Brian Redban says he gets pussy from being a comedian and he lives in LA, but that is probably mostly due to his also co-hosting the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. I'm pretty sure you could get pussy from doing stand-up if you got somewhat known and did it right (i.e., also had a podcast and plenty of social media).

Well I talked to one guy at a weekly comedy night, the last and funniest comic, dude was funny as hell, but he had some crippling insecurities, so it's hard to tell.

The social media thing is a long-term play and probably not worth it if you enjoy it. I'm talking about doing a set at the bar and then hanging around afterwards and approaching girls (very casually) or letting them approach you.

Also, you could go to good standup and steal their bits to use on girls and get laid.
