RE: The best multi-vitamin
I just bought the ortho core AOR multi on Iherb.com.

http://www.iherb.com/Advanced-Orthomolec...ules/33670

It gave me a code that gives 10 bucks off on anyone's first order: LJQ042

10 bucks off equals 18.5% savings. This has the higher quality B12 vitamins with the "methyl" prefix

Disclaimer: It says I'll get a "reward credit" for whoever uses the code.

RE: The best multi-vitamin
I think the indisputably best multivitamin on the market is Life Extension Mix.

https://www.lef.org/search/products.aspx?k=dptlemix

This shit is the Rolls-Royce of multivitamins... In addition to supplying 100% or close to 100% Daily Value of all the vitamins and dietary minerals, it also has a bunch of other potent nutrients in it, namely extracts from plants/fruits/veggies, and lots of other assorted doodads (inositol, taurine...) with proven utility.

Only two real drawbacks:
It will run you up to $1,200 a year, which is obviously way the hell more than most people can justify spending on a nutritional supplement.
And, it's kind of annoying to take, because a full dose is 9 tablets or 14 capsules a day. You split them up and take them with every meal.

So, this stuff is far from being the most practical multivitamin, but the name of your thread was "the best multi-vitamin", so, there you go. Big Grin

If you want to balance out absolute quality with affordability, then I think the one-a-day and two-a-day multivitamins from LEF are also excellent.

RE: The best multi-vitamin
It's not that good since it has Vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin. Please see my original post for reference on why it's the inferior form of Vitamin B12.

I have been using supplements since I was a teenager and I have tried absolutely everything under the sun. Tangy Tangerine will change your life. You energy will be thru the roof, it will detox you of heavy metals and if you are overweight you will lose a shitload of weight in weeks. They make other things as well that I haven' t tried but I can vouch for this.

You still take this?

Anyone else tried it?
