It's strange.

I'd skip even the sexy pics. I deleted all of them, as they are just a temptation and reduce my energy for dealing with my work and other obligations. I'd error on the side of caution and get rid of that kind of media.

I want to do this, however in my personal experience when I don't fap for a bit and then I finally get laid I bust much quicker than normal. Is there a way to get over that problem while still following the challenge? Or is that just kegels, cardio and self control?

Day 43. Hardcore mode.

Been pretty edgy at times when the right mental thought strikes and/or I see any decent looking woman. Almost got bored the other day and knocked out a wank to some good ol' HBO softcore porn (they have some Latin American based porn stuff and I got a thing for Latin American sluts). I'm on day 19 now. It's a real struggle not to watch porn sometimes. I haven't watched any during this time, but these fucking Instagram photo whores that show up on my feed make it really hard not to. I woken up with stiff morning wood already 3 times this week. My energy level has been pretty high even during those days where I slept little to none. The only other thing that takes away from this is the booze.

VERY promising experiment results.

So, banging a chick should theoretically assist with that obviously, right? That all said, I lean towards the former because like any injury, you have to fully recover or you risk re-injury/slowing down recovery if you push things too early. But this is all a bit more complex than a bone fracture however.

Regardless of what may come, I feel like a Mad Scientist that has had his first major breakthrough.

Success is always found with experimentation. You don't have to go overboard and toss in the towel, but you don't have to be a monk either.

If I were you - I would most importantly log how you feel everyday and back it up with what your streak is like. Everybody's different.

Then, I would start having sex once a week. It's not healthy to avoid having sex...having sex is one of the best things you can do for mental and hormonal balance.

I understand you want to regain sensitivity, but from my experience hardcore mode drives guys crazy. After a while of not jerking off, your body handles sex differently, and it's a much different experience than pounding away at whatever hole you can find.

Don't stop yourself from banging real women, the point of nofap (in my opinion, at least) is to rewire your brain for the purpose of equating real sex and real sex ONLY with arousal as opposed to porn/masturbation. Releasing only with a woman accomplishes that task.

I'd encourage men to do this nofap challenge even if they're in an LTR - it will greatly improve your sex life in all facets (drive, sensitivity, even stamina)

Day 4, I already feel myself being more aggressive, flirty and playful. There were multiple times this weekend where i randomly just started making out with girls with just body language and eye contact. I wasn't pulling like that when i was fapping every day.
