Fitting that he quoted Arnold. Many similarities. I hope his political career is a bit more successful than Arnold's 2 terms were.

That whole James Bond segment was offensive in a myriad of ways. He handled it like a champ.

Yeah. Why the vilain? More like the good guy.

The anglosphere so, so antislavic it is offensive. He personifies so much of the good I have learned from slavic men.

Its Vitali, not Wladimir who is into politics. But yep, both have PHD's. Both are much smarter than this stupid interviewer!

Great interview, thanks for sharing it. I would never guess that he was that intelligent.

RE: Wladimir Klitschko interview with a feminist.
He was Adam Carolla's guest on the April 20, 2012 podcast. One of my favorite episodes. Since Carolla is a boxing fan and former trainer, he had a really good interview with Klitschko. I'm not even a boxing fan but found myself getting into it.

"Okay (and I'm laughing now, because this is so funny), so we're A) not supposed to give you flowers, B) pay you compliments, or C) look at you. Anything else? Because I'm struggling to figure out the reason why after hearing that, I'm feeling like I'd rather get fucked in the ass by a Cape Buffalo than ever have to sit through dinner with you. Maybe you can figure it out for me. When you do, let me know. I'll be at Natasha's house."

What a wonderful tribute. As shown by Roosh also, in Dead Bat in Paraguay, you don't need to be a cold, horrible man to be Alpha.

This whole "Alpha" and "Feminist" obsession is really ridiculous, if not worse. I don't even know why there's any attention being paid to the interviewer in that clip. She's simply a journalist - albeit one who does not like boxing - and just doing her job in a fashion similar to other video interviews I've seen from Time (with both male and female interviewers). She's not there to be Klistcho's friend or cheerleader. That's not the nature of interviews from Time magazine.

She is completely disrespectful to boxing and the dedication to the sport it requires. That's why it's an issue. She behaves as if it is some hobby of his, while he is on his way to becoming a "Bond villain" as she says. That in itself is wholly disrespectful to who he is, and what he has achieved.

RE: Wladimir Klitschko interview with a feminist.
As Roosh touched on, if you get the chance, check out "Klitschko," a documentary that HBO actually aired last year. I guess the point of having someone like her interview him was because she wasn't a sports fan. Too often, especially in the age of ESPN, the men discussing and covering events are fans with allegiances to certain players/teams, and it bleeds into the work. On that basis, I'm cool with them having a non-fan do the interview, so they can maintain a certain distance from the subject and treat him like any other interview subject.

Yes, Wladimir WAS smashing Hayden Panettiere. She appears briefly in the documentary about the brothers. When they were emerging as athletes training in Germany, they were definitely popular in the nightlife scene. They're both renaissance men.

She may be seemingly disrespectful towards boxing but wouldn't that be a product of the fact she simply doesn't like or care for the sport? I could easily see a man having the same attitude. I don't understand the "feminist" assertion. She's just a journalist/interviewer, many of whom are annoying regardless of gender. She also didn't contest his answers and laughed along with him (i.e. like when he insinuated he's unmarried because he's busy getting it in). Klitscho is a big boy. He's knows these kinds of people come with doing business. I doubt he really cares. He's too savvy for that.

It's really detestable that they send an interviewer who knows very little about boxing and questions the sport from the start of the interview. She must have gone through law school because she spends the whole time cross examining everything he says and looks for ways to poke holes in his narrative and life story.

Say it ain't so Wlad, say it ain't so!

http://wonderwall.msn.com/tv/report-hayd...67.gallery

Hayden Panettiere and boxer Wladimir Klitschko are reportedly going the distance during round 2! The "Nashville" star, who reconciled with her Ukrainian boyfriend in January, is now planning their wedding, a source tells Us Weekly.

"Very few people know, and she isn't wearing her ring publicly yet," adds the friend of the duo, who first parted ways in May 2011 after two years of dating.

Since getting back together, the actress, 23, and the athlete, 37, have refused to confirm their relationship. (Despite multiple PDA-packed outings -- including a cuddly March 24 courtside appearance at a Miami Heat game -- Panettiere said they were "just good buddies" in mid-January).

Privately, however, the 5-foot-2 knockout and the 6-foot-6 heavyweight champ are eager to legalize their match. Says the source, "Looks like a summer wedding!"

Panettiere previously dated "Heroes" co-star Milo Ventimiglia and "One Tree Hill" star Stephen Colletti, but the actress admitted to Us in 2011 that she prefers dating athletes. "They're in similar circles, where they understand the schedule, the work ethic, the social aspect," she explained, "but they're not exactly in your industry, so it works out well."

"The best kind of pride is that which compels a man to do his best when no one is watching."

Both that excuse for a journalist and Time magazine should be embarrassed.

Wow, for someone who has found out the secret that psychology is bullshit you sure engage in a a lot of psychological analysis of her. Idea

Another thing is that she didn't address him in the proper manner as determined by his superior education; holders of a PhD are properly addressed as "Doctor ______" in educated circles.
Most people at the bachelor's level or below, don't do this and if you want something from someone who has a doctorate, it's a good way to distinguish yourself.

However as an American I'm sure she would be in awe of any vulgarian who had a billion dollars. She's just rude, and I think he's had a lot of experience dealing with people who are intimidated ( I think he's 6'6") and avoiding getting angry at them.

I bet when he heard it was an American woman interviewing him he knew pretty much what was coming and was laughing inside when she walked straight out of Central Casting.
Maybe the compliment was even just trolling as she probably found it irritating.

I saw Kissinger correct a TV interviewer once when the interviewer called him Mr. Kissinger. It was pretty funny-- "It's DR Kissinger" he corrected in that thick patronizing accent.

(By the way "to" should be "too" in your post.)

Panettiere is hot, but she's a known carousel rider and dumped Wlad last time for some NFL guy if I remember correctly. He shouldn't have gone back to her.

You're probably right, but guys are responding to just how shitty journalists in general are nowadays, of which this woman is but one example. I used to read the New York Times Magazine, and they'd always have an interview led by Deborah Solomon. Even before getting into the forum and the manosphere jazz, I'd see her interviews and think, "Who is this fucking cunt?!"

You see the same shit from her - the interviewer turning it into this cult of personality about herself, and how she is better than the accomplished person she is interviewing, and about what she believes. These women have no grace, they always have to get their digs in and assert their superiority, and try to humiliate their interlocutor, as you see here.

More broadly, it's true of journalism in general. Instead of having someone who's an expert in their field, who genuinely understands and cares about it (i.e. boxing in this case), you have some dumb ignorant yuppie, who is only doing it so they can live out their glamorous dream of being a journalist or even a 'thought leader,' without regard to whether they actually know their shit. They will take pride in their ignorance. Hang out with some journalism students, and you'll see this - they're far more wrapped up in the idea of being a journalist, than actually being knowledgeable about say, international affairs or government policy.

Hell, even if I were interviewing Saddam Hussein or Josef Stalin, I'd have more respect, if only because the lack thereof compromises the integrity of the interview.

Props to him for not losing his cool, I would've called her out with righteous fury. But unlike some here, I don't think keeping it light and funny is any more 'alpha' - at worst you're just condoning her repugnant behavior. If you don't confront it, it just continues. Sort of reminds me of Ricky Raw's posts on confronting passive aggressive people.

PS: Was Will beta?
