But I'd like to use, one last time, a Dominican Republic example - albeit, a modern one, and I think relevant to this "migrants invasion" thread (same way people on this thread evoked the Australian way of dealing with migrants) :

Because, starting about 3 months ago, the Dominican Republic has started a huge legal and security fight against illegal migrants (mostly from Haiti). It has reached the point where any Haitian-looking person, has to carry an ID with him on the streets (because of frequent police checks and arrests)...

There have been huge, angry manifestations by illegal Haitian migrants about that, in June, but to no avail... Anyway, the Dominican anti-migrants measures are starting to produce positive results (with a reduction in numbers of illegals present in the country)...

So, this is just to illustrate that: migrants invasion is currently a worldwide problem, and that very strict policies enforced on the ground by a serious, determined police force, can get results. Maybe European countries might learn something from the Dominicans and their police force? We should implement something like they did, in W. Europe:

The following also illustrates what is probably going to happen in a few days, along the Serbian Hungarian border (so it is relevant to this thread): probably we'll see, "limbo-life on the border" and construction of "informal villages" for migrants who couldn't make it past the frontier... So expect to see scenes like that soon in EE:

Meanwhile, Frau Merkel threatens to suspend European funds to EE countries who refuse to take illegal migrants in.

Merkel even said that "she won't bring all the torture instruments, as of now" (Stasi-styled thinly veiled threat) (to convince the EE countries to collaborate)

And yes, she used the words, "torture tools", when asked about trying to break EE countries' will - by using monetary retaliation against Hungary-Slovakia-Czek...

Can you imagine if, say, V. Putin had used the words, "torture tools", when asked how to apply pressure on other European countries...? the media would have gone crazy!
