Good for him, he looks younger now than when he was president.

I think vegan diets can work well, but paleo diets will too.

The main thing is eliminating processed foods.

Beans veggies fruits , all good stuff

I would include pastured eggs/meat and fish in my own diet since I lift weights and like having the extra protein.

The main takeaway is we all know whats ubhealthy: bread, candy, ice cream, etc.

If you stick to whole, natural foods you do better.

I worked with Clinton last year. He looked like shit and his hand was shaking a lot. Still had the charisma and personality of the pimp of the century though. Felt like telling him to eat a grass fed steak.
