I don't think the Syrians flocking into Europe illegaly are university educated at all, maybe a small minority of them. Those people are running away from ISIS and Assad, they would be happy to clean your toilets. With the exception of Germany, the economy of Europe is in a mess right now. People are losing their buying power, significant amount of euro retirees living in South East Asia are heading back because they no longer can afford to live in these countries, the gap between the developed and developing world is narrowing down as we speak. Seriously I don't understand why these Syrians are flocking into Europe, it amazes me to say the least. But Europe actually needs them to fill the low skill job market. Europe is about to lose its competitive advantage. The only country that holds proper know how in Europe is Germany. France, Italy, Spain etc are all shit when it comes to know how and manufacturing.

You are repeating globalist propaganda. There is no lack of workers and the coming migrants won't be the backbone of the economy as you call them.

The current REAL unemployment rate across Europe ranges from 8% at the best to some 40% at the worst. Even with zero influx you would have rising unemployment as debts, taxes, transfer of manufacturing offshore, structural changes, mechanization, automation, concentration of economic activity in big corporate hands, technological unemployment - all of this impacts the labor market to the effect of jobs getting fewer. There are plenty of people within the EU to clean toilets or drive buses.

This is not the 1970s where Germany had a negative unemployment rate up until the mid 1980s.

So I repeat: EVEN WITH ZERO IMMIGRATION UNEMPLOYMENT WOULD RISE! With immigration it will rise faster and stronger impacting mostly the bottom 50%.
