Obama's sons are at it again. This time 5 of them ordered Chinese food, stabbed and robbed the 60 year old man, went and ate their chicken wings and shrimp fried rice, then went back to admire their work and rummage through the car. Had the driver been armed and shot the poor innocent souls would he have been considered racist and sent Jesse Jackson and Sharpton on their merry way?

The other way Jackson and Sharpton would be 'outraged' is if fast food restaurants stopped delivering to the neighborhoods they felt were too dangerous, or charged more for delivery to those areas.

"But the records released Tuesday show Serino said Zimmerman’s injuries were only “marginally consistent with a life threatening violent episode described by him, during which neither a deadly weapon nor deadly force was deployed by Trayvon Martin.”

Serino said the relative sizes of the two fighters, coupled with the fact that neither had specialized training in hand-to-hand combat, meant Zimmerman was not at any “exceptional disadvantage.”

“Zimmerman, by his statements made to the call taker and recorded for review and his statements made to investigators following the shooting death of Martin, make it clear that he had already reached a faulty conclusion as to Martin’s purpose for being in the neighborhood.”

“His actions are inconsistent with those of a person who has stated he was in fear of another subject,” Serino wrote. “Investigative findings show that George Michael Zimmerman had at least two opportunities to speak with Trayvon Benjamin Martin in order to defuse the circumstances surrounding the encounter. On at least two occasions, George Michael Zimmerman failed to identify himself as a concerned resident or a neighborhood watch member to Trayvon Benjamin Martin.”

At one point in the new video shot the day after the killing, Sanford Det. Doris Singleton notes that the swelling of injuries to Zimmerman’s head had already died down after just a day.

Mary Cutcher compromised as a witness.

Remember her press conference? Guess who paid for it.

Now we can identify these players: Ambulance chasing Lawyer Crump. TrayMom™ Sybrina Fulton, TrayDad™ Tracy Martin. And even the hired PR gun for Lawyer Crump, Ryan Julison, coaching Mary Cutcher on exactly what to say for the cameras.

Is she an unbiased, reliable witness? Not after the Scheme Team compromised her.

RE: How ALEC Took Florida's 'License to Kill' Law National
http://gma.yahoo.com/george-zimmerman-bu...ories.html

One of George Zimmerman's former colleagues at CarMax, where he worked in 2008, complained formally about the man who killed Florida teen Trayvon Martin, alleging serial hazing that lasted for months and included pranks and ethnic jokes.

When the salesman complained to management, Zimmerman denied the harassment.

"The guy was so convincing when he was confronted by management to the point where I doubted my own self. I would not be surprised if he got away with it [Martin murder accusation]."

"He's got, like you say, a good poker face. Great poker face," said the colleague. "That pretty much summarizes this guy's personality. Great poker face."

The employee, who is an Arab-American, worked part time at the used car retailership during 2008, and rose quickly to become one of the company's top salesmen, despite the hazing, he says.

"These are some of the bully activities I have been facing that led me to be concerned about my work environment," he wrote in the one page complaint. The complaint accused Zimmerman of pressuring him to split deals with him, of repeatedly "impersonating me in a terrorist character," and mocked him constantly to earn the laughs of fellow workers.

In the letter, the colleague states, "Since I started working in CarMax Sanford, George has been dealing with me in an unprofessional manner and have mastered the art of emerging as the nice guy to others in order to make me look like the unsocial type and out of place."

Speaking exclusively to ABC News, the man said, "He wasn't joking around. He was choosing his words. He was making fun of my accent, or pretending that I have a thick accent."

Zimmerman's former colleague asked that his identity not be revealed because he feared any association with the Zimmerman trial could jeopardize his family's security.

He also recounted first hearing Zimmerman's name in the media, "Because that name, I'll never forget... I had to pull over when I heard him on the news."

The former colleague says that Zimmerman, who is now 28, referred to him as "a f---ing moron" on countless occasions, despite his recognition from his superiors as a talented salesman.

The man said he wanted to do his work and go home, "But Zimmerman noticed the gap, or the unwelcome from some of the other employees, and he took that opportunity to pretty much put me as a target, and to make fun of me, bully me around, pretty much harass me 24/7. Just make it difficult for me to work there."

He says the bullying was noticed at CarMax. "Other sales people would come and approach me and say, don't worry about this guy, he's a bully, he's an idiot, he's young, he doesn't know what he's doing."

The former colleague said others at CarMax said Zimmerman was upset for not getting the promotion he thought he deserved, and that's why he took out his frustration on the colleague.

Zimmerman's attorney would not comment on the story. CarMax issued a statement saying it did check that matter, but that "CarMax does not provide information on internal human resources matters."

Zimmerman was let go shortly after the complaint was lodged, apparently on an unrelated matter.

These accusations come a day after a report by Chris Serino, the lead homicide investigator in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, was made public. Serino's report expressed strong skepticism of Zimmerman's account of the shooting, describing Zimmerman's injuries as "marginally consistent with a life threatening violent encounter."

The detective also questioned Zimmerman's account of being afraid of Martin, who was 17 and unarmed when he was killed on Feb. 26.

Serino's report is the latest in the see-saw of information released alternately by the state and the defense, with chunks of it seemingly damning for Zimmerman, while other parts appear to support his claim of shooting Martin in self defense.

Zimmerman failed to appear in previous court case, fined $10,000

The man who killed Trayvon Martin once failed to show up at a deposition in his own lawsuit and was fined $10,000. Will the incident make a difference for a judge who will decide Friday whether to allow George Zimmerman to be free on bail?

O’Mara says Zimmerman’s failure to appear at a deposition in a civil case should not count against his client in his murder trial for the shooting of Miami Gardens teen Trayvon Martin. O’Mara is asking the judge to set bond at “something similar” to $150,000 — what it was before Zimmerman was sent back to jail for keeping secret how much money he had raised from online donations.

..Zimmerman family friend claims he molested her, new audio tapes reveal
.
.By Dylan Stableford, Yahoo! News
Senior Media Reporter

A family friend of George Zimmerman told investigators he sexually molested her on and off for a nearly decade, newly-released audio tapes in the Trayvon Martin shooting case reveal.

"He would reach under the blankets and try to do things," the woman--identified as "Witness 9"--told investigators.

The alleged molestation occurred at Zimmerman's parents' house, she said.

"I would try to push him off, but he was bigger, stronger and older," she said during the interview conducted on March 20, less than a month after the Feb. 26 shooting. The woman, who contacted prosecutors after the Martin's killing, said she was 6 and Zimmerman was 8 when the alleged molestation began. It continued until she was 16, she claims.

Investigators asked the woman why she's coming forward now. "This is the first time in my life that I'm not afraid of him," she replied. (The woman also told state investigators that she annoymously called Sanford police after Martin's death to tell them what she knew about Zimmerman.)

Her family would get together with Zimmerman's at least once a year, she said. "Every time that we would go up there, I could just look at him and he would give me a certain look and I would just know it was going to happen when we got together for family gatherings ... He just got this look in his eye like he was going to [molest me]."

The woman said she was not the only victim. "It's not just me that he would do these things to," she told investigators. But the other alleged victim would never come forward, "Witness 9" said, declining to give investigators her name: "She said she would deny it either way."

"Georgie," she said, would tell her to tell others that they were just laying down or playing hide-n-seek. "Georgie just sucked up to my dad," she said. "He was like the son he never had."
The audio was released on Monday along dozens of recordings from phone calls Zimmerman made while behind bars in April. State prosecutors and defense attorney Mark O'Mara fought to keep the audio files under seal, but Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. ruled the evidence is public information and ordered them to be made available.

Zimmerman was charged with second-degree murder in Martin's death.

O'Mara, filed an 11th hour motion to keep "Witness 9" recordings from being released, but the judge did not accept.

"He was very charming and personable with everybody in the family," the woman said of Zimmerman. "But he was different behind closed doors with me ... He was very intimidating."

She claimed one of the last incidents occurred was when she was 16. Zimmerman, who had graduated high school and moved to Florida with his family, massaged and kissed her, causing her to run out of the home. The woman said she eventually quit attending family functions if she thought he was going to be there.

"I couldn't take it," she said. "I didn't want to be around him anymore."

She said she eventually told her sister about her encounters with Zimmerman. The woman's sister then told her parents.

The alleged victim said she and her parents tried to discuss the abuse with Zimmerman at a Lake Mary, Fla. restaurant in 2005. "He said, 'I'm sorry' and just got up and walked out."

RE: How ALEC Took Florida's 'License to Kill' Law National
Damn, been a year already

The parents of George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin clashed with emotional statements today, the one year anniversary of the Zimmerman's arrest for shooting the unarmed Florida teenager.

Zimmerman's mother Gladys Zimmerman posted a two page letter online saying that her son was innocent and was arrested "solely to placate the masses."

Hours later, Martin's family and lawyer issued their own letter, stating the Gladys Zimmerman's remarks were "disingenuous and disrespectful to the very system that is currently affording him every available opportunity to defend himself."

The case has drawn white hot passions since Zimmerman, a Sanford, Fla., neighborhood watch captain shot and killed Martin on Feb. 26, 2012 after telling police that he suspected the unarmed teenager was acting suspiciously.

In the months after the killing, Zimmerman, 28, claimed that Martin, 17, knocked him down, banged his head on a sidewalk and they then struggled for Zimmerman's gun, forcing him to shoot.

Zimmerman was arrested and charged with murder April 11, 2012. His trial begins June 10.

"April 11 2012 will be forever remembered by the Zimmerman family as the day the justice system failed us as Americans, and as a consequence an innocent man was arrested for a crime he did not commit, solely to placate the masses," Mrs. Zimmerman wrote in her letter.

Little evidence, she said, has been available to the public since her son's arrest and she accused the Martin family's defense lawyer, Benjamin Crump, of "confusing the public and manipulating perception" in order to sway public opinion.

"From the beginning, this case has been heavily publicized and a false narrative was developed surrounding a very real tragedy when there was little evidence available to the public," it continued.

The continuous news coverage of George Zimmerman's arrest and incarceration, when the media reported on every detail of his life inside the Seminole County Jail, was "particularly disheartening," Gladys Zimmerman said.

Martin family attorneys have said there was no justification for the shooting, and in today's statement said that he was arrested because "there was evidence to charge George Zimmerman for second-degree murder for profiling, pursuing, and killing our unarmed teenage son."

"For the Zimmerman family to allege that the justice system doesn't work, simply because they are unhappy their son was arrested in the first place, is disingenuous and disrespectful to the very system that is currently affording him every available opportunity to defend himself," the statement said. "The arrest of an admitted killer is not a violation of due process, it is due process."

The family added, "We continue to pray that our son's death will serve as a catalyst in preventing other senseless acts of gun violence."

Trayvon Martin Shooting Targets Were 'No-Shoot' Tools, Fired Cop Says

A Port Canaveral, Fla., Port Authority police officer who was fired for bringing shooting targets bearing a likeness of Trayvon Martin to a weapons training session said in a video posted online that his intentions for how the targets were to be used have been misunderstood.

"I would like to start my statement by first apologizing to the family of Trayvon Martin for being used as a pawn in somebody's political agenda," Sgt. Ron King said in a video posted on YouTube.

King confirmed to ABC News that he is the man in the video.
King, who had been with the department since January 2011, was fired Thursday, authorities said.

Port Canaveral Port Authority CEO John Walsh said that on April 4, when two fellow cops discovered King intended to use the Trayvon Martin shooting targets in their weapons exercise, they told the sergeant "they didn't think it was appropriate." The next day, Walsh said, the officers informed the Port Authority police chief, who called in internal affairs.

In the YouTube video, King said he had no intention of using the targets for target practice, instead, he said he viewed the targets as a training tool for "a no-shoot situation."

"As a result of last year's Trayvon Martin shooting, a company offered for sale a target of a faceless silhouette wearing a hoodie with his hands in his pockets, one of which was holding two objects, these objects in the hand were non-threatening and the target was something that I viewed as a no-shoot situation," he said.

"While others used it as a novelty, I view it as a tool for scenario based firearms training. Although to date, the targets have never been used, I did possess the targets for those training reasons," he said.

The incident comes two months before the scheduled start of the second-degree murder trial of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain who told police he followed Martin because the teen was acting suspiciously.

Zimmerman later told police he shot Martin in self-defense after the 17-year-old punched him in the face, knocked him down and began slamming his head into the pavement. Martin was unarmed.

Defense releases photos, texts of Trayvon Martin

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — George Zimmerman's defense attorneys on Thursday released information from 17-year-old Trayvon Martin's cellphone that include the teen texting with a friend about fighting and smoking marijuana and photos that show a gun and what appears to be a potted marijuana plant.

The release came ahead of a hearing that will determine whether the texts and photos can be used at the trial for Zimmerman, who is charged with fatally shooting Martin last year during a confrontation at a gated community in Sanford. He is pleading not guilty to second-degree murder, claiming self-defense. His trial starts next month.

The photos also show Martin blowing smoke and extending his middle finger to the camera.

In the text messages, Martin tells a friend that his mother has told him he needs to move out of her house and move in with his father since he was caught skipping school. He also talks with a friend about smoking "weed."

In another section, he describes being in a fight where his opponent got more hits than he did in the first round.

Prosecutors have filed a motion asking Circuit Judge Debra Nelson to prevent the photos, texts and other personal information from being used at the trial. The hearing is set for next Tuesday.

Zimmerman's defense attorney, Mark O'Mara told The Associated Press on Thursday that the materials could be relevant if prosecutors try to portray Martin in a certain light.

"If they had suggested that Trayvon is nonviolent and that George is the aggressor, I think that makes evidence of the fighting he has been involved with in the past relevant," O'Mara said.

Attorneys for Martin's parents said in a statement that the photos and texts were irrelevant to the trial and could pollute the jury pool.

"Is the defense trying to prove Trayvon deserved to be killed by George Zimmerman because (of) the way he looked?" they said. "If so, this stereotypical and closed-minded thinking is the same mindset that caused George Zimmerman to get out of his car and pursue Trayvon, an unarmed kid who he didn't know."

Witness Can't Read Letter She 'Wrote' About Shooting

A teenage friend of Trayvon Martin was forced to admit today in the George Zimmerman murder trial that she did not write a letter that was sent to Martin's mother describing what she allegedly heard on a phone call with Martin moments before he was shot.

In a painfully embarrassing moment, Rachel Jeantel was asked to read the letter out loud in court.
"Are you able to read that at all?" defense attorney Don West asked.

Jeantel, head bowed, eyes averted whispered into the court microphone, "Some but not all. I don't read."

It sent a hush through the packed courtroom.

After Trayvon Martin Verdict, Durbin Pushes 300 Companies on ‘Stand Your Ground’ Laws

In preparation for a previously announced hearing on controversial “stand your ground” laws announced after the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Ill., sent letters to more than 300 possible corporate backers of the American Legislative Exchange Council, requesting their position of such policies in states across the country.

Durbin may have a hard time getting Anheuser-Busch, BP, Comcast or the Koch Industries to file formal responses to Durbin about laws like the one that gained notoriety in the case of killed Florida teen Trayvon Martin, but Durbin’s going to try nonetheless, given that those companies back ALEC, which in turn pushed “stand your ground” laws. The letter, released by Durbin’s office, says the following:

“I write to seek information regarding your company’s position on “stand your ground” legislation that was adopted as a national model by an organization called the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC),” Durbin wrote. “In 2005, ALEC approved the adoption of model ‘stand your ground’ legislation entitled the ‘Castle Doctrine Act.’ This model legislation was based on Florida’s ‘stand your ground’ law, and it changes the criminal law regarding self-defense and provides immunity for certain uses of deadly force.

“Although ALEC does not maintain a public list of corporate members or donors, other public documents indicate that your company funded ALEC at some point during the period between ALEC’s adoption of model “stand your ground” legislation in 2005 and the present day. I acknowledge your company’s right to actively participate in the debate of important political issues, regardless of your position, and I recognize that a company’s involvement with ALEC does not necessarily mean that the company endorses all positions taken by the organization. Therefore I am seeking clarification whether companies that have funded ALEC’s operations in the past currently support ALEC and the model ‘stand your ground’ legislation.”

Zimmerman to auction gun

Reuters) - The Florida man who shot and killed the black teenager Trayvon Martin in an incident that triggered nationwide civil rights protests will auction the gun he used on Thursday and use some of the proceeds to challenge presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's gun control policies, the auction website said.

The U.S. Department of Justice recently returned to George Zimmerman the Kel Tec 9mm gun that he had used to kill Martin, an unarmed youth, on Feb. 26, 2012, according to Gunbroker.com, the website where the weapon is being auctioned.

Zimmerman described the weapon as "a piece of American history," according to the website.

The one-day auction is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. EST (1500 GMT) on Thursday, with bidding starting at $5,000.

The Trayvon Martin Foundation "has no comment on the actions of that person that murdered Trayvon," Martin's father, Tracy Martin, said in a statement.

Zimmerman, who was a neighborhood watch volunteer at the time of the incident, said the shooting was in self-defense. Martin's family said the teenager was simply passing through the housing area on his way home from a convenience store.

Zimmermann was acquitted of second-degree murder and manslaughter charges in the incident that stirred civil rights rallies and drew international attention to Florida's controversial "stand your ground" law.

President Barack Obama said after the acquittal of Zimmerman that Martin "could have been me, 35 years ago" and urged Americans to understand the pain African Americans felt over the case.
