I think they made up for this with a few of the recent ones with her.

1: My Opponent is a LIAR
Summary: Hillary is about to go onstage for the debate. Her staff preps her to go out, warns her to not get rattled by anything Trump says, and tells her to keep saying, "my opponent is a liar and can not be trusted" to everything Trump says.
Once out on stage, Trump surprises everyone, tells them that he is not qualified to run the country, that he would not know what to do, and that they should vote for Hillary. Hillary's staff rejoices. Then Hillary starts saying, "my opponent is a liar and can not be trusted", while Trump tries to convince her to stop.

2: South Park Election Night 2016
Trump/Garrison with Randy's help, was suppose to lose the election, but instead wins. The scene is a hall for Clinton, where the Clinton supporters in South Park are going to celebrate the win, but instead are despondent, to the point of one person shooting themselves, when Trump wins.
There was a longer version where Randy goes to Garrison's house to ask, "What the F**K have you done, have you any idea what you have done?", but I can't find it right now.
