So long periods with no ejaculation, other than wet dreams maybe, has to be hell on your balls. It's not like just because you avoid porn you don't have sexual thoughts. If anything, not looking at porn will likely make you more horny when seeing or thinking about (real) hot women. No relief?

Also, along the same lines. Sure it must have been brought up, but I can't look through 60 pages. What do the No Porn/ No Fap adherents think about the link between (increased) ejaculation and (decreased) prostate problems?

While it seems many guys new to No Porn/No Fap can speed up their recovery time by completely abstaining from both porn AND masturbation, the evidence suggests that porn itself is the main culprit. I believe (and I think most other No Fap vets here would agree) that semi-regular masturbation can be healthy and non-detrimental to a functioning libido.

If I'm not getting laid, I'll jerk off once (without any external stimulation) every 7-10 days. This accomplishes several things:

1) Prevents blue balls/wet dreams
2) Lowers my thirst level so I don't make rash/impulsive decisions based on a raging desire to get laid
3) Clears out old sperm, in case there is a causative relationship between lack of ejaculation and increased chances of prostate troubles

I haven't watched porn in two years, and although I didn't jerk off for the first 75 days, since then I've been following this pattern with consistent success.

I think you underestimate that 75 days.

In my experience, there were no significant changes until I went around 50 days without jerking off. Now - I can follow your protocol, with maintenance sessions every week or so.

But, like everything, your mileage may vary. My suggestion would be:

1. Quit porn
2. Limit fapping to every Sunday as per Roosh Program
3. Improve your sex life
4. Quit jerking off
