Another Dusty law proposal.

No college/university is allowed to accept any student who does not have two years post high school low skill work experience. This means: cleaning toilets, dishwashing, cutting lawns etc. no school or student is exempt including sons of billionaires and Harvard. No school can accept federal dollars, including student loans, if they are in violation.

The value of this law:

1. Students start college at age 20 and with 2 years of real world experience. They will be more mature. They might have some money too.
2. They might learn something practical.
3. They will learn humility.
4. This experience might turn into something better and they decide they don't need school,
5. More likely to avoid majors such as Gender Studies and will seek something more practical.
