I am happy that you read my notes. All that energy I am channeling into myself to perfect myself. One of the bigger obstacles I had to overcome was to actually apply what I was reading.

Reading Red Pill books, Datasheets is fine but one must also do what they advocate and see how they affect your life and then adjust accordingly.

Otherwise one is just an armchair general, knowledgeable about wars, but without scars of his own.

It's difficult for men to recognize these patterns because of what is considered "normal" these days, as you mentioned. Most of my peers, even most men here, masturbate to porn on a regular basis and see nothing of it. Is it normal? Now, sure. Is it healthy? In most cases, sure. However there are men like you, me, and others in this thread who have recognized negative side effects of porn, and thus make changes.

I agree. It was a full-blown addiction. I've had a strenuous relationship with my father and used pornography mainly to relieve myself from day to day stress, much akin like an alcoholic would hit the bottle after a long and hard day.

I'm having conflicting thoughts about masturbation which have not cleared yet. Masturbation may be healthy but without the help of visual aids such as pornography. Nature may have given us the ability to pleasure ourselves if no mates are around but our ancestors didn't have 4K monitors with the possibility of 10 tabs running concurrently.

All they've had was their imagination and if there is one thing I've noticed that pornography did to me was to ruin my own imagination, my own fantasies and replaced it with their own.

There are also men who cannot exist like that, and feel their life negatively impacted by alcohol. These are the men who go on the wagon. In a similar fashion, there are true "moderate porn users," who see no sexual side effects and continue to live normally, making sure to get their daily fix. We are not these men, and we must change accordingly.

I look forward to hearing more from you in this thread. To some men it is a challenge, but to some (myself included) it is a major lifestyle change that will stick with us forever.

Interesting, I've yet to come to conclusion if pornography is like alcohol or heroin.

If it like alcohol then yes one can be a moderate drinker, even possibly gain something out of it.

But if it is like heroin then it is best to abstain from it altogether and focus on having sex with a lot young, feminine women.

I did NoFap. I tried NoPorn but failed because I always caught myself watching a lewd picture for a second or two out of sheer boredom.

Now I'm adamant and am doing NoFap AND NoPorn. I'll report when I'm done.

I've had much more sex during this time for my drive was elevated.

Also started to experience orgasms mid sex which made my girlfriend cry out of joy.

I may not last as long as I used to but Goddamn does it feel better.

Hell, everything feels better.

You see the ability to control yourself and not be controlled.

It's a feeling of freedom that I'll never give up ever again.

Romans 8:31 - 'What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?'

My notes.
