to be Korean if you're looking to bang girls of those two races.

I find Chinese mixed girls much hotter then their Korean counterparts once you take off the makeup and plastic surgery. So nothing really lost at all.

Yeah the Chinese idolize success but criticize every step of the way. No wonder you get a bunch of corporate drones in the US.

Naturally, I am one those guys. I just wanted to get married.

I would actually prefer to just get married and have a good job. But the American environment has change drastically due to feminism.

Where feminism, has help to usher in an era where the the foundation of meritocracy is being destroyed.

The US each day has becomes more of a hustle and a hassle, where people are rewarded for cheating, taking short cuts and scamming. Much like Asia is and in the near future.

In addition, finding a good a wife is a tall task. Where you need legendary skill just to keep or handle a women.

I for one, am not interested in the dating Olympics.

Therefore a lot of Asian/Rooshv members are force into this life.

I never wanted to be a serial dater. I was force into this constant dating lifestyle

Like our grand parents/parents, they were force to move to North America and adapt to a new language and sometime a new religion.

Adaptation is at play now. Men around the world are force to abandon former beliefs in order to create a new life, where meritocracy can grow.

HOD: many would agree if you are just looking for pussy or a pretty wife then go to East Europe. Or whatever native Asian country you come from as being Asian + speaking English makes you an ideal pick even if you are butt ugly.

Myself I like a balance between sex, money and lifestyle. Hard to find though in modern times

Lol... there is DEFINITELY an ethnic advantage being Korean. No amount of PUA "game/confidence > everything" is gonna change that. Reality is reality

Just calling it like it is...

How many girls do you know that are into Chinese dudes? Thai dudes? Filipino dudes? Now replace those with Korean and see what happens

I'm not saying there's some "racial superiority" thing going on. It's mostly just a media thing (K-pop, K-drama) that has really elevated Korean culture and both Korean males and females to the top in Asia. Here is an interesting book on the whole phenomenon:

https://www.amazon.com/Birth-Korean-Cool...250045118/

It's basically what the US did with MTV and shit - spreading its influence via "soft power" (culture) vs. "hard power" -no homo - (military)

I've written countless posts detailing the effect of being Korean in places like Thailand, etc. But dudes want to keep sipping the PUA internet marketer koolaid and think things like race, height, etc don't matter. Obviously, if you don't have those things, you can still make it happen - just gonna be harder. And even if you have these things, you still gotta put in work. But these things *definitely* are a bonus and help you get your dick wet more

Just last night, I banged some Chinese chick who said to me that she watched a lot of Korean dramas and that Korean guys were handsome, etc. The whole time, speaking to me... in KOREAN

Another experience I've had with a Chinese girl. She had been a client of mine (lol) and first time I went over and barely got a kiss. Second time she invited me over and spent literally hours preparing a Korean meal for me. Not gonna lie, I was pretty moved by it all. I felt bad because I got the bang and was leaving for Korea a few days after that. But her roommate (angry Chinese dude) was saying how it was like "I came out of a Korean drama for her" all the while passive-aggressively trying to say how Chinese people were good hosts, etc basically just bitter that I was rolling through swooping his countrywoman

I get the bitterness - I don't like when other dudes go for Koreans either. But fact is that the Korean wave is strong. I'm sure trends will change and some other country's culture will be cool but that's just how it is for now

Yea definitely not a DLV with Chinese chicks. Chinese chicks and Thai chicks have the worst case of Korean fever from my experience

Again the general population in China does not like Korea and vice versa.

Actually saying your Chinese is what gets you laid with the upper middle class Chinese in pretty much every SEA country including Thailand and puts you at a huge advantage. The problem is you probably could never pull it off unless you speak fluent mandarin.

This is due to Chinese customs putting HUGE pressure on girls to date only other Chinese.

I'm sure any forum member who's been to Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia can agree that the stunners are pretty much stick with their own.

Using a straw man argument of one girl who likes Korean K-Pop is like me banging a hot blonde in Scandinavia and thinking all girls must like Asians. No that girl happens to have yellow fever.

You'll always have niches of girls that like a certain type of guy. In general, being Korean is not a DHV, actually you'll find they have a bad rep in the Philippines (minus the K-pop fan girls). True you'll get your a few small biz owners but the real money is all controlled by Chinese Filipinos & Mestizos with Spanish blood.

Seeing how you lived in Korea, of course your view is going to be biased. Any foreign girl living in Korea is because she likes Korean culture.

Now you could be right about "true" locals having K-pop fever, but these girls are usually less attractive to being with and attracted to any foreign national.

And yea, the girls you're talking about... rich / "hi-so" girls are generally gonna stick to their own wherever you are - Korea, China, etc.

I'm talking about the majority of the population

For example, when I went to Thailand, literally was getting IOI from 80% of the general population, and even girls I would consider 9+ aka generally out of my league

I could go on and on about this Korean phenomenon but no one wants to believe it

Because its the truth, sometime the truth doesn't matter, people create obstacles in there head. Its more comfortable that way.

Its not reality.

That's the argument for many of us who joined the community. Got to a see a good family friend recently from Thailand. He just got engaged. Guy mentioned how the bang "numbers" are not that important though you still need the "#s" to get a better understanding of women and how to deal with them long-term if you decide to make the commitment. Kind of goes along with what you're saying.

People by nature are inclined to desire that long-term partner. As some people like myself get entrenched with other obstacles, goals, pains, and failures outside of dating, the pursuit of a long-term partner gets put on the shelf; another consequence is taking the bullshit of dating less personally being preoccupied with so many other issues.

When I have that spare time in the near future, it's back to serial dating habits with silent warning signals of "buyer beware" yet again...
