I don't think 1 week is enough.

For a full recharge, I think you need 2-3 weeks of consistent quality sleep.

I'm surprised no one suggested this.

Instead of a 2-3 hour siesta, why don't you try just taking a 30 minute lunch nap?

I did a lot of reading into cicadian rhythms. The natural rhythm is an early rise at like 6am and a short mid day nap.

Try to spend your lunch hour split between eating and a power nap. 2-3 hours of napping is a full sleep cycle, you can derive the benefits of that with just a simple 30 minute power nap.

Eat lunch and then take a nap. It works wonders! Also take zma before bed. The magnesium will get you into a natural 6 hour sleep cycle. You'll notice your sleep schedule change for the better if you do this.
