RE: Nadal Vs Steffi : The Biggest difference between Men and Women
When guys think of money - we think of quitting our job, buying cool cars, swimming pools, holidays, hookers, drugs, alcohol, gadgets, clothes, top sporting events, maybe starting up a cool business etc.
When women think of money - they ultimately are thinking of security for their children.
So - money means something different to women that it does to men.
Indeed - most of the things women want to spend money on is ultimately in the cause of trying to atract the best mate possible.
So - even when they spend it on themselves it is ultimately as a proxy towards ensuring success for their children.
So - in an evolutionary sense. Women are attracted to money in the same way men are attracted to beauty. And for the same reasons (giving your future children the best chance of success as possible).
Therefore - I think we should be a little easier on women as regards money since they don't want it for the same reason we do.

Definitely not true from my experience.
The women I know, single/childless or not, spend way more money on way stupider shit than the men I know, on average.

This is a lie. As MattC said, I regularly see women go out and blow their government cheques on booze/drugs and plenty of other stupid shit
