Fuck that shit sleep is good and good sleep is a worthwile pursuit. Neuroscientists even call our work/school schedule as 'torture' because waking up at 7/7:30 is NOT how our biology is.

Whilst I agree wholeheartedly that deep and rejuvenating sleep is necessary, 09:30 is way past first light for most latitudes and therefore out of whack with the bodies circadian rhythm.

Once I started taking zma and melatonin my body forces me awake at 5:30/6am. It's hard for me to sleep past that. If I shower and bang the lady i can fall back asleep but i'll end up having a groggy day because of it.

I envy people who don't need that much sleep. I become a terrible asshole if I don't sleep.
