A rough translation. Not sure what butt hexting means. He almost had a rhythm going with his poetry. Not quite iambic pentameter. I have seen him write normally as well. I believe he does it so it like txt speak of a young dumb girl.

Nice translation. As DarkTriad said butthexing is girls getting anally sexed. It also works on several leverals since its close in sound to texting, sexting, sexing (obviously) and hexing (as in putting a spell/curse on them).
