Yup, I cosign limiting blue light at night. I've been using f.lux for several years now, and just recently installed an app called Twilight on my phone. It's basically f.lux for mobile devices. Pretty sure I read about it on here, so kudos to whoever mentioned it.

Back on topic...I'm currently on day 6. While not impressive, I do want to have a nice little streak going forward into 2016. I've got a new strategy that I'm implementing, so I plan on starting the new year in a strong way.
