RE: Zyzz: Opinions?
Yeah that is based on the accumeasure. My home weight scale said 10.6% but I don't believe it because I still can only see my abs when I flex.. still got quite a ways to go to being able to see them without flexing.

Cool, yeah I just finished reading through them. It honestly just sounds like many consecutive months of serious discipline. Will be exciting to see the results.

You're close. Try mixing your meals up. Eat heavy protein in the morning like non-fat cottage cheese 4 servings straight from
The container no excuses.

Try eating loads of celery and carrots after to fill up.

Shock your body with high volume veggies that are low calories and high intakes of protein to shock your system.

Your body has amazing muscle memory. You can sustain a substantial injury and recoup gains if you've never really taken long breaks.

Its a way of life! Why eat shitty food? Why be fat? Isn't it better to look great and feel great?!?!

Good food tastes better then shitty food. Here is my diet so far today..

8am - water and acv
820am - smoothie with 2 bananas, cup of milk, cup of oatmeal, half cup almonds, high quality protein powder
1030am - 4 eggs, 1 avocaco, corn tortillas, homemade salsa (tomatoes, onion, peppers, cilantro)
1pm - ground beef patty, brown rice, black beans, salsa

Late lunch will be a chicken thighs and sauteed veges

Dinner will be salmon and salad.

Honestly, the hardest part is the grocery shopping and food preparation.

I dont *shrug*

If you deadlift & squat routinely you should have a developed core (after reducing your bf).

Alright, good idea. I wonder what other ways I can experiment to empirically determine the value of being more ripped.

You will get more eye contact and looks from girls (and guys).

Especially when you are wearing a tanktop (beach, gym, park), have your shirt off (beach, pool, park), and/or are wearing form fitting clothes (all the time).

The way he acts is also admirable; he seriously doesn't give a shit about anything.

What are your opinions on this dude? He was a mini-celeb on bodybuilding before he tragically passed away at the age of 23.

When you have a cult following for a stripper and do nothing like Zyzz, we have gone wrong somewhere in what we are propping up for young dudes as to what a MAN is.

Wearing make up, doing your hair, hanging out in womens clothes......none of this is manly. Please save me the mindset that everyone should be able to do what they want to do if they aren't hurting.....blah blah blah. I agree with that, however my concern here is that there are too many young men that look up to someone like Zyzz, who literally did NOTHING.

RE: Zyzz: Opinions?
About zyzz. Well honestly, we can't really hate on him if he looks gay or not. The dude has swag and some ability to pull. We obviously, don't have to take all of his swag (i.e. Really short shorts), but we can agree that his body was on point and should work to look similar.

Every man's game has some roots from another.

As a skinny fuck at about 110lbs/50 kilos, I look up to him as a sign that anyone can make it. And that internet celeb status wont be that hard to obtain if you look great.

Can I please pm you for fitness/health info West? You seem to know your shit about this stuff and I need guidance on a good gym/diet routine before I go back to college (unlimited food and free gym).

And next poster please chill.

RE: Zyzz: Opinions?
If one is to go by his fb posts, he really relied purely on his physique. While this works for women, it almost seems he was playing doing a similar thing. From what I can see he seems to have built up his profile into an internet celeb and that is more what has made him successful with the girls. Most of the niteclub appearrances seem to be him already having social proof due to social networking and he probably had a small entourage with him. He did have a great body, it is clear that he already had a good deal of preselection value. More than anything he did a great job of marketing himself, in reality there are many guys with great bodies that can't build that sort of fame.

WestCoast is dropping some SERIOUS gems on this thread. For anybody who needs a link to the Greco/Roman aesthetics calculator it's here.

I'm measuring my wrists and trying this as soon as I get home tonight. I just finished a successful bulk and hit some PR's and now I'm doing some serious cutting down.

EDIT: 8" wrists, I have work to do but I have a larger margin of error than I thought

That can't be right. If so I'm too swole to be sexy and I'm not even that swole. Its telling me I should drop 5 inches everywhere except my biceps/forearms. Time to put down the fork.

RE: Zyzz: Opinions?
I think a good way to de-condition a lot of young men would be to show them the story of Zyzz alongside a bunch of Stanford and MIT grads who got jobs sitting in a cubicle for ten hours a day and never get any pussy... even though they did everything "right."

As for the guy himself, his persona is ridiculous. I doubt he would have kept that same act and routine if he had lived until 30. But his story definitely dispels all doubt that there is any sanity in female mate selection.

I had never heard his story before the post on Return of Kings, but if he got a lot of young guys interested in fitness that's definitely a good thing.

RE: Zyzz: Opinions?
I don't see any problem about Zyzz himself, he provided me many "lulz", alot of motivation and some really good advice.
He didn't hate on anyone and was down to earth in persona.
Although he might indeed look like a fag at some times, it kind of fits to his picture and character, it was his mark.
Back then I often read his twitter or followed his threads on 4chan, because for some reason the stuff he wrote was pretty enlighting.

The only problem I see is all those guys trying to imitiate him, when 99,9% will never fit into that picture but appear as huge immature douchebag cunts.
It's because they're not being themselves, but they try to be Zyzz.
