Lifestyle: I've noticed slight improvement in my daily life now. I've been starting to feel more upbeat and energenic. Yesterday I was awake for 24 hours that included gym, my regular job and a side job. I know it's good to get your rest but when you gotta make shit happen, you get on it. I did crash and got a solid 8 hours of deep sleep once I laid down.

Physical: As good as the report above, the physical report is so so. My body seems to be doing well with this change, haven't noticed as much joint or muscular pain during/after workouts which is the good side. The bad news is my dick is still pretty much unresponsive as I reported before. I still get the occasional morning wood and a random erection here or there but I'm still giving it time.

Sexual: Still in a dryspell. Last week I met up with this girl who was really drunk, (long story not needed here) and she was kissing and grinding on me hard. At best I got half mast, but I was leaking precum like a fountain. Normally before committing to this I'd have minor precum and probably be rock hard.
I'm going out this afternoon on a coffee date with same girl as above, then going out with my buddy who is town tonight, so I'm gonna be seeing how well my lack of nutting motivates me. Then I have another coffee date Sunday. My biggest concern is if I do get the +1 how my dick will react. Hopefully it still won't be on strike.

Admitting guilt: I did end up looking at porn twice during the week to see if I would get a hard on seeing the stuff I used to look at. Still ended up with a soft off because I knew I was feeling guilty for even bothering with it.

All in all I'm still sticking with this. I'm to the point now where I'm looking forward to sore balls and being a walking hard on! Cheers!
