Been practising since New Year. Right now, day 8. I relapsed but not much - just did it once 8 days ago and once a week before that, and once a week before that. The worst time is early morning - I deal with it by weighing pros and cons and how I felt immediately after that in the past - first few minutes great/good due to a dopamine shot but then laziness would creep in, lack of alertness and general malaise for half a day, thus low productivity and guilt involved as a consequence.

I also spend lots of time outside home, wake up early so am sufficiently tired at night. I noticed that if my diet is rich in meat, I feel an increase in my sex drive. Generally, no fap/restriction on fap motivates me to approach, however after 4-6 days motivation subsides a bit and is on 'low alert'. Not sure how to sort it out to boost my sex drive which is somewhat, I feel, lacking.
