RE: TX Jury acquits escort Shooter
It would be interesting to hear about how the situation escalated.
I'm thinking after 20 minutes of her walking around his place he probably thought she was casing his place so it could be robbed later on. It's a ballsy move to shoot her in the back though. Why couldn't he just take the money back and tell her to gtfo.

Is this a win for men? Not sure it's just so fucked up in the first place.

A few years ago in my city a girl pushed a guy in front of a train. The reason for her pushing the guy off the platform was that earlier she felt ripped off in a drug deal.

These types of situations are a lose-lose for society.

This is stupid. I agree that she was "taking away his property" (no matter whether the said property is illegal in the state), but that is no reason to shoot someone. It's a massive use of excessive force.

It's not a win for men, women or humanity in general.

This was a sound application of law. Although the woman must have been a massive cunt not to give the money back when he pointed the gun at her. What kind of delusional whore thinks he won't shoot?

It is a win for men. When he pointed a gun at her she was 100% sure she would get away because she is a woman! More and more of this will occur. I think American men are waking up finally!
I see a political party forming in the future to protect men's rights!

$150 is not worth killing somebody over.

Hookers pull this shit all the time. This story will make some of them think twice about it.

RE: TX Jury acquits escort Shooter
Texas has strong laws protecting the citizens rights to defend persons and their property

This makes me think of the sage of Joe Horn:

Quote:Joe Horn, 61, spotted two burglars breaking into his next-door neighbor's home in Pasadena, Texas. He called 9-1-1 to summon police to the scene. While on the phone with emergency dispatch, Horn stated that he had the right to use deadly force to defend property, referring to a law (Texas Penal Code §§ 9.41, 9.42, and 9.43) which justified the use of deadly force to protect Horn's home. Horn exited his home with his shotgun, while the 9-1-1 operator tried to dissuade him from that action. On the 9-1-1 tape, he is heard confronting the suspects, saying, "Move, and you're dead",[3] immediately followed by the sound of a shotgun blast, followed by two more.[4] Following the shootings Mr. Horn told the 9-1-1 operator, "They came in the front yard with me, man, I had no choice!" [5]

Police initially identified the dead men in Horn's yard as 38-year-old Miguel Antonio DeJesus and Diego Ortiz, 30, both residents of Houston, and of Afro-Latino descent. However, DeJesus was actually an alias of an individual named Hernando Riascos Torres.[3] Torres and Ortiz were carrying a sack with cash and jewelry taken from the home next door to Joe Horn. Both were criminals from Colombia who had been convicted on drug trafficking charges.[1] Police found a Puerto Rican identification card on Ortiz. Torres had three identification cards from Colombia, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic, and had been previously sent to prison for dealing cocaine. Torres had been deported in 1999.[6]

A plain clothes police detective responding to the 9-1-1 call arrived at the scene before the shooting, and witnessed the escalation and shootings while remaining in his car.[3] His report on the incident indicated that the men who were killed "received gunfire from the rear".[1] Police Capt. A.H. Corbett stated the two men ignored Mr. Horn's order to freeze and that one of the suspects ran towards Joe Horn before angling away from Horn toward the street when the suspect was shot in the back. The medical examiner's report could not specify whether they were shot in the back due to the ballistics of the shotgun wound.[7] Pasadena police confirmed that the two men were shot after they ventured into Horn's front yard. The detective did not arrest Horn.

The incident touched off protests, led by Quanell X, leader of the Houston chapter of the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) that were met by counter-protests from Horn's neighbors and other supporters.[8][9][10][11]

I am very pro 2d Amendment and self defense but shooting the girl went way too far and he was lucky he wasn't convicted of murder or manslaughter. However, the jury's decision was in line with Texas law, which I don't think should be changed.

Apparently Craigslist hookers are notorious for this sort of rip off-while I don't think the girl deserved to die in a moral sense, acting like a lowlife sometimes has negative consequences

Did they prove she didn't fuck him, or is there a possiblity this was like GTA, where you fuck them to gain health then shoot them to get a refund

Bingo. Death was an extreme consequence, but if she hadn't tried to rip the dude off, she'd still be walking around, and no doubt fucking/sucking more clients. DON'T FUCK WITH PEOPLE, especially random strangers. You have no idea what they might do in the best of circumstances, but to blatantly rip someone off and dare them to do something about it is pretty stupid. Let this be a cautionary tale. What hookers do is risky enough, but don't go around expecting to flat-out rob johns with no consequences at all. Someone posted a thread about chicks picking up dudes down in Fort Lauderdale, going back to their cribs, spiking their drinks then robbing them. There going to pick the wrong dude one day, one with intent to harm THEM, and it'll be hard for me to muster sympathy for them.

She was most likely a cunt that deserved to be slapped around, but why didn't he just do exactly that and simply take his money back? Killing a person for $150, really?

I'm more curious about the life of Lenora Ivie Frago

Did she have a normal job, and was doing this on the side?

Did her family know she was doing this?

How long had she been doing this.

Actually, from an escort's point of view, it goes "do fuck with people, just don't try to rip them off".
