You use "trying to be look like Ronny" to game chicks as a subterfuge for expressing a growing homosexual attraction towards our Portuguese pussy pounder, gayness exposed like a government scandal.

I couldn't think of a greater insult to manhood and masculinity then desperately trying to be like another man in order to get the approval of women. If anything this thread reeks of lack in confidence in one's self.

I am sure your ego is aching to type out a response...

but I won't be reading it.

Shepard out.
Says the guy whos online persona is based off of a video game which has caused controversy over the amount of homosexual content.

Come on commander shepard, lots of dudes want to not look like shit, and the best way of doing that is finding a dude who doesn't look like shit and figuring out what he does for his workouts. This thread has some faggotry but that's no real grounds for calling OP/other posters a homo.

Funny how Commander Shepard was so quick to judge me as a troll , even though I've been contributing to this community on a regular basis for quite some time on a wide range of topics , while he is a newbie who uses a video game character as his avatar ; typical keyboard jockey.

I think the pics of CR7 and Beckham have messed with some guys minds haha Gay

Three things:

1.I was way out of line. I am not sure what got into me. I apologize for personally attacking people, and specifically the LBGT community. I thought I had outgrown such ignorance but I was wrong.

2. I will respect the one week ban I was given and will be off the forum for a while.

3. Commander Shepard is indeed a lame name, especially after playing the travesty that is Mass Effect 3. Instead, I have chosen to name myself my favorite character of literature.

Again, my apologies.

Hilarious seeing the guys getting all worked up over a few paragraphs and photos describing the body of a guy who is widely considered to be one of the most attractive guys in the world and who many men would be better off emulating with their diet and workout plans.

There's nothing gay about being able to objectively recognize that a guy's features and body align with the characteristics that a majority of women find attractive. As long as you're not getting a hard-on, I'm pretty sure you don't have anything to worry about seeing a picture of Cristiano Ronaldo shirtless...

RE: The CR7 routine to a Ripped body
You should stop being so worried about getting too bulky, even if you're 5'7. In the end, you can do only 2 things to your body, aesthetic-wise: gain muscle and lose bodyfat. The ratio between these 2 factors will determine how you will look.
So putting all of these aside, you should focus on point number one. Gaining muscle. There is no trick to it, you have to do compound moves, don't go too heavy, rest enough, and for God's sake eat at a surplus, or else all of your efforts will be in vain.

By doing cardio and all kinds of circuit training/strongman, or typical football player workouts, you will only delay the time it would normally take you to reach your goal body.

I agree totally. I have been doing heavy lifts and obligatory kickboxing and rugby and I am having trouble putting on muscle.

This summer I am going to focus one month on building as much muscle as possible, then the rest of the summer cutting what body fat is left over. I would probably look great at 7% BF but I have to get stronger to play lock next year.

No offense taken. I think you overreacted a bit , but its good to know that you understood the point we were making.

In fact , I'm getting back to compounds and heavy squats / benches , It's the way to go for solid gains , thats what i believe.

I found the Beckham pics a tad disturbing IMO. That pic that he took was supposed to trigger erotic feelings.

I don't think Beckham's body is all that. He just has low body fat, that's it. Most cats in Europe are like that due to eating less processed foods and not driving everywhere.

Funny how on workout threads when a guy posts a picture of a shirtless athlete people scream HOMO and that it looks

Ronaldo above, and Coleman here: which more homo bros?

this ronnie pic is the gayest thing in this thread, what i dont understand is why would you not want to look like cristiano ronaldo hes the right type of muscle and ripness combo where he isnt over the top in any one department.

they didnt pay 80 million pounds ( over 100 million dollars) for him for no reason he is at the peak human conditioning

(04-07-2012 06:14 AM)kickboxer Wrote:  I was just clowning around. This workout is a bit too heavy on cardio for my liking. Im sure similar results could be created with a diet that is low on sugar and carbs, with daily double doses(trademark sign) of cold showers ACV, and coconut oil. If i combined that diet and completed high intensity weight liftibg workouts three or four times a week for thirty minutes each session; then I am sure I could achieve a similar body. I would look like a soccer player but I would lack the endurance to run all day long. And thats okay with me.

This is the correct response. It has worked for me, and I'm not the only one.

I achieved a body type somewhat similar to this (slightly bulkier, also perhaps 2% or so additional body fat) by simply altering my diet and doing high intensity lifts 5 times a week. It'd be even easier if I had a pull-up bar and a bench/squat rack. The lifts last maybe 20 minutes or so (in my dorm room), and my diet simply consists of limiting the crappy shit (ex: I still have soda, but only twice a week, usually on a weekend). All I have to do is keep my protein intake high while cutting the sugar/carbs and the intense lifts ensure my muscle is built/maintained for me. That muscle, in turn, helps to burn more fat even at rest, so its a great cycle.

It isn't that hard to look like this with just a little discipline. There is no need to go running around on treadmills for hours at a time, and there is no need for hour long football-player type strength building workouts. Keep it short but intense and watch what you use to fuel you and you'll be fine.

You lose money chasing women, but you never lose women chasing money.
