The rules for the DNC are different than the RNC. In the DNC's rules, The Dems can take all of the delegates at their convention and give them to ANYONE they want. She could very easily say, i'm dropping out for "health" reasons, and i'm pledging all my delegates to Joe Biden/Elizabeth Warren, and put them in her spot.
