A new onset of patriarchy? I highly doubt it. Migrants in South Africa were lynched for reasons such as being foreign, taking jobs, having a shop etc.

Look at the punishments meted out to people in the countries they hail from and you'll get an idea. Life is cheap and will be dealt with as such. Their community elders are listened too and their word is as good as law to them.

Feminism will simply adapt and religion along ethnic and race lines is some of the ugliest type of religion you could possibly hope for and has its hand dabbled in genocide and warfare. Look at Africa and the ME for examples of this.
