I wake up tired, no morning woods (except on day 15), I am constantly lethargic throughout the day, I sleep longer but I do not rest, I don't face any difficulties in falling asleep because I'm already tired. This is seriously affecting my daily mood. If I am tired I'm generally in a bad mood and I don't feel like doing anything, while actually the main reason why I'm taking part in this challenge is to have more energies to chase girls.

Has anybody of you experienced the same issue? If yes, how have you dealt with it? I was seriously considering to drop out because this lethargy is becoming difficult to sustain, but maybe it is just because my body is trying to naturally adapt to it and to readjust its equilibrium. Any advice appreciated.
