@Day 23

The good:

- Banged the 2nd new girl since I started this experiment (first two weeks I had visitors so couldn't game or bang). The sex wasn't as amazing as I imagined although she was really cute. Felt like more of a relief than anything. Got more dates planned for the weekend.

@Day 28

The good:

- Laid the 3rd new girl since I started this experiment. Admittedly not the hottest (maybe a 6) but she is extremely keen and hitting me up to meet again. She is already talking about the kinky outfit she wants to wear for me next time...it's as if she is in disbelief I'm even interested.

There are a couple issues that come to mind:
- I don't have a main girl at the moment
- I'm taking zinc and magnesium oil daily

Sure you could say it would increase my motivation to go out more and make more of an effort to approach and pull. But at the same time if I don't pull those two nights I go out that week I am going to go nuts. When I did this early in the year and went for 80 something days, I wasn't yet taking zinc and magnesium oil. My sex drive is insane.

Any ideas?

I started taking magnesium supplementation to help with my asthma, which it worked miracuosly well for, and after those noted benefits, I upped the magnesium dosage and started cycling my creatine again.

@Day 40

The good:

I'm on day 2 of no fap.

I've been an avid porn viewer since 7th grade.

When I masterbate I usually can start jacking off hard to finishing in about 3 or 4 minutes. I have noticed during sex that I always want to cum around that same time and I think its because I've trained myself to do it that way.

For you guys who can't even last a few days, you might want to change your approach.

Something that BB mentioned in the "no alcohol" thread (and is discussed in Allen Carr's books about other addictions) was that you should target your beliefs, not just your behaviors to change habits. I think this applies to No Porn/No Fap too.

If you rely on willpower only you are just torturing yourself. Plus, you will eventually just fall back into what you were doing before.

You need to change the way you think about porn (I'm concentrating on that because it's much worse than just fapping IMO) if you want to be free of it. You need to destroy the desire to watch porn. Ask yourself questions like these:

Does porn ever stop you from going out and picking up girls?
Has sex been worse because you watched too much porn?
Do you feel energized after watching porn? Or fatigued and demotivated?
Why do you get off on watching other men bang girls?
Does porn bring you any benefits at all?

Imagine yourself in third person watching porn with your iPhone, or worse, fapping to ex's photos. What a ridiculous scene that is. With any luck, that will demotivate you.

Oxytocin comes to mind although other hormones are involved during sex. I'd imagine that going raw multiplies that effect as more fluids are exchanged. Or let's put it another way.
