Thank you for the write-up ShotgunUppercuts and congratulations on making it to 90 days. That's a serious achievement.

I'd say that's a pretty big pro. Social anxiety is one of the toughest things to beat for most guys.

I will say that one day I saw a girl with what I wanted in a woman and all that came rushing back for a short period of time .

I'm not going to bother blocking it from my phone .id rather discipline myself to not click on those sites when I'm bored and keep myself productive ,which has been a very hard challenge itself .

I think these 2 different statements show how important it is not to look at porn even if you are not masturbating to it. Porn activates the dopamine release centres in your brain that give pleasure. You are seeing hot naked girls without "working" for it like you would if you saw a cute girl in real life you want to undress yourself. Still looking at porn may be a big part of the reason you are not getting all the benefits you should be. I know you want to discipline yourself, but its much easier not to eat junk food, when you don't have it in your house in the first place....so I would still advise you to block the porn on your devices. Make more eye contact with fully clothed girls in real life.

A 2nd reason may also be the season of the year. I don't know where you live, but where I am its still winter and cold, and I have noticed that this has a big impact on my reboot. Lack of sunlight, low temperatures and a general feeling of wanting to stay indoors I think can also slow things down. Lets see if things move faster in spring.

I fully agree.
Guys coming here saying they immediately want to do 40 or 90 days is unrealistic if you haven't tried this before. Set yourself smaller targets like 7 or 10 days and when you achieve those keep going without counting days too much. Just make a note of when you started.
