You think in an OKC-Heat match-up OKC will win? I think Miami beats OKC easily, Miami is a bad match-up for the Thunder. As long as LeBron is the best player in the series I don't see OKC beating Miami. If it's Miami-Spurs, I see Spurs winning in 6. The Spurs are too methodical.

If you think Miami beats OKC too, then you don't disagree with me you just misread me because that's what I said as well. Smile

VP, have you been out of the NBA loop this year? First you said that Indiana will be unstoppable in the East and now you think Spurs aren't getting their due. You are right in that most years the casual fan sleeps on the Spurs but this year a lot of analysts and pundits are picking the Spurs to make at least the WCF and win the Finals if they can get past OKC.

Wizards got game 1! I strongly believe the Wizards will win the series.

However, the best game will probably be the one on deck: Houston v. Portland.

I got Houston in this one. They play much better defense.

Welcome to Houston basketball.

Can't wait to see McHale get the boot.

Beverley's out. We have a solid backup in the D-League that will get called up and I think Lin brings enough to the table for us to still have a good chance in this series. We'll see, though.

Dubs getting run out of the gym in game 2 was as unsurprising as the sunrise. Hopefully roaracle gives them an added boost, if they lose both of their upcoming games you can stick a fork in them (and maybe the coach, his seat is as hot as a pyroclastic flow).

Mark Jackson? His entire starting front court has been injured for back-to-back playoffs...there's no way he gets fired this off-season.

I'm not passing judgement on whether he deserves it or not, but fact is the Lacobs/Ownership has been dead silent about Coach Jackson, and the recent spat of assistant coach shenanigans points to internal troubles.

I heard they want Tom Thibadeau from the Bulls. Even Carmelo asked Noah in the All-Star game about hows it like to play for Thibs.

Yo, Nets-Heat is going to be the Heat's toughest test in the East. Nets look good. KG and Pierce stepping up big. Kidd saving AK47 for the LeBron matchup.

You don't get there till you get there

Raptors playing well so far. That's another team that is not getting any love despite their tremendous improvement culminating in finishing 3rd in the East this season.

They were unlucky in game 1 but are playing well so far in game 2!
Raptors are the ONLY good and positive thing about Boretown aka Toronto!

Let's go Raptors!

I don't understand what Atlanta's coach did in the 3rd quarter. He took all the starters out and Indy went on that huge run. Millsap and Teague are young guys and he played them 25 minutes through the 3rd quarter Huh. These are the playoffs, no back-to-backs, they were in the game (in fact they were controlling the game until the half) and had a chance to go up 2-0. Oh well, I think this series still goes at least 6.

Imo, the three best HC advantages in the NBA right now are:

Toronto
OKC
GSW

In no particular order.

Bulls are a disgrace. As a Bulls fan I am pissed off about this. The General manager Gar Forman has clearly not gotten the memo and still feeds us the fans all this bs on how the Bulls are a great defensive team that can win with heart, im tired of it. We need offensive weapons this off-season. The Bulls are not scoring. They suck offensively. Sure they are a great defensive team but that only gets you so far. The Bulls need scoring period. I actually want the Wizards to sweep them so it can force Forman to get a reliable scoring option. When DJ Augustine is your best offensive player, there is a problem there.
